Moving here has been fantastic so far. Lots of flexibility when it comes to renting here and overrall it's a quiet community. Everyone is nice, especially the staff - they're very welcoming and positive. I love the building's aesthetic and the unit I have is spacious for me and my fianc?, appliances are up to date, and the view of the city looks great from where we're at. Daytime or nighttime looks amazing. As long as it stays this way or more improvements on top of whats already here, I already think I'm willing to stay longer and renew my lease when that time comes.

Everything is excellent , safety, maintenance, lease office, payment, trash disposal are great. i would suggest that to every new couple to come river view apartment ar Pittsburgh. It also is good for internet and cable

I had a wonderful experience visiting this community. I felt very welcomed by the staff there. Each and every question I had was answered with ease, and I was handled with care. This was the first time I have toured a place and did not feel judged.

Loved it and highly considering choosing this place for my next apartment:) my friend and I loved the lay out and everything that there was to offer. Also loved how nice everyone was when I entered to view the apartments

Its the best placed have ever lived at. It got better when it changed to berger. Michelle is the best always willing to help and always have a smile on her face. Its always clean and matters are resolved immediately

It's a quiet and peaceful area in the center of downtown Pittsburgh! People living there are really nice, leasing office staffs are very friendly and welcoming. After living a couple of months in this apartment, I feel home!

Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. People smile and are genuinely happy to live here. I have enjoyed the location of the building and I can tell it is always taken care of. I enjoy that it is pet friendly too.

I have been a resident at Apartments At River View going on 10 years. The current management and maintenance team do a wonderful job of meeting all my needs. They are truly professional and show a concern for the residents.

The building management does not engage with residents. The common areas are filthy, hallway lights burned out /not replaced. Homeless routinely camp out on the property and sneak inside to sleep ..

There are no community events, but good place to live overall apartments and lounge area. The area is at accessible location to airports and offices and has good restaurants around the same. The market square always has events going on which is good thing

Had some obstacles when moving in, but the property management and corporate management were able to rectify all the issues in a timely manner. The unit and property grounds appear to be well kept and the building cleanliness is 5 stars.

Everything at River View has been wonderful so far. Everything is clean and in working order. If I need maintenance for anything, it is taken care of in a timely (almost immediate) manner. I could not be happier here!

Ever since the new management took over the apartments have been unclean - entrance is unclean, hallways are unclean, carpets are stained, elevators and entryway is dirty. There is a major staffing issue (they need at least 3 or 4 more people) and they need to prioritize cleanliness. These apartments say they are luxury, but the services are not. I would not recommend living here.

Maintenance: always on time. Noise: could be a little bit to worry for the lower floors because of the too much events in this area. Parking: pricy bu the valet team is great! Summary: Great location just across the state pointe park and great staff Mittchell?

Just moved in and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. I called the staff to resolve the breaker problem and a maintenance individual came in outside of a time I was home, which I requested. I have no worries with leaving these issues with staff when I am gone, based on the service I have experienced. Thank you!

Great location; excellent attention to maintenance needs with a friendly attitude. Outstanding location being downtown Pittsburgh and close to North Shore and all is outstanding restaurants and museums, etc.

Its been so so! I unfortunately live in an apartment that does not have the promised "River View" and I look out at the garage. Since the building is so short compared to others around it you barely get any light in your apartment being on this side. You also get to hear the trash trucks coming every night and be abruptly woken up from your sleep, yay! Recently I canceled my contract with the valet service because prices went up to $275 monthly and a garage only a 6 minute walk away charges $189. Why in the world would I pay $275, I repeat, $275 to park at my own home? It's ridiculous, and I had issues where the parking company double charged me. Also the back entrance from the parking lot ALWAYS reeks of garbage and flies are hovering around the area because of it. It's disgusting. The biggest perk is definitely the location. Walkable to everything which is great. And honestly I think if I did actually have a river view a lot of my other issues with the place would be small enough that I'd stay. Overall decent place to be.

Awesome space, staff is very friendly and was able to help settle in very quickly. It's a very convenient walk to the city stadiums. The view from my apartment it's great. If you are moving to Pittsburgh, consider renting here.

Great place to relocate to. Michelle and team has been awesome. I love the atmosphere and the location. It is just steps from work and life. I cannot wait to get to know more people and enjoy all the amenities.

Great experience, safeplace to live. Office staff is very supportive and maintenance is very responsive. Apartment is close to all exits and easy for public transportation. Easy access to some of Pittsburgh best restsurants.

My apartment unit is nice and very good maintenance team. However, the leasing office might not be very fun to interact with. They can give you different answers for the same issue. The valet team is professional, but prices increase pretty often. I have lived here for less than two years and experience two increases already.

My unit at Apartments at River View has been great. Love the layout, amenities, parking, and its located in a great spot downtown. Michelle in the leasing office has been very helpful with anything I need, and it's good to know there is a maintenance team should anything come up. Would recommend.

Maintenance and valet staff are amazing. Always helpful and responsive to your needs. Leasing office staff has incredibly high turnover and the leasing manager is impossible to get a hold of which makes leasing concerns difficult to address and extremely frustrating.

I have really enjoyed my time at River View. I wish there was a resident portal that included a forum to allow for residents to let each other know when things are for sale or being given away in the building, that used to be the case under the old property manager
