It has been wonderful! What a wonderful place to live! We love to walk our dog here. The barn doors are a great feature and the laundry in the bathroom is great. Baseboards in kitchen can get loose easily, but otherwise everything is great. Yay!

Very nice people and the apartments were really nice. The community has a lot of unique additions like the garden and pickleball court. The pool was also really nice. The deposits are not outrageous like some other places and the apartments and patios are really spacious.

Love the look inside and outside of apartments. Maintenance is so quick. Love being able to texting the front office and getting reminders via text. Amazing location close to tons of food, activities, and not far away from downtown at all.

I love my apartment at Crown at Lone Oak. It is incredible spacious and truly feels like home. We love the pickleball court, the gym, and the overall safety of the complex. The office staff is always kind and are always quick to our issues and maintenance requests. I've lived in multiple apartment complexes. and this one has been far my favorite.

The apartments are very nice, they have all the services, except a washer and a dryer, they charge rent separately or a room for a deposit, I don't remember exactly, but I don't think it has a parking lot with doors that open by control, it's very important for the safety of vehicles, apartments and their inhabitants

Complex is beautiful and feels very safe here. Apartments have an upscale feel without the upscale price. Complex is very pet friendly as well and residents actually seem to follow the rules and pick up after their pets. I do wish there was a dog park for my little guy to get out and run around but not a deal breaker

The neighborhood is very nice and the staff is absolutely amazing. The grounds are kept clean and the noise level is minimal. It is a great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

So far it's been great! No complaints my neighbors downstairs sometimes seem to be smoking but I don't care much I just don't want anyone to complain. Other than that everything is great I get to places really fast and I always get a good parking spot

This place has been great. Non-smoking and trash is outside the gate so it does not smell around the complex. Office staff are very helpful and maintenance is the best I've ever had at an apartment complex.

So far this has been a great experience for us! The amenities are great and the gates actually stay closed unlike most apartments. The staff is always very helpful and friendly especially Kinsey! All around has been a great place to live!

It's been great here, my whole family loves it! The community is great and staff is amazing! Pet and people friendly! Very satisfied! Can't wait for the pool to open and smell the BBQs ?? My family feels safe here!

So far, everything is fantastic at this apartment complex. All of the workers in the main office is super nice and helpful. There has not been a moment where I have not felt welcome. Everybody that lives are also some of the kindest people I have met.

Well kept property
I was dealing with an unfortunate situation and going through a divorce. The staff here worked like clock work to get me approved and moved in. The property is well kept and maintained well. Easy on and off the highway. The unit itself is nice, although pricey. You pay for what you get, the walk in shower is nice, The maintenance is very quick too. The only complaint I have is an office staff member being a little snobby one day but was snobby back so it was ok. Keyless entry is nice. Overall a great community. Non-case associated too!!

Great place to live!
Location is perfect. Everything that you might need is super close by. But, you are far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Apartments are nice. Safe and secure. Community is also very quiet. I would definitely recommend this community for anybody to live in.

Love our Apartment and staff, every one is very helpful and respectful. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I'm happy to call this place my home, this will be our second time leasing here and it has been the best decision and as of now rate these apartment a 10/10.

Apartments are clean and quiet. Work orders are completed extremely fast. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. The community is very safe and I have never felt uneasy walking around at night.

Very nice apartment complex. I just got moved in and my apartment was very clean with minimal issues to fix. I am looking forward to using the amenities and the outside area. I also think it is so cool they have a gardening station for residents to sign up for!

I like living here. Nice clean facility. Maintenance staff very professional and do a great job keeping the whole area looking nice. Could use another dumpster at the back of the complex. The only one we have is always full and trash builds up around it making the area a bad eye sore for people coming in. Also I think the office staff needs to make more rounds inspecting the complex. You hardly ever see them out walking around inspecting the complex.

Apartment shopping can be a challenging task. We were very pleased with the promptness of the management group returning our request for property information. The property representative provided many time opportunities to view the property and answer questions. Our rep was very pleasant, patient and informative. Although, the property couldn't provide all that we would need to make the move. She mentioned that she would make note of things changed on their end.

From top to bottom, management to front desk to maintenance, the entire Lone Oak team is outstanding. All issues or concerns are addressed immediately and professionally. We are very much looking forward to the weather warming up so we can get our Pickle Ball and Gardening on.

In addition to having neighbors who are welcoming and offer to help, we have loved the no smoking rules, the quietness of the complex and just an overall homey feel! We love the size that this new apartment provides us as well.
