Overall, this apartment community has been a pleasant experience. There is minimum issues with noise, maintenance is very quick and helpful, and the office staff is always pleasant and willing to assist you in any way. Everything is nice, new, and up to date inside the apartment, which makes for a welcoming and comfortable living experience? and our friends & family really seem to like it too!

Great apartments with awesome amenities! Beautifully maintained grounds year round. Excellent front office staff that help with every need. Extremely fast maintenance, always professional and completed right the first time.

Maintenance and upkeep on the property is great. The office staff is professional and cares. Amenities are good and current. Clean. Nice neighbors. Easy to use resident portal for paying rent, viewing documents, submitting work orders, etc.

I have absolutely loved living at Crown at Lone Oak! The staff is amazing and the buildings are beautiful! My favorite part about living here are the heated floors, and the beautifully designed living spaces! I feel very safe living here and walking my dog at any time of the day!

I was apartment hunting for a long time, but when I came across Crown at Lone Oak I loved it! It has been a great experience! I love the staff and the overall appearance of the community! I have recommended them to everyone I know that's looking to move!

This is an amazing place to live. It is a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. I love the community and staff that make this place beautiful and friendly. The only downside is they have a trash compactor so you have to take the trash all the way to the front of the complex. I

I love this community! The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance fixes are quick. It's close to the highway, shopping, etc. I haven't had any issues since moving in. You get what you pay for for sure!

The entire complex is beautiful, the staff is very happy to help in any way and if there is ever an issue, they go above and beyond to resolve quickly. The fitness center is amazing and convenient to the property, the pool is a resort style and always a big hit in the summer. There is a pickleball court, large chess board with pieces, and a great fire pit.

During these couple of months I have enjoyed to live here, the apartment complex condition is very good and office stuff are always courteous and kind. Also, maintenance always resolve any issues very quick.

I like that it has friendly values, kind and friendly people, the staff is very friendly. Maintenance is courteous. I've never known it to be a loud place no yelling or screaming. I always like to say hello when I pass someone when out and about, if taking out the trash or going to the mailbox.

Overall I am happy living here, and it's been 3 yrs. Maintenance is fast & attentive but quality of work isn't always the case for bigger jobs. Nice having workout facility on the property, but could be a little bigger. Trash "compactor" on the property for all residents is an issue and it "backs up" and can be an eyesore.

Very happy with my apartment. It was so simple getting my keys and paper work filled out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's all clean and new and nice. There's always parking. I never have any issues.

Great leasing staff that have always been incredibly responsive and made sure I felt safe and comfortable in my home!! Always followed up on maintence requests or any questions I may have had. + luxurious features that definitely get used on a daily basis!

Living at Crown Lone Oak has been great! I have lived here for over 3 years and I have been very happy. My apartment is spacious and new and the community itself is beautiful. The very few maintenance issues I've had were resolved quickly.

Great community. The maintenance staff is always quick to help with any service needs or to unlock doors. It is a safe community. I enjoy living here. I have had few issues if any in the past year. Appreciate all that they do.

All units have very nice amenities. Entire complex is smoke free. Surrounding area is very safe. Large pool and annual community pool party. Rent is worth it for what you get. Management is a good group.

Quiet, safe, clean, very friendly staff. Move in was easy and stress free, our leasing agent helped with lots of questions and concerns. She even reached out to us post move to check in. Friendly neighbors and lovely accommodations.

Great experience so far. My only complaint is the noise. You can hear everything that goes on in your upstairs neighbor apartment. Otherwise, great location and amenities. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff is friendly, community feels safe, and work orders are completed in a timely fashion. They have assisted my family in several ways including school bus drop offs. I would recommend Leinbach Company.

Renting process was super easy! I love my home! It is super nice, cozy, comfortable, affordable, and in a great location! Apartments that are near are not much less and are no where near how nice Crown at Lone Oak is!

The Crown Lone Oak Community is clean, friendly, beautiful, and feels like a home. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is attentive and thorough. This is by far the best renting experience I have had. I would absolutely recommend this community to my friends and family, it's a wonderful place to live.

CLO has been so good to be! I have love every minute staying here! The unit is well worth the price and the community is amazing. I would stay here forever if I could! It is the perfect place for all types of people!
