I have lived here since April 2018 and really enjoy living here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful with all my needs. I really want to express my appreciation for the way the office staff and the maintenance team work together. Whenever I have a maintenance problem that needs to be handled right away, I just called the office and the issue is resolved the same day. Thanks

It has been awful since we first got our keys and keeps getting worse. From our apartment being disgusting at move in and not ready for us at all, to the dog poop all over the community, and our electrical being a constant fire hazard that management is not taking seriously.

So far, everything is great only thing about living downstairs roof isn’t as thick always could hear a kid running upstairs late at night like 11:30pm. Other than that no complains we really like it and would recommend

Safe community and clean with close shopping near by convienenlty around the immediate are within walking distance for all things I could need with clean and comfortable property with nice landscape and very clean amenities.

Good experience! We had a late move in date due to the fact that highway closed in Colorado for a snow storm! So Sam was able to move our move in day to Tuesday, I greatly appreciate that kinda of help. Nay also help get the apartment process started. So good so far!

I love being a part of The Presley community! All my questions and requests are always answered in a courteous and prompt manner. It's a super clean community with super fun events going on and I love that they invite good trucks to keep us happy too! :)

Very nice complex, beautiful clean grounds, maintenance is great! Spacious floor plans. Only bad part is the main pool is shut down all the time. There are two other pools however the past year having the main pool shut down 95% of the time is a downer. Other than that, would recommend 100%!

Since I have been here, I have had nothing but a smooth experience. We’ve had a lot of property management changes, but each time they’ve managed to bring in the right agents, friendly people who always have helped. The maintenance has never changed and I think that has been the biggest difference they know the property they know the residence and they get things done, very quiet community and they always have events which is a plus and the amenities can’t be beat

Dont raise the rent please. Lower cost of amenities and set up security cameras. My license plate was stolen. Why is the pools always closed? Refill the sanitizing wipes in the weight room already. The last management stayed on top of that well

A review: Don't live here, run , the community is terrible, things never work, the people here don't care about the living, the residents are gross , and have no common decency, you have to pay for amenities that never work or open, you have to pay a community electric and gas bill, it's terrible, if paying the amount they charge can find 100 places that are better just in this area

Great place to live. Very professional staff, community is very clean and office is always excited to answer any questions you might have. Safe and security is always on point. Conveniently located near major highways so everything is at a convenient distance.

It's been a negative and stressful experience since I have moved in. There are so many issues with the apartment that could've been fixed prior to my move in date. I'm very disappointed that I'm having to live in an apartment that constantly need something fixed instead of just having everything repaired before I moved in.

people should move here if they are new to Vegas. Great place for sure. Very clean and spacious. Parking is first come first serve. Other than that the gym is very clean and organized for the people to access

I love it here!! The amenities are well kept and accessible. Community is quiet and the office staff is always on top of fixing any issue that may occur! They have food trucks regularly as well!! I recommend this community

Run as far and fast as you can
This place is a nightmare. There are no prompt responses to anything and when persistent, all they do is not give top their customer service. As a person in customer service, I know people are not the greatest especially when they are mad. The assistant manager is not very good and when the property got taken over by Greystar, it went to ----. Break ins occur often and the office does nothing. The officer they have is not making rounds during the time of the breakins. The Presley does things to save their asses without actually doing anything. Make sure you know what youre signing up for because quite honestly, this complex has been a scam since I signed onto it , but even worse with this new management. If youre looking for a ------ complex, this is the one for you. People in apartment complexes aren’t very nice but this one tops the cake.

I have been very happy with my overall stay at this apartment complex. Small little bumps and hiccups along the way. But it's very quiet and and overall lovely experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live to give this place a shot.

Misleading Staff
Very Inconvenient. I signed a lease contract at the Presley October 5th 2023 for the move in date of Saturday, October 28th at 3pm. I was told the 27th that my unit was unavailable after Vanessa the "manager" new I was flying in from Illinois and having my car shipped the week of move in. Once she finally contacted me the day before she let me know that "I have to find a different unit as soon as possible" "you need to also take off the deposit, nv energy you set up, etc as if I didn't already know that. I'm the one who set it up way ahead of time! The week before signing my binding contract. I was in town searching for an apartment in the Las Vegas area. I searched and fell in love with a specific unit. Facing the pool, second floor. Very specific. This unit was available and able to see online on there website. She did a background check and checked my income. Once I received my move in email. I signed the binding contract and began to prepare. I set up connection with NV Energy, paid my deposit, and also let my previous apartment know where I was moving so my security deposit from them could be sent to my new address. I left my prior apartment on such a fantastic note. nowwwwww I have a check(money) that is made out to me going to an address that is still occupied. ? I was contacted by Vanessa October 27th. THE DAY BEFORE to be told that the unit is unavailable. AFTER she new I was moving from a completely different state across the country. Illinois to be specific. So all in all my car was shipped Monday which cost another thousand dollars. Arriving Friday. The day that she called me to say we need you to pick another unit asap. Just completely inconsiderate and unethical. She new also that I was moving as a single woman across the state to a new city. So apparently I'm homeless at this point because of Vanessa at the Presley negligence until they find me a clean unit at a convenient price. I picked a different unit. Now I go online to look at the previous one and it is back up a day after I signed a new contract. I hate this place already. The office staff is completely misleading.

Invasive Management, Bad Location
Once rebranding from the palladium to the presley completed, management become atrocious. They were constantly demanding entrance to my apartment for vague reasons like "inspections." They posted a "marijuana disturbance violation" on my door, when I don't even smoke, and on my neighbors even though I never smelled it once while I lived there. It felt like being in college where some tiny-dictator would be looking to enforce any possible violations to get you in trouble. All of my neighbors were on edge because of this. I think they wanted to clear out the building to raise rents. Weird that they were targeting me because I had already given my 2-months notice after they raised my rent from 1100 to 1750! As for the property itself, I have never seen photographs do so much work. Do not rent without carefully looking it over yourself! It's actually quite ugly -- mostly just a big parking lot. The surrounding area is industrial -- it's between a huge power plant and a bus depot. It's loud because it's off the freeway and you can hear the panhandlers who occupy the offramp yelling at all hours of the night. The apartment was one of their "new units" and was okay although the kitchen electrical wiring was constantly shorting, the garbage disposal didn't work, my refrigerator leaked water everywhere, and there were nails sticking up from the carpet that made me bleed several times.

Don’t recommend living here to anyone who’s considering
The old company Picerne was amazing. The new company Avenue 5 is awful and the staff is not helpful at all and most of the girls always seem to have an attitude. However, there is one lady with dark hair and glasses that I've encountered a couple times and she is always super helpful and sweet (i don't know her name). We've contacted them by phone and email three times about little bugs that we've been finding all over our apartment (not normal) and we never got a response to our email, and when we called the office, they did say that they would send someone out here, the day came and nobody ever showed. We also sent an email (that they never responded to) and called the front office about a foul smell that started coming from the holes in our medicine cabinet and they said that they would send someone out here the next day and nobody ever came. The lack of communication from the office staff is very frustrating and it just seems that they do not have the tenants best interest at all. The entire apartment complex has been under renovation now since January and it's still not done. I know renovations can definitely take a long time but its extremely noisy and feels as if this new company is only focused on making everything look pretty and feel fun vs making sure the tenants that pay rent are taken care of first. Sadly. I don't recommend living here to anyone who's considering it.

This is the best property and property management team in Las Vegas. Hands Down! The grounds are immaculate and they even have a trash concierge service ?? The pool and gym are open 24/7 so there’s no excuse to not “get it in”. The Presley at Whitney Ranch is definitely a hidden gem.
