Very noisy, essentially unlivable, apartment. Many people DO NOT wear masks - this should be enforced! Some smokers very inconsiderate. Facility still not gated. Construction workers still lingering - attending to things still not done or things being redone. Very nice staff.

The apartment complex is safe and clean! Amenities are wonderful, although limited right now because of covid 19. Neighbors are all friendly and active! The staff is wonderful and have lots of activities to keep us busy! I would recommend to anyone 55+

During my first visit, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds and building. Since moving in, I have come to love my apartment as well. Also, the staff here at Overture is wonderful. So kind and responsive. I made a good decision in moving here and I couldnt be happier.
