Run away FAST!!!! I would rather be HOMELESS!!!
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at...

The walls are as thick as a cracker jack box, the parking is impossible to find after 7pm. The Neighboors here are not to friendly and will smile to your face and call/write to the landlord that you are the anti-christ and that you are too loud.

Neighboors have these great Qualities:
1. Argue at all hours
2. Slam doors that rattle your pictures on the wall
3. Kids screaming
4. Dogs barking at everything
5. Vacum being used at midnight
6. These same people have the nerve to ask you to stop making noise because their kids are trying to sleep

I blame myself because I rushed into this, and if I did more research I could have avoided what seems like a prison sentence (Lease)

Net net of the comment: "RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN...

One of the better apts. in the area
I chose this apartment because it was resonable for the size, location, parking, neiborhood, and the courtesy extended at the office (by Cindy and Peggie). I moved in May of 2001 and I still live there now.
The only problems that I have experienced are as follows: the toilet clogs on occasion, some ants in the summer, the pantry door closes annoyingly, and yes, there is one crack in the ceiling. Other than that, I love my neibors and the ladies at the office.
Critique: The maintenance was prompt whenever there was a problem with the toilet. They are always mowing in the summer, raking leaves in the fall, and plowing the snow in the winter. In addition, the office staff sends out monthy newsletters giving tenents helpful information about life, seasonal safey reminders, and awarness of suspicious acts, especially at this time of terrorism.

Good at first
At first, this apartment was nice as well as cheap. However, the rent went up 40 bucks this year alone, and there have been a number of car vandalisms recently. There is talk of making this complex Section 8, and many people are leaving.
