There is rats and other rodents that the office staff will ignore you on. Most office staff has an attitude and will ignore calls with residents they don't like. The assistant manager will "forget" to put in work orders or ask why you couldn't put in the work order. The office staff are unprofessional and needs to be retrained. You pay alot for these units but it's not worth it.

The WORST place, you pay for the "suppose" security and they don't even do their job, I can't wait till I get out of here! Let anyone go to their pools and have big parties no respect for the actual people that live in the apartment. And when you call to give a complaint the office just gives the runaround saying ok and never do a damn thing. It's like the office is bothered by the residents and don't care about anyone but themselves.

Wow this is by far the worst place I've ever lived!! and i moved here from Twain and Cambridge go figure first off let me start by saying i have been living in the palladium for for 7 months and in those seven months my motorcycle has been stolen twice and my car broken into once.. thats a break-in or theft every 2.1 months!!! No cameras no security The Palladium serves as a free for all for criminals it is the safest place to steal belongings and personal items of the tenants. Also, a great place to dump stolen cars! my motorcycle was stolen and gone for a week the criminals decided to drop it back off in the palladium because of its lack of security and great location.RESIDENCE BEWARE they will NOT get security cameras to protect your property! after the third theft i was able to be released from my lease and i am moving ASAP 3/22/17 was the last straw!

One word: NOISE! This is by far the noisiest place I have ever lived. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and everything your neighbors do sounds like it's happening in your unit. When they empty their bathtub upstairs, it sounds like the Pacific Ocean is about to empty itself into your downstairs apartment. Right now I am listening to things being tossed around by maintenance outside, banging, clanging, bumping, thumping. I guess they're putting in new sidewalks, but at 8am? I work the swing shift and there is just no sleeping during the day here, forget it. I read another review which mentioned that it doesn't seem like they do criminal background checks here. I have to agree with that. This is a thug haven. There are a lot of young hoodlum-looking types, and not to judge by appearances, but I do overhear conversations here and there and they are disturbing. I don't feel safe here as a single woman. I will be moving asap. I cannot recommend this place.

Right now there are no hot tubs working and the grills have not worked since I got here. There are a group of teenagers making all kinds of noise at all hours hanging out by the gym/clubhouse and the residence are afraid to go there. For this much money you would think a steak and a soak would be an option.

Place is absolutely amazing. Rent is very affordable, and the place really is a luxury rental. The lady in the office seems a bit pushy, condescending and rude, but the way I see it, if you just lay low and be a quiet good tenant you shouldn't have any issues. The highway is kind of loud but inside the rooms you don't hear much except for the occasional loud Harley that rockets past. All the appliances are brand new whirlpools, the alarm system totally rocks - ESP once you learn all the features they don't tell you about. We have all dark wood cabinets, a huge bathtub, 12 ft vaulted ceilings, track lights, a huge laundry room, and a large balcony. Yes the noise from the road is loud, and the hallways definitely need cleaned. I have never seen their security anywhere, but I have never seen anything questionable out there either. The gates seem to break a lot - but having a gate is a false sense of security anyways. Things dont usually break, but if you need anything - even just a new light bulb - maintenance takes care of it and does it fast. Ive lived a lot of places and this one is far far better than any of my previous experiences. Plus you can pay your rent online with direct deposit or with a debit card with also totally rocks. So that should be most of the pros and cons... For me, the price you just can't beat it... I would recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience. Cricket infested apartment even with constant spraying. Was also broken into. Workout room not cleaned and water foountain did not ever work whole time I lived there. Worse part manager did walk through on my apartment said our apartment was fine until i moved out instead of transferring on site then I got a bill for over a $1000. Huge huge rip off

Upstairs neighbor exercises daily for at least an hour and literally shakes my ceiling. I can also hear them having sex early mornings and late nights. I understand there is always a noise level living in an apartment but this neighbor seems ignorant to that. I don't want to complain to either the neighbor or management because it would make the rest of my lease very uncomfortable. It would be obvious to the neighbor that it was me that complained since I live below them. My other complaint is the business center kind of sucks. The printer has been out of service for at least 5 weeks now. I like my apartment lay out and everything else about living here. Great location, apartment is close to the all shopping, Sunset casino and tons of restaurants.

Great move in and great people. I love my apartment and am extremely pleased with the way everything was handled before and after move in. Upon move in, the floors were completely shampoed and the walls wiped down. The windows were clean and there were no evident problems with the apartment. Excited to be at this apartment complex!

I would just like to say that I like living here. I've been here about 5months now and I think it's a great place to live. An apartment is an apartment. Sometimes u here noise and sometimes u don't. It's a newer complex so pretty much everything is new.Apparently, there is a new manager managing this place and from what I've heard from other people she has really turned things around since the beginning of the yr. whenever I go into the office to pay rent or call the office when something needs to be fixed in my apartment, the ladies there are really nice even though the are always really busy. They still take the time out to talk to me and ask me how everything is going. The staff is really professional and kind ... Even maintenance. I recently referred to the complex and got $200. I thought that was kind of neat. I like that they have 3 pools and I really like their gym. It's always packed in there at night. I have a few months or so left on my lease and I think I'm going to stay here awhile.

I truly enjoyed the time I had at the Palladium Apartments. The grounds were very well kept and attractive, with 5 pools mind you. My only complaint would be that in summer the BBQs were constantly breaking and often unclean (but that would be due to the residents more than anyone). Neighbors, especially children, were noisy at times, but thankfully even though I was right by the main pool, with doors and windows closed you would never know. Structures well-built to the point that the neighbors above or below me had to be considerably loud to be audible. I wish that parking was less stringent (you get one parking pass per apartment to park in a covered spot- of which there are MANY) and other tenants/roommates/family members must part in uncovered spots of which there are fewer. The parking arrangement just doesn't make much sense to me. I always felt safe and secure especially as it is gated and nearly all of my neighbors were friendly and approachable. Maintenance took a considerable amount of time to fix things, but at least when they did it was done well the first time; and really the complex is still so new there was hardly ever anything to fix anyways. For the most part the staff was great- with the exemption of one ill-mannered woman. I had to break my lease due to financial difficulties and they were very considerate and non-judgmental. Numerous staff assisted me through the whole process very gracefully and let me know I was always welcome back to this particular family-run chain of apartment homes. Overall, I have always had a great impression of this facility from the get go and wish I could have stayed. If given the chance, I would move into of these complexes again with hardly a second thought.

The complex is loud. Management doesn't seem to care about upholding any of the pet policies around here. I've been here for a few months and am already ready for my lease to be over. If it wasn't for the legality of the lease, I would leave this place in a heart beat. The leasing consultants (particularly Tammy) will lie to you during the tours and the paperwork process to get you to sign the dotted line and then backtrack and tell you that you heard incorrectly when you call them out on it after signing. Tammy was also incredibly rude to my mother who accompanied me when I toured the apartment and when I signed the lease. I'd error on the side of caution with this place. It's all bad news. The reviews on other websites are a lot more accurate than the happy-go-lucky ones you see here.

Lived here less than a year and I absolutely hate the staff in the leasing office. They are not professional, don't follow through with what they say they will do, and they have so many hidden fees, rules, and regulations that are ridiculous to try and deal with. They are really slow to handle any problems you have with your apartment and half of the rules in the leasing contract are not even enforced. There is always uncovered parking available and covered for that matter but they only let one apartment have one covered parking and if you want a garage it is a ridiculous fee to pay and you can't rent a second covered parking spot. There is a noisy big freeway on one side and a busy road (Russel Rd) on the other side and there is always people in the pool and you can hear them being loud. The grounds are not well kept. There is garbage flying around and some of the stairwells smell of strong urine. The gates are open all day but do close at night. On top of all that they are discriminatory against certain dogs. Even if the dog is 1/4 pitbull, german shepard, etc they are not allowed. OVERALL... do not move here!

Not off too a good start
Been living here for 2 weeks and it's been horrible. Worst mistake I've done the place looks good but the maintenance is horrible. 3 days with no AC The first day no one responded, the second day no one responded, the 3rd day the came out and never came back so I called and they came out after they said it was fixed but I don't think 97 degrees is a AC that's working. Then now he says we have to be another day without AC and they will give me a loaner that will only cool the living room. For the price we pay here it's not worth it service is horrible. So far it's been a nightmare. The funny thing is when you call everyone seems clueless this explains why so many apartments are empty. How can I get out my lease. Another horrible thing is my apartment is right to highway so the noise horrible

Where is everybody?
The changes in the office went from very good to worst. Nobody friendly at all. No more happy faces and all. Hate it can't wait until my lease is up this coming May. After 2 years here I will not renew it. Money hungry people. Thin wall, dog waste everywhere. Be careful not to step on it. Building 3 smells like pee underneath the stairs. Not a good place to live at all. My car got broken in twice. At least the previous staff were sympathetic with my situation, this time it seems like the staff couldn't even say I'm sorry!!!! Courtesy Security Patrol? That is a JOKE. Building 3

I Love It Here
I've been here one year and love it here! I was disappointed to see some of the reviews - especially the previous one. I'm glad the staff changed. I tried dealing with the previous staff and there were some shady things they told me. The new management and staff they kept are hard workers and straight forward. When I needed my garbage disposal fixed, they were there the same day. I wasn't home at the time but when I got home, it was working again. I love the new manager and it looks like she is turning things around for the good. I've noticed a lot of improvements since January. I've never seen the guy they call "Courtesy Patrol". No one can ever guarantee safety but I feel better knowing I have an alarm. I moved here from out of state and made a good choice. Things are happening in all parts of Las Vegas - not just here. I'll be staying here. 3 pools, fitness room & clubhouse. I have rented it twice & love the kitchen. The new manager even started cooking for us every month. Gotta love it!

New update. Dont move here. Parking - Slightly better. Haven't had too many problems lately, though thats likely because 1/3'd of the tenants in my building have moved out. Noise - Not a problem for me. Grounds - Pretty at a distance, up close, not as much. Safety - Continues to be a problem. I carry a gun in the parking lot. No security, no patrol. Management will lie to you, and tell you there is a "24-hour Security Patrol." Which translates to one tenant that has volunteered to be a neighborhood watch guy. He's never available, and never visible. Just call 911 and hope HPD shows up in time. Lots of seedy people hanging out late at night. Construction - Cheap. Maintenance - The two stoners they have running maintenance are just special. BBQ's haven't worked since I moved in a year ago. Gym equipment is failing. Repairs done on my apartment were half-assed and shoddy. Staff - Here is my big complaint. Management lies. They're rude, unhelpful, and inconsistent. I'm not the only one who feels this way... Just last week I saw a tenant who was so upset with the manager, she cussed her out in the main office. BOTTOM LINE. There are better, cheaper places out there. So glad to be getting out of here. Dont rent here!!

Been anonymous
Why is it that a good review for the Palladium Apartments have an user name and the bad ones are sent anonymously? Maybe because they have been evicted or sent to collections for non rent payment. The place is nice, beautiful grounds, great office people especially management. The only thing negative about the place is that a lots of the residents don't pick up after their dogs, making it impossible to other residents that dislike pets anyways. It is not office's job to follow these discourteous residents with poop bag. It is their responsibility. I've been living here since 2009 and I'm not leaving anytime soon. Too noisy? Deal with it. It is an apartment complex. If you want serenity buy your house and be at peace. STOP COMPLAINING. SAVE ENOUGH TO BECOME AN OWNER. DON'T BLAME THE COMPLEX. GROW UP.

If I didn't have to leave I wouldn't - I like it here
I've lived hear for 2 years now and have never had one problem. I am being transferred out of state and now unfortunately am having to leave. Anytime I've ever had a problem the office was immediately on it and out of the 2 years I've lived hear I've never seen the police here --> not on this side of the property anyway. My apartment faces the freeway on the second floor and I've never had a problem. The front staff was helpful and informative when helping me decide what apartment I wanted and they guided me to an apartment in a quiet area, no kids, & no smoking. This is the only apartments I looked at around here where the maintenance and office staff actually live at the property. I've called maintenance twice for minor issues in the 2 years of my stay and they were here with-in a couple hours if not sooner. I've recommended this property to friends and some have moved here with no problems. I am a single female living in Las Vegas alone so trying to find a place to live was a big decision & pretty stressful to say the least. I feel very safe and at home here. If I didn't have to leave - I wouldn't.

Wow Just Wow. Pathethic
Wow, just had the swat team here today. Needless to say I am going to the office tommorow to try to get out of my lease. As others has stated the walls are super thin, kids running around unattended. The crime. Swat team today, other week another raid and a car blew up a few weeks ago as well, not quite sure what happened there? Needless to say I spoke with my lawyer today and a letter will be given to them tommorow and we will see how it goes. Deffinetly do not move here, isn't a cheap place to live and people deserve better then spending there hard earned money on a half a*s place.

No Sleep Here!
Well where should I start first of all the walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear your downstairs neighbors which is so crazy. Not to mention the walls along your Master bedroom you can here every awful sound your in apt232 neighbors behind you make and in the bathroom and your laundry room too! Do not move near the Russell road side you will be sorry that street is so busy and loud. And if you like paying a high electric bill do not move on the third floor either. And if you have a car be sure to pay extra for a garage cause you might lose you turn signals like me. No security patrol here no matter what they tell you. It was nice at first but now there is dog poop all around the place and trees and bushes are dying. Let me not forget the trashy people moving in now like the new ones that moved in across from me a bunch of loud sons of ------- had to call the cops first friday after the moved in and god forbid let your door slam so the whole building shakes. No sleep here for me but thank god my lease is up and I am outta here!

Terrible nightmare
Very loud and noise freeway next. The quality of the building is terrible... You can hear your neighbors above and below (walking, talking and everything else). In fact this is a bait and if you want to move out, you have to pay a penalty of 2 more months of rent. Advice: Stay away and try another one.

90 days at the Palladium Apts
I moved into the Palladium because the grounds looked nice and I wanted a quiet secure place to live. I have not lived in an apt for a long time and needed one due to a job temporary assignment and decided to pay more for the peace of mind. The sales staff was very helpful during the application but now I can't get calls returned. We I go into the office the staff is rude and make you feel as though you are asking for too much. I used the on line maintenance request form over two weeks ago, no response, called in to check three days ago, staff wrote down maintenance request. As of today no repairs done to correct my maintenance request. The are definitely cheaper places in the area that offer the same amenities. Don't be fooled as I and many others have been. Parking is a nightmare, there is only supposed to be one car per apartment parking in the covered parking areas next toeach building and you are issued a mirror hanger to display. What good is having this policy if it is not enforced. I arrive home at 7pm on average and there is never any parking close to my building. I have reported this to the manangement that there are those who do not have the mirror hanger and should not be parked there. No action has been taken. there is a vehicle that has not moved in over 30 days and is leaking antifreeze parked right in the center of the covered parking. If the management were checking this would be noticed. Maybe if the tenants all complained and not just accept the poor service then something may get fixed.

HORRIBLE
I currently live at this apartment complex. All the grills throughout the complex are broken. The keys to mail room and the complex bathrooms next to the mail room are so difficult to operate. We were told that you just have to juggle them a lot. All but one of the leasing agents are very condescending and have god complex's. We live on the middle floor and after complaining about our above neighbors running around their apartment at all hours of the night, we were retaliated against by the same neighbor who complained that the our base was too loud in the middle of the day on a Saturday. THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Our music was at a 10. One of the leasing agents called us and told us that our neighbor complained about our base and if we could turn it down. AMAZED, as our volume was only at a 10, we complied and turned it down to 6. 10 minutes later we got a knock on our door by the same agent who asked us to turn down our music more and if we did not she would call the police. The following day, we received a letter on our door stating that further noise complaints will result in a $100 fine and possible eviction. I am unaware if an apartment complex can fine you or not, but I will find out soon. This is all so shocking because about 2 months ago, my 15 year old daughter ran out to the car late one night and our neighbor who is a 26 year old man, began to verbally assault her with sexual innuendos. After calling the police, we went to the complex office to speak with management and of course the manager had her assistant do all the talking. They refused to evict the tenant and only moved him one building away. So I guess at Palladium Apartments you can verbally assault a 15 year old with sexual innuendos and not get evicted, but if you play your music in the middle of the day on a Saturday at a moderate volume you get threatened with eviction and a fine. Also, on a lighter note, the water fountain in the Gym has been broken for the 6 months I have been here. I would not advise anyone to move in here, I would warn against it. They also tell you that they have 24 hour security on the grounds. My neighbor told me a story of her calling on a Sunday night to speak to security and she was told that they do not work on Sundays. I could go on for days, but I will mention this one last disgusting thing. The above range microwave vent does not vent to the outside. It vents out the top of the microwave, which is right below cabinets which will get greasy if you do not wipe them down after every meal. This also means that any smoke created from cooking goes into the vent and back into the apartment. Cant wait to move.
