Moving from NYC to Nashville, I had admittedly high standards for residential properties and building services (think security features, newly renovated, washer/dryer units, central air, etc.). Elliston 23 has FAR surpassed my expectations! The facilities (gym, resort pool with cabanas and flat screen tvs, and other amenities), the decor, and even the surrounding area, are all top-notch. Additionally, I cannot speak more highly of the staff and maintenance, who have all gone above and beyond to make me feel like a long-term resident! In comparison to other luxury apartments in Nashville, you honestly cannot beat Elliston 23!

I just want to say our transition from Texas to Nashville has been a first rate experience due to the staff at Elliston 23! They have always gone above and beyond my requests/expectations! Ashlyn's is very helpful and awesome from negotiating our renewal lease, to addressing any maintenance issues, even the minor ones , which were taken care of less than 48 hours! ( we live in a community that has over 300 residents!) Christy always has a very welcoming and a sweet presence about her, and she always is eager to assist with any requests/issues we may have! And last but not least..Ms Rhonda addresses any issues, concerns, questions Right Away! She's just lovely with her classy southern hosipitaly, as well as her true professionalism and dedication to the property! Actually, They all have true dedication and professionalism!! All I can say..You girls Rock!!! They all need a promotion! Thank you ladies!! Aimee & Ivan

I enjoy living at Elliston 23. The property is centrally located to a lot of walkable restaurants, the park, and Vanderbilt. I've been here for 6 months on a 2 year work contract with Caterpillar Financial which is less than a mile away, so I am able to walk to work and come home for lunch daily. The leasing staff are always helpful and because of the newness of the property, I very rarely have to contact maintenance for anything.

The staff at the leasing office are friendly and helpful. If maintenance is required within the apartment, this is usually completed within 2 days of requesting. It is noisy at times but there has only been one time where loud noise was heard through the night and the leasing office sent an apology the following day and explained that that behavior was not acceptable. The garbage disposal area is clean and any overload of garbage is typically cleared by the next day. The hallways are not always spotless (scraps of paper etc can be seen at times) but are not dirty. The parking garage is accessible only by remote and if your car does not have the sticker the booting company will lock up the car. Doors and common areas are only accessible by the key fob. The neighborhood has various options for food which are accessible by foot.

Really safe, modern, and beautiful place to live. It is in a perfect location, especially if you're a student. The price is worth it.

Staff is caring, helpful, and serious about keeping residents happy. The building is concrete, meaning you basically cannot hear your neighbors at all, EXCEPT for hallway noise. I wish there were decibel-measuring neon signs in the hallways to remind people of noise level after 9 PM. But, to be fair, that happens infrequently, and the one time I spoke to a group outside my door at midnight resulted in many apologies and them quickly moving on. My studio is comfortable with ceiling fans and an easily programmable HVAC thermostat. Kitchen space is well designed, appliances still feel new. In-unit full sized washer and dryer, and parking in the attached garage (with trash/recycling chutes), are beyond convenient. So far, I have not needed to call for maintenance. The exercise room is a comfortable size, overlooks the pool, and contains higher end equipment. The common areas are clean and inviting. The residents are pleasant. The area feels very safe. E23 is a nice place to be.

The only good thing about living in this apartment building is the location. The facilities are absolutely filthy and poorly maintained. People allow their pets to use the restroom in the building without cleaning it up, and the management does nothing to address the issue. Instead they attempt to overcharge you for utilities, boot your car, and blow off meetings you schedule with them. I have never seen anything more poorly managed. The dog yard is the most disgusting place you'll ever see, yet they advertise it as a nice area to grill out. The pool area and the fitness facilities are also poorly maintained and something is always out of order. To top it all off they grossly overcharge on rent, and charge their residents to heat/cool the entire building on top of their personal utilities. I highly recommend avoiding renting in this building. The management are inefficient and rude, and the building itself is not worth half of what they want you to pay.

I am NOT happy with my choice living in Elliston 23. The Elliston 23 staff, with big smiles, do anything! to sell a unit, but later ....The price does not worth it. My unit is very noisy and I can not sleep at night times, so everyday I wake up regretting of my choice!.

I just moved into Elliston 23 at the beginning of October, but so far have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The people in the leasing office are extremely helpful and thorough in trying to find you the right apartment. Brandon was my leasing agent, and he made all the preliminary stuff very easy on me. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Even then, all the other employees working in the office were extremely helpful when I called with questions. Some of the reviews I read on here about this place seem to be so far off from the reality here at Elliston 23. You won't find a place better than Elliston 23 in Nashville. The location is perfect, the apartments are really nice, and anything you could ask for is on site. Elliston 23 is a great place to live!

Moved into the building this fall, and I LOVE IT! Elliston 23 is close to everything; it's kept clean and polished by a hard-working team; and it feels completely safe. The staff are great, especially Rhonda, who has made me feel welcomed since I first moved in. She's great! Her friendliness and helpfulness really makes the difference. Five stars.

I moved in two months ago and love it. I feel safe and love the secure, above-ground parking garage. The staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance work that is requested is completed within 24 hours. It's relatively quiet, especially considering how many college students live here. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone.

I moved to Nashville about a month ago, and needed an apartment that was convenient to the Nashville happenings (music, restaurants, coffee, parks, etc). Elliston 23 is living up to those expectations, and even more so, as I can walk to many of those things. Elliston 23 is a great central location to be out and about in Nashville. In addition, the apartments have washer/dryer in unit, a gym that I use almost everyday, and friendly staff that assist me with a lot of things as a newcomer. I'm enjoying Elliston 23.

Elliston 23 is an amazing place to rent from. I am a young professional and the location of the building is prime. It is also very quiet at night and the clientele is beautiful and classy. The pool area can make any weekend day a blast for family and friends. The appliances are new and high quality. I wish that they had a cleaning staff to clean the bathrooms once a week though. All of my peers that live in other apartments beg to have hangout sessions here since I have the nicest and biggest place. The management staff is very friendly and accommodating. I do not understand why some people give them give a hard time. I appreciate their hard work. The maintenance crew is also great.

Very friendly and helpful management staff. Facility is kept very clean. Rent is justified with the amenities provided. Overall I do like the Location, Restaurants .... a coffee place right in the building. Manager is friendly and accommodating with requests and does act on fixing any breakdowns pretty fast and responsibly. They have weekend hours for picking packages that's always a plus....

NOT WORTH IT!!! Absolutely the biggest rip off in Nashville. The rents are above market, and the building maintenance is abysmal. Examples include poorly kept common spaces (holes in the wall, stains on the carpet), unhelpful and seemingly aloof staff (maintenance requests go unanswered), and completely asinine rules/enforcement of said rules (notwithstanding the fact that the garage remains half full, due to the fact that the building cannot retain its residents, thanks to these and myriad other issues, residents' cars were booted this morning for not having parking stickers). Save yourself tons of money and stress and STAY AWAY!!!

I've had a roller-coaster experience living at Elliston 23. Ultimately, I have to say that it's been bad more often than it has been good. While the location and amenities are great-walkable to many restaurants and bars-the upkeep of the building is terrible and the staff is even worse. There have been constant stains on the walls and carpets. Given the proximity to Vanderbilt, there are many students living here, and it's not uncommon to spend the weekend picking your way through beer cans and condom wrappers on your way in or out of the building. Oftentimes, smells reign in the air vents, and the pool has trash floating in it. Lightbulbs go out in our apartment at least once a week, and the hallways are often dark at night with door sconces having gone out. Doors lock at certain hours, such that common areas and the pool are not open for a long time. Due to the price of rent, the hours seem extremely limited. The pool, for instance, closes at 9pm every day. Units are generally nice. Ceilings are high and walls are thick. The plastic wood floor, however, keeps coming up and puckering in odd places. It has yet to be replaced. My biggest issue with Elliston 23 is the leasing staff, far and away. Their primary goal is renting new apartments, not taking care of current residents. If they are not being openly rude about maintenance requests or new rules (of which there are many), they are being entirely incompetent. I've had packages misplaced, calls left unanswered for days, and emails left to rot in inboxes. There are no words to describe how frustrating it is to have to work with such poor building staff. It makes life a struggle. I will be leaving this building as soon as possible.

Been here over a year. Great Nash apt. 4 blocks from work and ridiculously easy to get around. I love the high ceilings and concrete walls add extra privacy from neighbors. Definitely recommended for music city living :-)

LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT! My husband and I just moved to Nashville and plan on renting to gain a better sense of where we would like to purchase while we sell our house. The location is fantastic, close to great restaraunts, shopping, and night life. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that using Uber to get to the gulch is less than $4. We had debated renting in the gulch, but are very happy with our decision after realizing that our only real food options are more expensive than the 'just wanting to pop out and grab a quick bite to eat' and are quite limited. Our dogs LOVE being so close to Centennial Park, and the space behind the apartments is very convenient to let your dogs out in the morning or for extra parking. My ONLY complaint so far is the dog courtyards; not everyone picks up after their pets which is gross. Although this is a problem with lazy residents and not mgmt. The girls up front are so sweet and know everybody (including dogs) by name. They have truly gone above and beyond to help us become acclimated to Nashville. (restaraunt recommendations, etc-even where to get my nails done). *****
