Overture Greenville is a lovely place to call home. The residents are warm and friendly. The staff is very efficient and always willing to help with a smile on their face. The ground are well maintained and beautiful. We have a heated pool, equipped gym and exercise classes. We have a variety of events and activities to help keep us healthy and active. I highly recommend Overture Greenville.

Overture Community, 55+ is awesome! I've been here 4 years now and enjoying my apartment, all the residents are so friendly! Kaitlin is our exceptional Activities Coordinator who is so talented and creative. She brings us all together at social events and activities making it so much fun for all of us. I feel safe here, easy parking, gated community. I am very blessed to have found OVERTURE!!!

I feel Overture Greenville is my forever home. My overall experience living here is feeling safe 24/7. Staff is exceptional, maintenance is quick to respond, and activities are available to fit anyone’s desire. Would not live anywhere and be as happy as I am here.

I've been here 5+ years, have recommended friends and a few have moved here and also love it. We are very blessed to have the caring (family) staff that we do. Our community is like a family...we watch out for each other and we have so many activities along with our life style co ordinator our monthly calendar is packed. I so appreciate living here and have made sooo many friends from all over the country and worldwide.

See above. Cleaning is a big problem. Entrances lack cleaniless. Trash dumpster area never is clean. Security is trouble, anyone can enter any time of day. Need doors to open at front entrance. Noise around building is big problem.

Maintenance is first class! Woke up to no heat on Friday after Thanksgiving. I checked breaker to see if that was problem. I went to resident portal and requested service. Within an hour our friendly Maintenance guy was at the door. He reset thermostat and waited to make sure the unit was going to cycle thru and work properly. I appreciate that he was so fast and efficient with service even on his holiday time off.

Awful place

Awful place, pool heater always broke, elevators always broke, stained floors, they charged me twice for rent. Horrible management and mold on air vents. Run. There are better 55 places to go. Talk to people when visiting to get the real deal

The commitment of the staff may be the best attribute of Overture. The staff makes it feel like Overture is more than just an apartment. As one might expect, not every activity is for every person but there is a selection to choose from. I have expressed that I am dissatisfied with parking lot security, but overall I am pleased with the living conditions at Overture.

OVERTURE GREENVILLE IS Fantastic Place to Live. Especially this Area. It’s surrounded by Restaurants, Stores, not far from Mall. Costco, Sam’s, Urgent Care any and everything at your convenience. It’s where I live. I don’t participate in only a couple of activities. The activities are basically repeated every week. Ho hum! The men’s social is held on Tuesdays, always. I play golf on Tuesday. They serve breakfast but I don’t eat the foods that they serve. No big deal.

We have been residents here at Overture for over 4 years now, and we really like living here. The only thing is that the amenities are the same as it was when we first moved in. It seems like there are more resident-led amenities than there ever have been. Otherwise, we like it here.

I truly enjoy living here at Overture Greenville, every common area is beautiful, clean and well kept. The entire Staff is friendly and responds quickly to any requests. And the proximity to Downtown Greenvile and surrounding areas is great!

Words used for marketing like: luxurious amenitie,, active seniors, maintenance free are stretching the truth & will get people in to look & maybe buy into but many people who are active here are not happy . Half of the people in apts never come out because they are not active but handicapped health wise. If you don’t keep the great active people in the majority, you will look like an assisted living place soon. Then ,as someone has told me, greystar can put the building up for sale & let another group remodel & do the repairs. This is sooo sad a comment from someone who has lived here from the beginning & seen the decline. We like the people who work here but Greystar needs to look at its reputation & match the marketing words to its agendas . Otherwise , it’s not the truth! So sad to hav to write these words.

Overall, a very good rest of our life here. The place is quiet and clean with no kids. I think you should consider a different firm for building these places however. Plumbing and electrical needs attention.

The people I have met have all been very welcoming. The many activities that are available are so much fun. I did make a maintenance request that was taken care of immediately. I was hesitant to move in to an apartment as compared to staying in my home, but I know now that this was the right choice.
