I have been a resident for a long time. There are drawbacks to living in an apartment. However, the staff does their best to eliminate any problems that occur. They are friendly and attentive. When you need maintenance, they respond very quickly. This is a nice location in Memphis. It is easy to get anywhere in the city from here.

Apartment staff is friendly and generally seem to want to be helpful. Concerns are addressed, but not always quickly. Seem more concerned with having a fun complex with lots of perks (e.g., giving out muffins for valentine's day, pool parties) than with matters such as increasing rent/utilities, fixing safety issues. Safe area. I do not enjoy MAA and the staff's hands often seem tied by MAA. I hate having Comcast Cable bundled into rent.

Living at Kirby Station is great. The staff are responsive, courteous, and invested to their resident's needs. Being situated on the edge of Germantown and Memphis gives Kirby Station a fantastic location to stores, resturants, and entertainment.

Close to everything needed. Two malls, downtown, grocery shopping, etc. are all no more than 15 minutes away. Staff deals with maintence and any other issues very quickly and will not leave a problem unfinished, will make sure they get an answer for any problem.

I just moved in, and the place was spotless. The few issues I had were all quickly resolved, and issues I only listed on my walk-through form and not via a maintenance request were even fixed. I'm thoroughly impressed. Best apt complex I've ever lived in.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is always extremly courteous and willing to go far above and beyond to get the job done properly the first time and profusely sorry when and if they cannot rectify the problem immediately. I love it here.

Nice, quiet mostly 30s-40s single/couple residents. Staff members are amazing and courteous. 2 pools very clean and inviting. landscape around the apartment is always kept well. I love this apartment. has a security running around the apartment throughout the night.

Not only is this community a monumental upgrade from my last place, but more importantly, I feel safe and at home here. If for some reason there was a problem with my apartment it is fixed by the next day. Quality, timely, work is not only what I expect it has become the norm. Amazing.

Very friendly staff. They do their best to ensure all customer complaints/issues are resolved. Beth is the best! She always takes care of us and gets the job done right the first time. The only issue we have had is the neighbors that live on the opposite side of us. They play loud music but the staff has done what they can to address this issue and it has improved for the most part.

I called maintenance for a running toilet. The response time was same day, which was very convenient. The workman fixed the toilet, but he left a minor mess in the bathroom; there was a new stain under the toilet and the old internal mechanism was left in my garbage.

We love living at the Kirby Station Apartments! It's a very quiet complex with a great office, maintenance, and security staff. It's very diverse in residents from young adults, singles, empty nesters, starter families and kid friendly (the only thing missing that we wish they had is a playground and a club house). Kirby Station has two wonderful pools and a large 24/hour fitness gym and laundromat accessible by security card entry. There are several wonderful Germantown Parks and Playgrounds are nearby, and it is a short jog or bike ride to Shelby Farms and the popular green line bike and jogging trails

Overall, a good experience. Property Manager is prompt and works for resolutions to issues. I would like upgrade landscaping. Too many weeds. Cover the utility meter more securely also. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend to friends.

I really loved Kirby Station when I first moved here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff in the leasing office are wonderful. However, I don't feel safe here anymore due to numerous robbery reports (a man holding multiple women at gun point for phones, car and apartment break-ins) and neighbors fighting. I would feel more comfortable, if I lived in a gated complex. I don't feel safe going outside by myself at night. As much as it saddens me, I am hoping to break my lease soon.

I have lived at Kirby Station for a very long time. The apartments are not newly built, but the space in the apartments is larger than others in the area, especially for the rent cost. The main reason these apartments are exceptional is due to the staff in the office. They try their best to do all they can to make living here special. Maintenance issues are handled quickly, the grounds are very well kept, they are a dog friendly complex.

I've lived here for 3 months and so far it's been ok. These apartments are in a nice neighborhood that is centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. When we first moved in, the leasing office had some issues getting all our paperwork straightened out. They are friendly, but they don't seem very organized. Our minor repair/maintenance issues have been resolved quickly for the most part. The apartment itself is in fairly good shape. The large walk-in closets are nice. One thing I don't like is the paint on the walls. It's low quality flat paint that feels gross and scratchy. I try to avoid touching the walls whenever possible.
