Upstairs neighbor is very loud. Building including balconies need to be power washed. I wanted to rent a carport if I could keep my bike in it, but was told I could not. The pool needs to be cleaned of the green algae. The hallway on third floor was not vacuumed for months. It should be done more than that. There was cracker bits in front of my door and the same candy wrappers by the elevator.

I've been here a week today. Everything has exceeded my expectations (which were very high). From the beautiful apartment, the amenities, the staff, to the friendliness of the residents I have nothing to say but I am extremely happy I made the choice to live here. Shout out to Chris who helped answer all my questions and keep in communication from Seattle where I relocated from. 5 stars all the way!!!

It’s been a week and they never contacted me. I sent several more of the work orders with a picture of the drapes sliding off the rod. I have hardware in my back and cannot even stand on a step stool. A resident took over and completed the work. She completed it in ten to fifteen minutes.

I absolutely love it here! The activities are wonderful, I love the pool table, the gym, and the maintenance crew is outstanding! Staff that works here in the front offices are excellent and I love Emma!

We think Overture is an excellent choice for 55+ people. The location is very convenient for shopping, eating out, and travel in the area. There are many activities. We have family nearby. Spending time with them can somewhat limit our on site activities

Wonderful. Great staff very considerate of the tenants. Always looking to satisfy us and doing great things to accommodate residents. My wife and I feel highly appreciated as tenants. The property is well cared for. The grounds are always manicured nicely.

Overall, my experience has been good. However, for security purposes, cameras should be installed on the outside to secure cars and improve resident's sense of safety. In addition, during the recent fire alarm incident, there was pure chaos. I witnessed people attempting to enter the elevator, I almost hit a blind resident from the 4th floor with the door in the staircase, as she tired to exit alone following the walls and was told by residents they were not aware of what the alarm was for or what they should do. As a former principal, we had fire and safety drills. It is great that the fire department plans to give a presentation to residents today at 4pm. I will attend. However, I think it would be a good idea to have designated, "helpers", to assist disabled residents to exit the building during an emergency and it would also be helpful to have an employee reside in the building to be of assistance as well. Void the aforementioned, my experience has been good. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and the building is very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Overture employees are very knowledgeable for answers to my questions, it's a very clean phycility, maintained does a great job of satisfying our needs, the activities they provides give those who can't drive and those who can drive to other activities an opportunity to be social with one another, my favorite is the corridor is wide enough you can have a walk team indoors, incase of extreme emergency you can vacate the building promptly.

I believe this is the right place for me. I enjoy the activities and meeting new friends. Safety is very important to me, that is covered. The parking for handicap is a problem with so many cars and often have a long walk.

Overall I think our community is great. I do have concerns with the length of time it takes to make major issues. i.e. outside gate, elevator, tile repair on bathroom floor The little things are top notch -- the bigger important stuff is something that could be done better. I also wonder why, if you are good resident and have been here a number of years, why can't carpets be cleaned and walls painted if need be? It seems you need to switch apartments in order for that to happen.

Some of the office staff don't seem to care, or follow up with, concerns, questions and comments. They don't provide updates to building problems until a resident asks them to. Some of the staff seems to forget they are the voice of Greystar

Realized my AC wasn’t working at 7:30 on Friday night. I sent a maintenance request through the Portal and Ryan was here by 9 and had by AC working in 20 minutes. That was over and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks for such a quick during after hours.

The Overture group continues to maintain the property really well. They have added much needed items by adding new entrance screens at the front entrance and at the gate. I have been encouraged by Luke's follow-up on problems and maintenance continues to address minor issues promptly.

Everything I need is right here in the building or in close proximity- airport, restaurants, grocery and clothing stores. It would be nice to have a month to month lease after a one year rental. Other than that, I couldn’t ask for anything more!
