Definitely had such a great time living here from top to bottom this is the place to live. Unfortunately I'm leaving due to my job having myself transfer to another location, but while I was here my pup and I had an absolute great time. The dog park they have is incredible, also a great spot to read a book while the dogs play. The pool space is amazing, loved the private cabanas such a great touch! The staff though is what really sold me on this place and ------- from the leasing office knows her stuff, that woman needs a raise! When I lived there she was always super attentive and carried the greatest smile and always said hello when I passed by. If I would do this all again I would go straight to her 10/10. I highly recommend going to her when checking this place out!!

The units are nice and location is great but if you are a professional and not a student STAY parties all night long, loud music from apartments with balcony doors open, dogs barking and boxes left in the halls for days. Building overall is not kept that a big disappointment considering it was advertised as high end quality corp temporary housing option.

I recently moved into Elliston 23 and I love it here! The staff has been so friendly and extremely helpful, especially considering this is my first apartment. I have a great view of downtown from my balcony and there are so many restaurants within walking distance. I contacted nearly 20 apartment complexes before Elliston 23, due to everyone having my dog breed (Rottweiler) on their restricted breed list. Not only did they welcome my dog here, but they all know her by name anytime we visit the leasing office. I highly recommend living here :)

Living in Elliston has been a great experience so far. I think one of the greatest things is how little I can hear my neighbors. Other than the occasional dog bark, I extremely rarely hear my neighbors or the people above me. Also in a room overlooking the pool you can hear people talking really well, but I don't think people are allowed down there late at night (so it hasn't been a problem at all). The ceilings are made out of concrete so I think they're insulated really well from sound. It is really nice and has every amenity you could ever need in a 1br apartment. It's pretty pricey to have a 1br, but that's probably to be expected for the location. I wish these ratings were out of 10 instead of 5 because I would rate some of these categories just below perfect, but I guess 4/5 is good enough

Elliston 23 is the best! I love living here so much! I moved here from Atlanta and toured TONS of apartment complexes. I chose Elliston because of the location (park, restaurants - SUPER walkable) and the layout of their homes. I have a one bedroom that feels so spacious! The walls have concrete in between them so I NEVER hear my neighbors! It's SO great! The amenities are wonderful too - free coffee, an excellent gym, and while it's been too cold to utilize the pool, it looks like it'll be amazing this summer. There is always plenty of parking, but that parking may not be super close to your apartment. Even if that's the case, there's an elevator to take you to your floor. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about my move in process. The security is great - I feel super safe everywhere I am there. Packages deliver right to my door, which is such an excellent amenity that I never realized I'd appreciate so much! Overall, I plan on staying here for as long as I can, I absolutely love it. With restaurants underneath, a park right down the street, the highway about a mile away, and downtown less than two miles away, this spot is perfect.

Elliston 23 is such an amazing apartment complex! Not only is it in a great location but the staff is great and always there on top of being nice clean and safe apartments. I recently moved to Nashville not knowing anyone and I would highly suggest living at Elliston 23 it's well worth it.

Elliston 23 is simply the best. First off, the building itself and its amenities are amazing. If you haven't observed the giant resort-like pool area in the center of the building you should probably go on a tour ASAP. My balcony overlooks this area, and it is the highlight of the apartment. The building has a great fitness center in comparison to other similar complexes, and the game room is pretty awesome too. The staff very friendly and will help you out with anything you may need as well as entertain you with their stories of near, yet elusive romance. Matt from maintenance is simply the man and is always around to help out. Can't recommend this place enough. Why aren't you living here?

LOVE living here at Elliston 23! I moved up to Nashville from Atlanta and was able to move in immediately. The leasing office team is more than willing to assist with anything I need, ranging from letting my dog out when I am working late to making sure everything in my apartment is working perfectly. So happy to have found this apartment complex!

This place is an absolute dump expensive and they run an Airbnb, I was here the first year and they lied about giving me a better deal a second year and all fail through besides running the place like frethouse. Also being across from Venderbuilt the parties and the safety of the place becomes completely neglected it's being run down and almost abandoned by the management group they girls that are in the lobby area will tell you stories and lies. Stay always from this place.

I have been living at Elliston 23 for a month now and am very happy with my experience so far! Lindsey was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help make my move a smooth one. She is always friendly and courteous and has followed up several times to make sure I have been satisfied with my apartment. The building itself is well maintained and conveniently located. Happy to call Elliston 23 my new home!

Everything at Elliston 23 has been great thus far. The ease of signing my lease, moving in, and then working out post move in problems (very few) was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. From skimming over other reviews, I would agree there are a lot of undergraduates living in the building. Yes - it has been loud at times, but I knew what I was getting into before I moved in. Elliston 23 is a fantastic location to call home. Brittany along with the other leasing office staff are the friendliest management team. Not only is the staff here friendly but helpful most importantly professional! My apartment is gorgeous with a beautiful calming relaxing balcony view of downtown Nashville! In addition the dark hardwood floors with beautiful finishes, the great amenities, and clean building, I could not be happier to call Elliston 23 my home!

Have lived here for a little over 2 months now and love it. The covered gated parking deck is great, and the amenities are awesome. I have used the gym a few times, and while I haven't gotten to enjoy the salt water pool just yet I am very excited. The staff is amazing, always greeting me by name when I stop into the leasing office. The team has been great, even remembering what restaurant I work at and asking how it is going! I have really enjoyed the past 2 months and am so happy I am renting here!

Absolutely Love Elliston 23! My top choice in properties. Convenient to everything! Lindsey and the friendly staff make you feel so welcome and know you by name. Fantastic location and beautiful facilities. The friendly management and free coffee make the experience of living here quite nice. I only wish they had a website to make service requests like other properties. It is sometimes difficult to catch the service team outside of the office hours. Maintenance requests are completed very quickly once contacted.

Elliston 23 is a great place to live. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The free coffee bar in the lobby is great in the morning. I have seen other apartment complexes in the area place water/juice and snacks near their coffee bar, and I think that would be a great addition. There is a lot of competition in the neighborhood, but I think Ellison 23 is one of the top places to live. The staff alone sets this place apart! I will say the common area electric bill and garbage removal are tough pills to swallow. Often, the common area electric bill exceeds or is equal to my own apartment's bill. As a resident living in a studio, it is hard to justify the $35 garbage bill when I only generate 2 garbage bags a month. I am interested to see what The Connor Group has planned in order to attract new tenants and incentivize current tenants to stay. There is a lot of competition in the neighborhood. Again, the staff are wonderful people.

Elliston 23 has been a wonderful place to live. I moved here in August 2016, and haven't had any issues with the leasing office or any other residents in the building. The maintenance staff has been tremendously responsive whenever I need help, especially if you are kind to them. Overall, I would recommend Elliston 23 to any friends who are looking for an apartment in Nashville.

I absolutely love it here! The amenities are well maintained and extremely up to date. The moving in process was extremely easy, which really put my mind at easy moving from another state. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, with beautiful finishes, and unique touches; cement celling and walls. Oh! And the walls are actually made of cement so you don't have all the excess neighbor noise. The staff is also amazing, shout out to my girl Lindsay! Who always has the most amazing smile on and is just extremely kind and helpful at all times. Maintenence team is also sspectacular, they work in such a timely manner and keep this place looking great. I would recommend this place to anyone! I love my new home!

I relocated to Nashville a couple of months ago and chose Elliston 23 apartments as my next home. Could not be happier. The amenities are great, building is clean and brand new, and the staff the nicest in town. I feel like I'm on vacation every time I come home.

I recently moved to Nashville and checked out apartments all over the city. Elliston 23 was by far the top choice for my price range. The building and units are beautiful, the amenities are well kept, the staff members are amazing! (Special shoutout to Ms. Ronda who made my moving experience so wonderful). Elliston 23 has accommodated all of my special requests and has been super responsive to any questions that I have. I'm super happy / satisfied with all of my experiences thus far! I would highly recommend Elliston 23, as it has far surpassed my expectations. The facilities have been great, specifically the gym and the pool. There were a few initial problems with lights and blinds, but the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Everybody at Elliston 23 has been accommodating and the apartment itself has been exactly what I was looking for. I believe that it is worth the slightly more expensive price when compared to other surrounding apartments.
