The tour was very great and the community seems very friendly and I really like the non smoking aspect as I have two children. Also the key fab feature is amazing and high tech! The only thing I would change is the bathroom shower tile

I had a great experience with crown lone oak moving in. Everything was clean and ready for me when I got there. I put in a work order for a drawer to be fixed and a hornet nest to be taken care of, and they completed the work order almost immediately! Great place to live so far.

I'm new here, but so far it is nice. Pool is epic and staff is great! Maintenance is prompt so far. Parking is great as well. It's quiet at night which makes it comfortable to rest up for the next day!

There were a few hiccups in the initial move-in process regarding my carpet, but after speaking with management, they replaced my carpet. I only wish this was done prior to me moving in because moving the furniture around was a hassle.

This is a great place to move into. The surrounding area is very nice and has many options for eating and recreation. So far, this is my favorite place that I have moved into. The staff are very friendly as well.

Trash Compactor regularly backs up due to improper use. The complex itself is very walkable, but it is fairly unsafe to walk or bike to anywhere else, although that's more a complaint for the city. Staff is nice and units are well maintained, but overall not the best.

Very Responsive and Kind Office staff Maintenance has been on top of all concerns for the apartment. Clean community. Appreciate the extensive gym on the campus. It keeps us from having to buy another gym membership and stay on site

Overall I've been satisfied with the apartment, although there are some nitpicks. The built-in desk in some units is functionally useless and they really should rip them out of the walls and just leave the nooks for storage areas since there is no living room closet. I'd also prefer a flat top stove rather than the electric stove tops

Great place- fairly quiet. Office staff is super friendly and helpful. Dog poo is the only issue I have seen so far- people don't pick up after their dogs- They are quick to try and remedy issues if you have one.

Lone Oak and their office staff are wonderful to work with and really take the time to care about each person on an individual level. Beautiful, spacious apartments with top notch amenities. If you are able to get a wrap around porch, highly recommend it.

The community is quiet, well kept, the amenities are fantastic. It feels safe and secure. I only just moved in but I love my apartment. It's spacious and feels like home. I really enjoy having a gym on sight. And, can't wait to use the grills and pool this summer.
