The apartment is nice but could be better. When we moved in the apartment didn't feel like it got cleaned or dis the bare minimum and just painted over the walls. The community room needs to be better maintained and needs a better system for reserving rooms. If I have to pay 250+ to reserve the community room then people living in the building need to be more respectful to that especially when I go out my may to make sure signs are up for my events. Also the room should be clean and I shouldn't be doing extra scrubbing to make sure it's clean.

Helpful, cordial, prompt, good communication, and understanding. Especially when I moved in from Brooklyn and had no prior experience in Pittsburgh. The staff were approachable, extended themselves to assist me. They gave me advice on how to commute to my new job, places to eat or shop. Accommodated my wife when she moved in 9 months later. Overall great experience. I even recommended this place to some co workers.

I have been a resident at Riverview Apartments for 11 years which is my testament to being satisfied. My son and I have occupied the same apartment and have been completely satisfied for the management the maintenance and in general we are very happy here. I would like to command CLARA in our management office who is so dedicated to working with the residents And always lending ahelping hand. she is extremely personable and puts in 100+ percent Resident satisfaction.

I am pleased with my experience at River Vue, so far. The office and valet staff are wonderful. The gym, while small, has a variety of useful exercise equipment. Some minor adjustments to the move-in process, though, could be made. I was confused by some discrepancies between the Welcome email and the required items in the ResidentPortal app. I am also (still) confused about how to setup the code for my unit's emergency key box. These minor inconveniences, though, do not diminish my overall positive experiences at River Vue.

Great community! Clean and safe. I enjoy where I live and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. The entire staff does a fantastic job from the Management team, the Cleaning team, the maintenance team and the valets. I feel grateful to have found ARV.

Ok for the most part. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Bryant is professional and courteous at all times. The work is done correctly the first time. Bryant always enters my apartment with a positive attitude.

I just moved in, and so far, I'm really happy with my choice! The management team is friendly and quick to address any maintenance needs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. I'm looking forward to settling in more, but so far, it's been a great experience. Living here has been good so far. The staff seems friendly. Not a lot of interaction with the rest of the occupants as I don't see them much. The guys in valet are awesome and make it seamless when I need my car.

I've only been here 4 months but my experience so far has been amazing. The leasing office staff and maintenance are so friendly and prompt. The building is always well maintained and the community center is such a nice place to go to play games, get some quiet or just relax. We love it here

Clean and well-maintained building right in downtown Pittsburgh. Easy access to highways when I need to leave the city. Staff is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to move downtown, but with access to fun entertainment options nearby.

We are in a great location, the staff is very responsive and courteous, and the building is well maintained. We weren't thrilled with the first apartment in this building (our fault). When we talked to the staff they made the apartment transfer so easy and convenient for us. We absolutely love our apartment now.
