Good apartments & location. Maintenance staff is very friendly and great courtesy, but they simply can't manage well the communication and the expectactions when the services will be completed. 2 months is just too much.

This building is touted as a luxury building. It is cheaply built, expensive for the area and the quality is full of maintenance issues. Amenities are broken, run down or just ignored. I have a slew of negative things to say, and would not recommend this building to anyone in the area.

Great location, very convenient if you work at one the four surrounding hospitals. My only drawback about living here at Elliston 23 is ppl are letting their friends in the garage to park. Thats unfair to the other tenants.

I really enjoy living at Elliston 23. The staff is wonderful as well as my apartment. I have only positive feedback about my experience here. It’s always quiet. I feel safe in the building. It’s clean. Management implements fair and balanced policies to make all residents comfortable and to create a peaceful living space. I love my apartment.

At the beginning everything was great, then my unit got flooded because the heater in the upstairs unit blew up, then another time I got left w/o hot waters for three days. I came back from a trip and the floor was soaking. I have been harassed by other tenants and because I am not scared I was punished with my dog was that was kicked out of the apt. I could not leave earlier w/o paying a huge fee. I would not recommend this community not even to Hannibal Lecter!

The move in was incredibly difficult. We did not have access to the garage when we both had a car registered. The office was closed so we could not fix this issue until the next day. There was no dolly available. When moving in, our apartment was not ready. We have been missing shades and missing closet cabinets. The maintenance staff is great and responds relatively fast. The people at the front desk are less responsive and many times we had to go downstairs to get an answer because emails were not responded to and phone calls were not returned.

The staff is great and kind. Willing to work with anything you need. The people in the apartment are also nice and not to loud. The apartment rooms look decent and has new appliances. I also enjoy the places around the apartment.

I was happy living at Elliston23 until a few weeks ago. While fixing a mold issue, maintenance flooded my bedroom. They left the door unlocked and made no effort to recover any of my property. They did not even tell me how or why the flooding occurred. Management is incredibly unprofessional and will not return any phone calls. Due to the flooding, I had to spend several nights outside of my apartment and did not receive so much as an apology. Do not live here!

Overall Great staff. Well kept environment. Peaceful and relaxing. Love access to gym, pool, and lounge areas.There should be someone assigned to monitor the roof area where I have seen on many occasions People let their pets free to poop without cleaning up.. The cushions in the swings are musty and filled with dos hair. The hallways and elevator is well kept.

Overall this is an okay place to live. It is convenient to my workplace. The staff are really pleasant to speak with and maintenance is great on taking care of issues quickly. I would say the rent is too high here for the amenities received and not very many community events.

I LOVE this team and this place. It’s not only my favorite place I’ve ever lived in terms of quality, amenities, and location but the team is phenomenal. They are knowledgable and responsive but also so welcoming and kind. They knew me by name before I even moved in! Cannot recommend enough.

Living here for the past year has been a great experience overall. The maintenance team is wonderful and very quick to respond. The amenities are very well maintained, clean, and a huge perk of living here. The parking garage having a private gate and the use of the app to open doors makes me feel secure and safe while living alone. It is close walking distance to the park and many bars/restaurants in midtown. I highly recommend living here! There have been almost no issues and I'm confident if there were, the team would get them taken care of.

RUN!!!

So THANKFUL to be LEAVING THIS PLACE. Honestly the people at the front desk are not very kind. Utilities and other monthly fees are $200-$300 more than already WAY TOO expensive rent. And the gate was broken for 2 months and they did not refund us the $200 we all pay for “secure” parking. I don’t know if it is like this on every floor, but the hallway on top on the sushi restaurant on the 3rd floor smells like rotten fish and they have done NOTHING to fix the smell. I have been here for a year. I feel horrible for the people living in that hallway. Their apartments must smell terrible. Do better. Do not live here.

The garage is full of cars not belonging to this apartment, with no parking permits. We cant find the parking every evening after returning from work! Our reserve parking is also not available. The management ignored 2 our requests..

Worst apartment ever. Extremely difficult to move in and out of. Lowest grade appliances. Trash is overflowing at each chute but they charge $80 a month for removal. Amenities are broken or never restocked but they are the first to charge amenity fees. Parking is $100 a month on top of the astronomical rent price. Maintenance requests take over a week to resolve. Halls and garage smells like piss from other people’s dogs. Staff is not friendly unless you are taking a tour. You can find newer and cheaper in the area.

Would not recommend. Management is only interested in getting new leases signed. Not in addressing residents concerns and quality of life. Heat was not working in our unit when we moved in. We had to submit several work orders in the first week just to get all the appliances in working order and address leaking sinks.

The amenities are rarely cleaned especially the dog park. Staff is friendly when you can get ahold of them. The apartments are listed as luxury but there are paint spatters everywhere and there are random holes in the cabinets. The flooring is uneven. Overall not mad that I’m living in the apartment for 4 months but I wouldn’t be happy there for a year long lease.

There are definitely loud noises at all hours of the night, this has gotten better since terminating all the airbnb leases. During the summer, the pool was kind of gross and could've been kept up better. I don't like that the painting teams leave the doors propped open during the day when they're coming to work- I feel like not only is this unsafe, but also lets in bugs. The staff have been helpful and I like the walkability from the building. I have had many maintenance issues since I moved into my apartment that I don't know have been actually resolved, which is frustrating and not what I would expect from a management company when I am paying as much as I am in rent.

It’s a nice place. There are many annoyances though. The parking situation is always changing. Also the maintainer support for ongoing issues is extremely poor from my experience. I’ve submitted 7 different requests for my AC going out since the beginning of summer and I’ve had no permanent solution. I don’t have the time to manage this situation for them. I feel like it’s valid to expect my AC to work.

The community has been fine, but the renovation noise has been really problematic. I hear loud thuds throughout 4-6 pm when I get back from classes, and it’s a disturbance when I’m studying. In addition, I have a pest issue that I need to get taken care of.

Nice facilities, nice apartments, secure. This location is close to Vanderbilt as well as a ton of bars and restaurants in Midtown. Short ride share ride away from Downtown. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I just moved in this week, and am so far very pleased with my decision to live at Elliston 23. There are many reasons I chose Elliston 23 (the dog park, proximity to Vanderbilt and Centennial park, the quality of the living spaces and amenities), but my number 1 reason for choosing Elliston was management. Maddie made me feel immediately at home and genuinely cared for. When it came down to it, I didn't want to live anywhere managed by anyone else.
