    We've been living in this complex since 2000. Everything is fine, but I'd like to see the pool hours extended if possible. After work, many people won't be able to get there before 7 p.m., and we also don't want the pool to depend on five security lifeguards to operate.

      I would like to raise a concern regarding the shortage of parking spaces within our apartment community. At the moment, it often happens that due to the lack of available parking, residents are forced to park their vehicles very far from their buildings, which creates significant inconvenience. We fully understand that many households have more than one vehicle. However, we would like to suggest considering the option of assigning and numbering parking spaces by apartment number, so that each apartment would have at least one designated parking space located as close as possible to their unit. This approach could help create a fairer parking system and greatly improve convenience and quality of life for residents. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

          The apartment I rented was not inspected, and I encountered many problems. It's been 2 months and the problems still haven't been resolved! I contacted the office several times about the problems and they promised to resolve them, but some of them are still pending.

            I like living here but the complex was recently sold and some of the changes were heart wrenching when I was told to take down the US flag. I understand why but it still bothered me. A lot of rumors are circulating about the prices going up and now the extra 125.00 that all residents will have to pay. I just think the complex should have notified their residents.

              Moved in 1985. The Maintenance Crew is wonderful & respond quickly. Love them!!! However, I feel this is a problem a bit more Complex. Could be I don't understand the problem?? Whatever--it is chilly. I would like to try the Furnace man.

                  Overall, TOH is a quality community. Very few issues with serious problems such as crime. I have lived here for many years. The new management seems to be focused on addressing any issues that have manifested in the past.

                      I'm a person who stays to themselves. Been here for 14 years with no incidents. Can see a change in neighboring buildings, but I guess can be worse. Hopefully the new owners remember how long certain tenants have been here, and figure that in when it comes time to renew our lease's. A lot of us are elderly and on a fixed income.

                          Great place to live. I have been residing here since 2010 Close to everything and if you have kids the school is within walking distance. Now under new management so things are even better. The office staff has always been great and always a pleasure to deal with.

                                Nature, swimming pool, nice apartments... like that the school is close by. I can definitely recommend it. I only wish that the service for urgent matters would be faster. My child's bicycle was stolen near the entrance to the apartments, but it was his fault, he did not buckle it.

                                  Top of the Hill in Apartments in Feasterville is a nice apartment community in lowers Bucks County. I lived there for almost 3 years. The apartment was spacious with some utilities included and had updated appliances and bathroom fixtures. Maintenance was relatively quick to fix issues if they arose. The maintenance team, headed by Scott, were all friendly and polite, In the winter, the snow was cleared as quickly as they could do it. I appreciated that they would come back and clear additional snow covered parking spots over consecutive days to ensure that residents could park. The section that I lived in was generally quiet. There was the usual apartment living noise - that's to be expected- but my neighbors were nice and respectful of each other. The office staff were always friendly and polite. They were responsive to having your maintenance issues attended to or answering your questions. It was nice that they had the office staffed on weekends. Overall, I had a good experience living here and would recommend it if you are looking in that area.

                                    I moved today 11/20/21 after being here since June 1st 1998. I moved because I retired from nursing and recently married and moved to the Poconos. I highly recommend living here. My neighbors were great, the grounds are kept nice and clean and the staff has always be respectful and tended to any issues I informed them of. Is any place perfect, no but they do their best to address concerns. I felt very safe here and being a nurse I often worked late. I never had roaches, mice and in the beginning of spring when I would see a few ants (I lived on the ground floor) they would send the exterminator and this resolved seeing any further ants. I loved not having to pay for heat, hot water and gas. A fellow nurse moved here and then moved out a year later and a year later came back to live here. The area has many stores, train station close by and major highways (Turnpike, Rte 1, 95) close by. Living here for 23 years I had my apartment painted, new rugs, updated things I requested etc without any problems. Again I really recommend living here. (former resident 39B)

                                      This place is absolute hell. Ceilings and walls very thin. You can hear almost everything your neighbor is doing. The maintenance man had stalked me for weeks and the office doesn't nothing about it. They think it's a joke. This man has randomly always ended up near my patio door and starring at me at the oddest times. They like to switch rules here constantly, the one office lady is really rude and racist towards anyone who isn't white. She makes up high requirements and expectations to live here if she thinks less of you. But "white" foreigners they will allow leasing acceptance very easily. Pipes creak loud all the time when water turns on upstairs, the parking is very horrible. And if you lose your permit pass, they'll try to tow you quickly before even double checking to see who's car it is first if it belongs here before doing so. This place has a very nosey sales manager that tends to twist words and not take care of anything. For any future person that views this place. Trust this review. As it is true 100%. This place is the worst apartment place in north east PA. They also show up and open up your door without checking if your home first. Maintenance man almost walked on me naked after I told him I wasn't dressed. They do this constantly. Again I will say to anyone who looks at this place. Don't ever rent here. This place will steal your money and give you a ---- hole with no parking, toilet that backs up constantly, pipes that make loud noises for hours at a time, sinks that water turns off at random times, ceilings that leak in the bathrooms. A lot of apartments seem to have this issue. Maintenance man that seems to stalk me and open my door at random times in announced and Unwelcomed. Rented here for 3 years. And I will never rent here again and suggest everyone to stay away from here and I promise you. You'd be saving yourself a headache with this office personnel. For 1200 this place is garbage. Do yourself a favor and Keep your money. Find somewhere else that would appreciate your business better. This place is a trap. They make it look presentable and when they lock you in. You will regret it soon after to leave immediately.

                                        I have lived here 2 years. This is how I would explain this place. Office women very nice but clueless. I promise you they make stuff up. As far as maintenance, out of all the times I've called (maybe 8 times) in 2 years. "The older" you would think more knowledgeable men just don't care and basically tell you ur an idiot and never fix the problem "lazy". Finally they sent out a young kid who actually fixed my problem and showed up the next day like he said he would to fix another issue. I was shocked figured I would get blown off like I normally do. Another positive water came in my apt one night and the carpet guy that came out couldn't have been nicer and really went above and beyond to make sure it was cleaned properly. Safety I feel safe here, my wife likes to walk at night and she says otherwise. Apparently there's a security guard at night but he is a crackhead and extremely creepy. My only suggestion is out with the old bring in some more youth some more people with drive. And fire ur creepy security guard.

                                          When you contact the leasing office with concerns regarding your apartment, the leasing office personnel writes a work order that is then given to the maintenance staff to make the proper repairs. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, call the leasing office so they could send maintenance back into your apartment.                                           Since I moved from this place wanted to agree with the previous review that he or she posted. Couldn't agree more. Yes ac units do not work properly . Yes it's correct about breakers going out over the littles things. Front office had been called, they will say maintenance will be sent, they will come and say nothing is wrong. I believe they should take a look at the Maintenance that they have hired or have. We did take it upon our hands to just fix thing our self, since nothing was getting done properly no matter how many times you "reach" out like management states. Overall once you start fixing this yourself you won't have issues. Best of luck.

                                            If one of our maintenance men had not fixed the issue in your apartment to your satisfaction, you could have contacted the leasing office and maintenance would have been sent back into your apartment. Breakers tripping or air conditioning units not working (depending on the weather) are considered emergencies and if maintenance could not resolve the problem, an outside contractor would have been called as soon as possible.

                                            This place is horrifying, we have been living here for a few months and cant wait to get the heck out of here. Our next door neighbors smokes inside her Apartment, the hallway smells like cigarettes, the INSIDE of my apartment SMELLS like cigarettes!! WE DONT SMOKE! i thought smoking inside the apartment wasn't allowed but i guess im wrong. Something goes wrong in your apartment just make sure you are ready to fix it your SELF since maintenance is horrible doing its job. They tell you only certain amount of people to live in the apartments but i SWEAR these people have kids, parent and more living with them. The playground is a complete mess, kids leaving toys all over the place. constantly losing power, or using a hair dryer with everything shut off because god forbid you have the AC on and the TV and kitchen light on, breaker will knock off right away and lose power. we had a issue in our apartment, we had to contact front desk to get it fix not kidding 6 times, for issue to be fixed. Also the AC will be running non stop all day even if its cool out, was advised to put it at a high temp to avoid for it to be running all day, was put on 74 at 6am got home at 4:30 lowered to 70 since APT was very warm AC didn't shut off till 11:55pm to be EXACT since i was keeping track of it! and lets talk about the vents, if you want to breathe in your APT without getting sick, make sure you wear mask, its not a pretty site. oh and if you tell them to fix something maintenance will say to the front desk that it was fixed when it WASNT. So Good Luck if you want to move here, i wish i did more research before moving because i sure have read PLENTY of bad reviews of this place.

                                              Dear Resident, If we receive a smoking complaint we investigate and if there is infiltration into another apartment we notify the resident that is smoking. As per the terms of our lease, it is the resident's responsibility to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that smoke does not impinge upon the health and safety of other residents. They may need to smoke outside of the building (at least 25 feet from the building). If you have any issues regarding your apartment, contact the leasing office and a work order will be given to the maintenance staff to make the proper repairs. If you are not satisfied with the completed work call the leasing office so they could send maintenance back into your apartment. Our lease states that four people (maximum) are allowed to reside in a two bedroom apartment. If there is excess noise coming from your neighbor's apartment or you believe too many people reside in the apartment, contact the leasing office so we can confirm your concerns and take proper action. If you are having issues with your breakers tripping or with your air conditioning unit, contact the leasing office and the contractor will be contacted to go to your apartment. We have a porter cleaning the grounds Monday through Friday which includes the playground. The Management of Top of the Hill Apartments takes pride in serving the needs of the community's residents including an on-site maintenance superintendent. We are continuously making improvements to the property and always welcome suggestions from our residents. Please call the leasing office so we can discuss the issues and concerns you have.

                                              The worst place to live. I got looked inside on a Sunday the door wouldn't open the maintenance was no where to be found and they want to charge me $500 for a new door. They had no gas and for one week winter time and they did nothing for back up. Save your money and go somewhere else that doesn't feel like a rat hole.

                                                Maintenance was contacted but before they could arrive you had broken through your front door. In reference to gas, due to a leak, the gas was shut off for a few days last summer while repairs were made. We strive to take care of all maintenance requests as soon as possible and keep inconveniences to our residents to a minimum.

                                                if you like squirrels, birds and bugs (i mean colonies) EVERY WHERE in your home, or like dogs pooping and pissing all over or barking all day everyday, or love EXTREMELY noisy rude neighbors and free range uncontrollable loud kids, or druggies smoking or selling in front of the building, on your car and in hallway, or like neighbors and/or strangers doing laundry all hours of the night, or dont mind 2 weeks for maintenance to fix something, lying about fixing it and never showing up at all, or like having no parking because tenants has 2-4 cars per apartment, or like toilet always backing up into the tub (even though you havent used it), or like the pool barely opened during the summer hours are 12p-7p and thats if they dont close early or open late or at all, or like sidewalks never shoveled and icy, or like the electricity going out at least 3 times a month, or like buildings and your apartment smelling like cigarette smoke or fish, then this is a great place for you!! Ive voiced my concerns and complaints to the office and the emergency number since day one but each person always says to call the other but they are fast to raise the rent every year. ive been here 3 years too long!! for those praising this place are either lucky or are favored by the office. ps. they dont call this the top of the hill for nothing. be prepare for your apt to be on a slant.
