Very helpful office staff and very knowledgeable and friendly maintenance staff. Most tenants keep to themselves but when you run into other tenants they are always nice and respectful. The pool is very nice and has options for all ages.

So far the experience has been great. Its a beautiful community, quiet and the staff are helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues seem to be handled quickly. Living spaces are spacious, kitchen has enough storage space and bathrooms have heated floors.

Very clean, modern apartments. Staff is always extremely friendly and always willing to help however, they can! I love the fact that rules are enforced, which makes it much better living experience. Would definitely recommend living here!

The apartment is beautiful and has been a great experience so far. We have lived here a few weeks and anything we have brought to the staffs attention (like 2 things max) has been addressed or fixed immediately. You have so much room here!! And it is such a quiet, beautiful neighborhood.

So far so good. Everyone is very helpful and the service provided is adequate for the price point. Pest control is too quick and lacks thoroughness. Mine was in/out in less than one minute last 2 times.

Great location, close to the highway, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The complex is very well kept and the grounds are always well manicured. Management has always been very responsive to any of our needs or request.

Friendly leasing agent, good amenities, clean grounds. The unit sizes are attractive, large windows, interesting things to do nearby. Utilities seem to be very reasonable. Securely gated, with a dog daycare close by.

Great community that is very supportive and shows interest in how residents are doing and ideas they have for the community. It would be good to have better security protocols at the complex like more cameras to enforce and act against trespassing and thieving. Also it seems like there are several rules the community has that can't be enforced unless seen like pool hours/rules and smoking

Great place to live. Very peaceful . I like how it's very ducked off. The security to enter . The amentities it comes with. The modern look. And the cleanliness is great. The pool area is very useful with grills and bikes . One bedrooms are very spacious

I think the apartment complex is beautiful and peaceful, i always feel safe! i would definitely love if they had a dog park, or bigger areas for walking the dogs. It would also be nice if there was a trash can for pet waste behind building 800.
