The place is tell people to take care of pets dropping have so many pets dropping everyone like the other i was walking I stepped on huge dog dropping. And again we have small insects in the house on just on my place but the neighbors too

It has been lack luster. I plan on moving very soon. The upkeep is horrible and seems to be the last priority. Maintenance issues aren't answered in a timely manner and aren't resolved even when answered.

It started off gates which is why I moved here. However people kept breaking the gate so it's no longer gated. There used to be great incentives to renew like an accent wall, a maid service etc now just your carpet cleaned. Maintain response time is very fast.

The community isn't the problem. The apartment itself is. They are very old and need a lot of attention. I was once giving a notice of a fine for something that was there before I moved there and it wasn't removed from the patio (the fees were waived, but still received a fine notice) There is a pest problem very bad, walls cracking, mold starting to grow inside showing up on the walls, different type of creatures, bats, frogs and lizards. Me and my child are very uncomfortable. Management isn't the worse but could be better.

It has been a half and half experience. The ROACHES are still here. When I first looked at the apartment I seen the bugs and I was told that they would bomb it they did , my apartment has had somebody come in 3/4 times and they are still just as bad if not worse I see more tiny roaches than big but I still see both. Everywhere ! . The pool is always closed, maintenance is decent, my smoke alarms are ALWAYS going off. I requested another puppy poop trash can in a specific area never received it. The washer and dryers are always broken. We pay too much rent for us to not have working equipment. Should have a rent box to drop the rent off in in case office is closed.

The apartments are okay don't have a lot of incentives foe residents to get off rent just feel I'm just paying rent don't feel appreciated when paying on time. The apartments feel they just taking my money. Other apartments I lived in would least sometimes here is 200 off because of paying on time

Nice and peaceful neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the apartment love that. Maintenance is done immediately Grocery stores are nearby. Easy access to freeway. Lots of entertainment within 10 to 20 miles.

Overall not a bad place to live but there are some things that could be improved. We have multiple sprinklers that serve no purpose except to water the parking lot. It's a true waste of water and since the water is paid by tje residents, that cost is passed on to them. In the fall they have no.problem cleaning the sidewalk in front off the office at 6 am with a leaf flower but debris from a recent storm was left for over a week. There are also lots of issues with dogs being off leash and even though poop bags are available, very few people puck up after their pet and this issue has not been mentioned by staff even once since I've been here.

Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and satisfactory. Pest control is effective. Front office staff is professional, courteous and understanding. The grounds are kept clean and litter free; grass is cut every week and flowers are planted every spring.

Excellent community! Very quiet place! I love my apartment. The people in the office are very attentive to any questions. The only thing I don't like is the second pool, which is always dirty. The rest is perfect.

Just terrible. They overcharged me on rent the very first month. I paid on the website, the website payment didn't go through. I got a message that the web page was having issues and they charged me $120 due to that. That was the 1st month! I spoke with everyone, I left messages on the Tripton office...how could that happen. I was told at the office that I had to pay for that or leave. Last month I was charged $70 for having a box in my balcony...I DONT EVEN HAVE A BALCONY. Again I was told at the office that they didn't have pictures of my balcony (because there is none) but I had to pay for it. I am currently looking for legal help

I had no major issues other than bugs and the rent is high for no trash vallet, designated parking, or gates. Not many community events. In a 1bd on the bottom floor it's over 1k, if it's worth it to you, i guess. Cheapest in the area in my opinion but you're not getting what you're paying for.

Apartments are not in good enough condition to justify such a high rent. Less than 600 sq ft, old appliances and no washer/dryer connections should not cost nearly $1000 in rent. Pest Services have only been offered 3 times in the almost 3 years I've lived here. During the summer there are major issues with non-residents swarming the complex, as there is no gates at any entrance. Upgrades are needed in apartments and security needs to exist

My experience here has been pleasant. I have not had any issues that I could not address myself or a ask the leasing office for clarity. I can only speak for my unit, but renovations need to happen ( floors, appliances, walls, and electrical.

Harmony isn't perfect but I can say they try! Keeping the trash maintained & properly trash free! Maintenance comes right away if there's a problem. Office support you off your plate (as long as you communicate).

It seems very bad to me that they have given me a fine of 70 Dollar just for having a bucket with a mop in the patio area, I think that first they should give a warning and then if one does not pay attention then they should give the fine
