Very clean! Maintenance staff is very quick to respond and always fixes things promptly! Love the grounds keeper! Very friendly! Pool is nice when it is open! Inside of apartments are very nice and spacious.

Living here has been wonderful! I have renewed my lease twice and will continue to renew it until I buy a home. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient. The rare maintenance issue I've had has been resolved very quickly and efficiently. The complex is fairly quiet and has nice amenities. I would highly recommend Crown Lone Oak.

We chose this apartment because of the amenities, location and design of the units and have been beyond impressed with our experience. Staff and maintain are great and take care of issues quickly. The grounds are always well kept and staff communicates about events, offers and reminders often. I would encourage everyone to live here.

A wonderful place to live! The staff is very helpful and always goes above and beyond. The apartments are well kept and have a very nice and clean appearance. The maintenance crew is always quick to help and very friendly.

The Crown Lone Oak community has been nothing short of fantastic! It is quiet and well-maintained and the staff are both friendly and professional. It is in a great location and we have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

I have totally enjoyed my time at this community. I feel safe and the maintenance people respond to calls in a prompt manner. The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are we'll kept and buildings are clean and painted.

I just moved in but the staff are amazingly pleasant and helpful. The community is clean and beautiful as is my unit. I expected a more mature clientele, but there are tons of college age kids near my unit that get noisy from time to time. It probably won't affect me upon returning to work from the holiday.

Overall this is a nice community. I do feel like this community is a little pricey for OKC, but all-in-all it's fine. Parking is a BIG issue in this community. It's not uncommon for residents to park 1-2 buildings away from where they live do to the amount of visitors that are in the complex. This community has a lot of pet owners, so take this as you will. For the most part, this community is quiet. There are those time when things get loud, but nothing unusual for an apartment complex.

This is a quiet community that makes my husband and I feel safe. Working nights, I need somewhere that's quiet in order to sleep during the day and I have not had any issues getting good rest. The neighbors in this community are very kind and the staff helps take care whatever needs/problems we have.

So far it's been a great experience renting with Leinbach Company. The value is exceptional for the units provided. Quiet neighborhood with lots of summer amenities. Looking forward for the stay and of course the friendly staff and the quick turnaround maintenance service.

Everything in this community is very good, safe and quiet. We have just moved from another community. By contrast, I can't imagine how I lived in the previous community for two years..The staff here are very friendly and they answer promptly every time I need help

This community is the total package! Quiet yet it's only a few minutes to shopping, dining and entertainment. If you want all of the amenities of home plus a built in maintenance member, you will love living at Crown Lone Oak!

There's great aspects to living here but there are still kinks that need to be worked out. Most of the the kinks can be worked out as time to m continues but the snow plowing in the winter was an issue that became a major safety concern.

Crown at Lone Oak has been a wonderful property to live. The staff and maintenance crew have always been extremely helpful. I also feel very safe living in this community. I love my billa with garage.

We have loved our time at Crown at Lone Oak. The apartments are nice and spacious with beautiful kitchens. We regularly use the gym and swimming pool on site and love all of our neighbors. Highly recommend living at Crown at Lone Oak.

The office staff is incredibly friendly! The value you get for the rent compared to similar complexes is much greater! The layout of the apartments is incredible and feels very open and large. The walls are thick and the neighbors are friendly.

I love the location and the features of the community, as well as the size of the apartments for price. There's amply parking, which is nice for when you want to have friends over. There are a few things left to be desired, -- I wish there were washer-dryers provided and that there wasn't an additional pet rent for cat owners, at the very least -- but overall, I've found it to be a great place to live thus far.

I have enjoyed living in the community and I do feel like the management cares about problems we have. Everything is always addressed with expedience and almost always well handled. Crown at Lone Oak has been a great experience and I would absolutely recommend.

I've lived in other apartment communities and none have followed through like this one. The management team is responsive, repairs are done quick, and the community is nice. Missy is honestly one of the best managers around. The apartments are in a great location and great price for what you get.

The apartment is really good! Friendly staff, good appearance and pet friendly. The pool and the gym are fantastic! And the community is nice as well. It's super clean and pretty. Good parking lot too.

I recommend this residence to all my colleagues and I also recommend them to you who are reading this review, better school location, quiet area without any worry or hassle, close to all stores such as walmart or target to meet all your needs, apartmenos In perfect condition and any minor complaint you may have will be dealt with immediately, I have been living here for about 7 months and for me it is the perfect and dream place, it would be a very good decision to move to this place.

Everyone has been so kind. The maintenance staff responds quickly to issues that need to be handled. They keep the outside looking nice. The apartments come with new appliances plus complimentary community washer and dryers.

Really nice apartments with a great pool and amenities. I always feel safe walking around the property at night. It is also nice to live in a smoke free community! The maintenance staff is always professional and prompt.
