I loved this apartment since the moment I saw it. The office made it an extremely easy process to get applied and moved in. I love my apartment and the neighbors are super quiet. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing.

The experience was awesome. Everything went smoothly and they answered all of the questions that I had. The only thing I am not happy with is that the trash is all the way at the front, and I live all the way in the back.

The personnel here at these apartments are absolutely amazing and have been very understanding of my specific situation. They really made me feel like this place can be a home and have been very helpful with a smooth move in transition.

Maintenance Review - Awesome Service!
Mustafa is ONE OF THE BEST! Our maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and he is very respectful of our apartment space! He ensures that each issue we have is taken care of completely and makes the process a breeze!

Maintenance work
Mustafa did a great job sealing the joints in the bathtubs. I would have him do any work for us. The work was done the same day that I turned in the request. The administrative staff had also been great to work with.

Great place!
Makenzie was amazing!! She walked me through everything and was very helpful!! She was very sweet and was able to explain everything great. The apartments were very nice and spacious! I was very impressed! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Makenzie also mentioned the 30 day back money guarantee!! I loved that!

Great place for new beginnings
My husband and I came in as newly weds. It was and still is perfect for us. We started and are still living in a two bedroom for extra space and for growing families. We plan to stay for another year. Staff members are very helpful. I know living in an apartment might be irritating with mail or delivery, plumping, in general getting help for anything, but crown lone oak community is very easy, simple and pleasant environment. Office members host activities every now and then for residents to attend and participate. This helps with us getting to know your neighbors more if you want. But also if you are an introvert, that’s ok too. Neighbors don’t really interact much as well. Crown lone oak staff do their best to make the community clean and quiet.

It has been fantastic so far. Really enjoy the location and the staff are super friendly and always willing to help with issues that you may be having. The on-site amenities are also great and it's a nice community to walk around in.

Staff have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Property is clean and kept up to date. Move in process was simple and efficient. Everyone is friendly. I am very satisfied with my choice and would highly recommend!

Have only been here a couple of weeks but so far the complex is amazing. Quiet, outside areas clean, gym & laundry facility clean & in working order. Office staff has been amazing! Glad we chose to live here!!

I have lived in two apartments here and have absolutely loved both of them! Went from their bigger one bedroom to a villa and it's so lovely!! The community is quiet and peaceful, plus the office staff always greets you with a friendly face. Maintenance is top tier and extremely friendly and professional Their community events have to be my favorite, and my dogs too! So excited for the Christmas party!!

It was so homey and quaint. I love the inside and outside of the apartment. It is kept very clean and nice and I love how everything is updated. The community seems very nice and friendly and I have now complaints.

When coming to crown lone oak I didn't have any expectations. I was met by Mackenzie, who showed me and my roommate the apartment we rent. Everyone I've met that's been apart of the staff here has been kind and attentive. The crown lone oak community is respectful, and quiet.

Awesome place and beautiful apartment, very nice community for young couples starting out. Also has very good walking spots for your dogs and easy access to dog poop bag stations. It is very reasonably priced with availability to upgrade to other apartment types with garages.

Clean, quiet, and updated amenities! Property manager takes great care of residents and property. Maintenance always responds fast with lockouts or if an issue arises in the apartments. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of moving to check out the property.

The whole team here has been really helpful and nice. My shower was having issues and was fixed after notifying Lone Oak management. Mustafa the maintenance guy who helped out was really nice as well. Thank you to the management here!

Love it!! I feel very safe. Maintenance is amazing. Manager, Kat, is very professional and kind. I have lived here for almost 5 years. No plan on moving. Easy access to hiways, etc. Love the resort style pool. Neighbors are wonderful.

Well located, good amenities, and good value. On-site team is helpful and the community is generally quiet. Some luxury features (heated floors, light fixtures) but underwhelming countertops, flooring, and cabinets. Overall a good place to live.

The apartment complex is great! It has a beautiful pool and the landscaping is well kept at all times. I love the security systems it has with the unit door and its locking mechanisms. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Great staff! Very professional and courteous! Any maintenance needed is performed very quickly and any issues, the staff resolves immediately! This is the second time I have lived here and came back because of the care and professionalism of the staff

Do not move here. They raise prices on their tentants.
Worst experience living here. Make sure you read that contract they throw at you. They require a 60 day move out notice on top of you signing a lease. They are charging us $1,640 plus $7 a day for electric for 17 days in October 2023. I called an explained to them that I lost my job.. I put in a 35 day notice and I was told my rent would DOUBLE on the last month and we had to stay for 60 days after putting in the 35 day notice. It’s ridiculous. Kat is extremely rude and will hang up in your face. They double their prices when you tell them you want to move out.. the community gatherings are FAKE! It’s really only for their employees. They careless about the tenants who live there. When you go into the office Kat is ALWAYS extremely rude and just looks angry 24/7. No one in the office is nice…. They are all very rude and do not even try to get to know their tenants. You can not get ahold to anyone in the headquarters… they are all rude to you. There are plenty of other apartments in OKC that you can sign a lease at and when your lease ends you can move out without being charge outrageous fees.! Save yourself and stay away from here.

There's a lot of fees like after hours maintenance and not cleaning up after your pet. The Trashcan is always overfilling. The exit gate always breaks. Those are the only issues other than how expensive it is but hey it's America.

It's really great! The apartments are nice and the staff is so helpful! They are pet friendly and super fun! The complex plans events and maintains the grounds! The neighbors are nice! There's a lot of bugs tho
