I love living here, just need the complex to step up and fix a few things. The residents, for the most part, are very friendly and helpful. I was told, when I moved in, that there would be breakfast every day but weekends, now we have one a week and that is pretty much my only complaint with promises.

One of the better 55+ communities. Great consideration and thought given to activities for residents. You have to use a step stool to be able to reach closet poles and laundry room access is to high. Should consider lowering for safety concerns.

I'm going on my third year here and have watched the resident list grow with appropriate additions. Our sales staff does an excellent job of identifying and placing prospects. Once aboard, information is well circulated to introduce local details. More friends for us!

I have found that the property is clean and well maintained. I have met many people and friends. The activities are varied and fun. Parking is plentiful and I have not had a problem finding a spot to park my car.

The experience has been fair at best, many unhappy residents here, and their problems obviously have not been addressed well. The outright unethical communication regarding the pool being heated is a prime example.

Great living environment and would highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relocate - once you visit Overture you won’t want to live anywhere else. Although it took us several months to adjust to apartment living, we have become quite fond of our small abode at Overture Greenville. We feel secure and like not having the worries of yard maintenance and upkeep that our house required. Also, a big plus with Overture Greenville is the wonderful staff. After living at Overture Greenville for two weeks, I may never leave. The entire complex is spotless, open and modern. The amenities are first rate and have enjoyed trying some activities. The residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is extremely convenient. My apartment has everything I need … designed with beautiful finishes and huge closets. My balcony is a roomy, relaxing outdoor space. It really is resort living. I am thrilled everyday to wake up in such lovely surroundings.

So far it’s been okay. I’m trying to adjust to being on a new state alone. Trying to get doctors and a job. It’s been a struggle. Rebecca and Emma have been the most helpful to me. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. There has been a large turn over lately.

Our only major issue is the lack of interest the property manager has with/for the residents. We love our community as well as the the rest of the staff. We have made many great friends where we feel as family. We are there for each other as a family.

The apartment is very small. If there is anything I wish we could have without a rent increase, it would be a balcony to ward off the claustrophobia. The refrigerator is in an awkward spot as the right hand door cant open all the way without hitting the wall.

I love my apartment and my surroundings. My biggest two concerns is 1. landscaping or lack of it. Mulch not kept up and seasonal fertilization of all plants and trees. Once in the ground it's done. Some trees are not healthy at all and many flowers look like they are on their last legs. 2. This is touted as an Active Adult Community but many of the programs seem more suited to an Assisted Living facility. We are adults and should be treated as such rather than silly old people. There are a lot of programs that are not available any longer... like painting or trips, etc.

I moved from Pa in April I hope to rent or buy a house next yr many R not happy here not used to such close quarters to theres really nothing for us to do if you dont work many may like it were all different to each his own alot is the traffic here to much no one likes it

Nice people. Amenities that were promised when we moved in were not delivered. Covid was used as a convenient excuse. Maintenance staff is wonderful, very dedicated individuals. Too many children running around the complex (this is suppose to be a 55 plus community). Only a few activities scheduled during the week. Most activities are resident lead. Lots of little added costs on monthly bill that makes budgeting difficult. Tight parking spaces, not enough covered spaces.

There is always something going on here to keep you motivated & involved. You feel like a part of the community. When there is an issue that needs to be addressed, it is taken care of in a prompt manner. The complex is always kept very clean & welcoming!

too soon to say, once you fill more apts things will get better. All the staff are great this will be my home for the rest of my life so I will make do. I have only been here for two weeks so there is not much else i can think of to say at this about living in an Overture property.

Process of viewing the property was easy. Leasing the apartment was cost effective. Move in was smooth. Overture has a very helpful staff. The complex is very well thought out and the apartments are well designed with a functional lay out, ample storage and all the appliances you need in the apartment.

Overture Greenville is exactly what I was looking for. I love how friendly everyone is and very approachable both staff and residents. My apartment is extra quiet and very sunny and it had an incredibly easy Internet hook up which is important. Security is always a concern of mine and I feel very safe here. I just moved in a few weeks ago in the winter and Im eager to utilize the pool and dads grill and even the putting course although I dont golf I can learn. The location is so convenient to every kind of shopping imaginable probably within a mile or two. But what is the really the greatest are the people here. I highly recommend overture Greenville.

Brand new apartment complex just for adults over 55. Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful amenities with lots of community space. Friendly neighbors and activities geared towards creating a community with your neighbors.

Great staff. Like the layout of our two bedroom. Convenient location and great amenities. The maintenance staff has done a great job reacting to our workorder requests. The complex has some great amenities! Unfortunately not much use is made of them, predominately due to COVID 19. My wife and I, both being in the upper seventies of age, will not risk getting close to others
