Very great experience so far. Very clean at move in. Good customer service. The application process was very smooth. Everyone I worked with was polite and helpful. I told my mom this is how an apartment should look when you move it. So many times I've had to clean before doing anything when moving.

Staff is excellent! Very responsive and courteous. A pet friendly community with great maintenance too. My two bed apartment is spacious and I love the layout. Food trucks on site in the spring and summer are a great treat!

This community is overall very enjoyable to live in. The landscape is beautiful and very calming. Our apartment functions great and we have had no problems in the first year of living here. If you do not like hearing your neighbors, you may not want to live here because the walls are thin and there are some loud cars. Other than that, this place is awesome and I'd recommend.

I love living here! My neighbors are very friendly and the apartments are very quiet. Management are very professional and responsive. Any time I have needed maintenance, they are quick to respond and always follow up to ensure I am satisfied with the outcome. It's a pleasure to live here.

Our experience with crown at lone oak has been extremely pleasant. Their staff and maintenance our a combined team that creates a comforting experience for the residence that last well past the initial months of move in. Compared to other properties this one is excellent.

Clean community for the most part. There have been issues with de-icing and snow in the past where tenants were not able to leave the apartment. Walls are very thin here and noise is inevitable. I would recommend getting a fan for noise or a noise machine. Pool rules are also extremely strict. Other than that it is a clean community, very safe.

Great experience with great staff enjoyed the last few years I have been living here very safe ,quiet and very clean community and pet friendly . The staff are very professional and understanding and always available. Same with the maintenance staff very professional and clean with very good work

I've have a great experience here so far and do not have any complaints at all. Everyone is nice and welcoming. When I need help, the staff is there to help as well. I'm very thankful to have found an apartment complex like this.

Apartment appearance is modern with all white cabinets with white and gray countertops. 24hr gym is a great amenity. Double Kitchen pantries are a major plus. Double sinks in the master is great. The heated floors are a great addition to the apartment. Heated pool adds a nice touch

Our experience with our apartment and community has far exceeded expectations. We have been able to turn our apartment into a home and we enjoy all of our neighbors around us. Along with having great neighbors, the staff in the front office has been superb since we moved in years ago.

I have a good experience the first couple of months until the bottom neighbor called the patrol on us bcos my baby dropped something they said is loud. Secondly is a non smoking community and I see alot of people smoking in the apartment I told the office but the wanted proof. I smoke but always goes to the circle but when I stay out there relaxing in my car on 2 occasion the neighbors out there called the police on me. So I don't really like that.

Misty is great. Maintenance staff is great. Parking could be larger. I've lived here for almost 3 years and I really enjoy the apartment and the amenities that are offered. I would recommend this complex to others

Modern and pleasant community, lots of professionals. The grounds are well kept. The office staff is responsive to requests. The amenities including the pool and fitness center are good. Very good location, access to highways, nearby restaurants, etc.

A great apartment community with floor plans to suit any need. Lots of great amenities both inside the units and as part of the property. The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, responsive, and engaging. That is a rarity in apartment communities. The property is well-placed with quick access to major roads and shopping. It is apparent that the team here wants everyone to feel at home! I have been here a couple of years and certainly intend to stay on.

I love living at crown at lone oak apartments. It is a great area to live in, it's not too far from anything and is very affordable. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so. The units are very nice and cozy.

I moved into Crown Lone Oak in August of 2019. Originally I was going to move downtown but decided to visit Crown Lone Oak. During my first visit, I fell in love with the apartment complex and decided Crown Lone Oak was the place for me. The staff at Crown Lone Oak are very professional and friendly!

It has been great living here! The amenities are wonderful! We like where this complex is located. Close to the city with easy access to all main roads. A major mall a couple of miles down the road. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. All very convenient while still having a country feeling!

I had terrible black mold at my old apartment and my daughter found this one for me. I am really happy here. My apartment is really pretty, and I love the high ceilings. My neighbors are the best. This apartment is easy to keep clean and I especially love the heated bathroom floor.

Crown at Lone Oak is a fantastic apartment community. The apartment features are fantastic and the staff are top notch! The gate also works as intended and is not "just for show". I feel very safe knowing that someone can't even walk in without going through the office or having gate access.

The apartment complex is very safe and is within a 5 min radius of anything needed. They are clean and the grounds are always kept up in all seasons and the staff has always been helpful. I've recommended this to several people already.
