Nice place. Spacious and clean. Good maintenance staff. It would be nice if there was a system to buzz in delivery people. Being along a major road, it isn't great if they have to leave something outside. Really my only complaint

I just moved in and the building manager couldn't have been more helpful. All of the residents I have interacted with so far have been extremely friendly. In addition, the location is great. Highway access is easy, the T station is at the end of the block, and Point State Park is very close.

We were very happy when initially moving in with MILLCRAFT mgt. They unexpectedly left overall, but the maintenance & valet services are still top notch. Berger Communities promised to be caring, have integrity, take ownership and honor commitments to ensure follow up/continuous improvements. The office manager Bob is discourteous, not transparent, slow to respond and resolve issues such as noise violations, drug activity, driveway and elevator issues requiring residents to call police and safety agencies to assist. There is no active listening or communications, nor authenticity and genuine commitment to bring residents closer together and make us look forward to coming to Apartment at RiverView anymore. Many residents are leaving over past year and with Berger Air B&Bing units to compensate causes security issues such as strangers inviting their friends onsite and homeless sleeping on the property to a once safe environment. Hopefully Berger will address these issues and show us the true Berger Way. Thanks

The apartment complex is the best value for the money. The grounds are clean, the apartments are reasonably large, the building is pretty well build (quiet), and the appliances are new and work pretty well.

Great community, convenient, parking with valet is great and meets all of my needs. Having an in-apartment washer dryer was key and having on floor access to trash/recycling makes things very easy. I also have a great view! Thanks

Easy move-in experience. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. Valet parking is a wonderful convenience and staff is all very friendly. Location is central to many downtown restaurants with easy access to public transit. Point State Park is the "front yard."

The Apartments at River View are beautiful and very spacious. The views are great and the staff friendly and helpful. I've been very happy living her. I only have two qualifiers to add: 1. I am a very quiet person and have received multiple noise complaints which shocks anyone who knows me. You can hear conversations in the hall, and I sometimes hear neighbors arguing. 2. The city has way too many events next to the building during the summer, which often restricts access to the building. The music stage is right next to the building. If I'm aware something is upcoming, I often go away for at least a day because I can't get any work done due to the noise.

I moved in in the beginning of 2023. It was an easy process and I was able to get a tour right away. Move in went very well and the apartment was very cleanly. Everyone is super helpful and the building reminds me of a hotel.

I've been here for over 10 years and have had a good experience not only with the apartment but also with the management and staff. Common areas are kept clean and tidy. Be prepared to use valet parking if you need to park your car.

I would like to give 5 stars. I have been here almost 1 and half years and not a single day faced or experienced any issues with apartment or management. I have the best memories here in Pittsburgh specially with my apartment. Thank you so much guys.

The company that used to own this building until the end of last year was awesome. The valet people are kind and helpful, and the people who live here are polite in general but mainly keep to themselves. The new company that owns this building is not the best; specifically, the manager Robert Querio has made quite the poor reputation for himself.

It's nice living here. It's very quiet and centrally located. The building's exterior is attractive. The interior is always clean. The staff are attentive and available during business hours. The maintenance department is excellent. I had a problem with an appliance and the fixed it within 2 hours

Amazing location. OK value/sqft. Fantastic views, but some highway noise. Good Management responsiveness. Awesome support staff (Maintenance & Valets). It would be nice if they brought back the outdoor grills.

The move in process was seamless and the leading office was very helpful. All my maintaining requests have been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The gym in the building is not great if you're looking for amenities.

It's a wonderful building. Safe, friendly, a place to call home. And when there is a problem, the maintenance team jumps into action. The building is lucky to have them. Also the Apts have character and detail. Not your generic cabinets, kitchen etc

The Apartments at RiverView is a wonderful place to live. Close to the arts, Market Square and Point State Park. It's like living in the city and the "country". It's a little off the beaten path which makes quieter or more of a neighborhood within the city. Staff and amenities are great. I've never had a problem go more than few hours without it being addressed.

Bedroom does heat up but otherwise good experience thus far. The deck has great views and is convenient to use with the fridge and restrooms. Maintenance requests are addressed timely and completed the first time

The location of this apartment in downtown Pittsburgh obviated the need for having a car because it was close to the light rail station The apartment is located next to the iconic, stunningly beautiful State park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The apartment complex is well maintained and well equipped with great common areas. The cell phone towers are a bit weak so expect a few dropped calls(Sprint). Do remember to tip the superb valet service. They do great work. Compare their rates with parking nearby.

Pleasant experience, the room is fine, good size, as pictured during my video tour. Management company is attentive and responds to inquiries and requests timely. Fair value in a good location. Have used to find my current location, recommend this website to use.

I found the place as my employer provides parking and is located next door. One of the valet's suggested I consider a place upstairs. Love the apartment and the views of the City. Very convenient for me to live and work downtown. Great proximity to freeway.

Just moved in but I have had such a great experience! From planning our move to actually arriving, everything has been seamless. We needed just a few tweaks for our apartment and management was so fast in fixing everything and apologized for having to fix it!

I started off staying here as part of my company' temporary housing during my move to Pittsburgh and fell in love with the building. It is located right across the street from Point State Park and has a great view of the Point. The staff from the leasing office to the maintenance group and even the valets are all great, very professional. I love the fact the building has valet parking at a very reasonable price. The first floor also has a bar for when you don't feel like venture out.

Very clean community areas. The Apartments are beautiful. The maintenance service is quick, responsive and very respectful of your space. My only complaints are there are often issues with one of the two elevators and the gym could use some updating.

its great thank you. I enjoy the peace and I can work remote without worrying about noise. I do not have anymore to say. the system is demanding more and I have given what my thoughts were. It is a great place to live
