Easy application process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities are really nice as well, the only thing I would say is the pool could be bigger for a community this size. Severely overcrowded this summer, but the pool itself and the area/grill is nice.

Nice apartments. Clean for the most part. Wish they'd fix the ------- gate instead of just having cones in front of it for MONTHS. I don't think it's worked properly in the last 2 years. It's annoying. Hate paying 45$ a month for someone to take my trash to the dumpster once a week. That sucks. Wish that was optional, I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself for free. Otherwise enjoy living here.

Excellent The attention is wonderful; Patricia is the best. The apartments are new and in good condition. I think the cleaning of the hallways needs more attention, and collaboration from the neighbors. If you took out a bag that leaks CLEAN IT

Apartment features are nice and pretty but this apartment was built so fast that it has NUMEROUS issues that maintenance never actually fixes. Maintenance will tell you that whatever your issue is, is not actually a problem and will not fix anything. our AC was broke for over a year and a half before someone actually looked at it to fix it. This issue caused our electricity to sky rocket for months and management continuously told us "your apartment will cool." We have leaks in our ceiling that maintenance just uses paint to cover up. Our applicances are not connected to our unit's breaker. Our oven stopped working and it took maintenance days to check our entire building's breakers before being able to tell where ours was connected. The manager at the time told us that everyone's appliances es are connected to several different breakers due to the complex being build too quickly. They could not repair this issue without everyone in the building moving out so they could go inside the walls to repair. So not fixed. Still questioning if i'm paying for someone else's usage? Don't move here, too expensive for all the issues.

Very nice community so far. The area is clean, apartments are nice, modern and good value. Helpful and friendly front office staff, and overall a pleasure to deal with. So far, no issues, and I feel like if I did have an issue, it would be handled swiftly.

My time here at the apartment has been great. The staff is always very helpful in different ways. The property is pleasant to live in as they there are some great neighbors. Emily the assistant manger is especially helpful with many things like finding the perfect place when wanting a change especially.

Apartment has been decent. Trash pickup is annoying since the dumpster seems to be full on a regular basis so boxes build up in my apartment. Also parking is by the worst I've seen at any apartment complex. I should have a spot beside my apartment based on paying over $2000 a month for rent but many times I have to park far away since parking is VERY limited which is very annoying.

The apartments are really nice but the walls are a little thin. I don't wanna hear my upstairs neighbor taking a bath or singing. Sometimes it's really hard to find parking and apparently there's been a lot of break-ins to peoples vehicles lately overall, it's pretty quiet.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here at the Haywood. They made everything a breeze when i first moved here, including personally delivering my mattress to my living room while i was behind on traveling, so it was safe. The staff is always kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The community is well maintained and the apartments are lovely. I have renewed once already and am currently in the process of upgrading to a larger unit? And once again they have made the process an absolute breeze. Thankful to call The Haywood my home.

Pretty awful experience so far. Parking is a nightmare Was told that my room would have holes fixed and room painted for my move in. Never got done and when I called to ask about it, was told yall don't do that and I can pick up paint and do it myself??? Eventually someone came and left a note saying work was done, but no walls painted, no holes filled? So they just came in and completely lied. The power in my apartment started to go out. No lights in bedroom, bathroom, closet and the fridge started losing power. The apartment told me to try and use less power as I may be overloading the electrical system? So turning on the lights to shower or keep my groceries cold? Turn a fan on to sleep or keep groceries cold? Do I get any compensation? No The bill payment app didn't work and I was charged a 200$ late fee. Apartment said they would refund, did they? Of course not. Awful complex, awful management, awful maintenance. Do the gates work at the apartment? Nope! Save your money, move somewhere else.

It's been pretty good. Staff is really nice and the grounds are really nice. My only complaint is the carpet in the bedroom. It's poorly installed and I can feel the nails through the carpet on the edges.

Staff, location and the property is beautiful. I love my apartment. The poop stations are in abundance and I love that along with the huge dog park. The pool is absolutely breathtaking. I enjoy the activities put on by management as well.

The complex is well maintained. It's also a pretty quiet complex. The office staff are great. They are really helpful and very patient. I've had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were taken care of promptly and the fixes were done right the first time. So far, I'm very happy living here!

No complaints other than all the construction work and gate problems we had had but that is not under The Haywoods control. Never once had a problem with any neighbors or any of the residents. It is a very well managed property and clean which we both love.

Great team, great complex that is always tidy. A pretty good neighborhood with schools, other apartments, and all the shops you'd need within a 10 minute drive. Super animal friendly with a big spacious dog park in our complex. The multiple doggy stations around every building is constantly stocked with baggies and it's rare if I've ever seen a "full" waste bin. The trash valet team is also amazing! I love our gym and it pretty much has the majority of things you'd need with a great sound system. They are constantly throwing resident events for us which is really nice. It took a bit of time for the maintenance team and management team to stay on top of things when I first started my lease but now they are much more consistent. We do have an issue with the gates not functioning properly, so they are often left open which would be my only suggestion for our complex since it's something we are technically paying for. Other than that, I have recommended this complex to my family and friends and my sister is now living here too. I will most likely be renewing my lease with The Haywood for sure. :)

It has been good so far. The amenities are nice. The staff may sometimes be slow at responding but they will. I had a maintenance request that didn't get resolved completely. Overall, I like living here though.

I just moved in, but so far the community is fairly quiet, the property is upkept very well, and the tenants are friendly. The only issue I've seen so far is the gates not properly working and on my third day here it looks as if someone actually ran their vehicle through one of the gates. However security is not why I moved here so that isn't really and issue for me.

Everything has been great so far! Move-in was seamless, rent is incredible for what you're getting (brand new appliances, sparkling clean apartment with tons of natural light, beautiful color scheme, the common areas are stunning), and all the neighbors I've met so far have been awesome.

A very nice-looking place on the outside, but awful management

My girlfriend and I moved into the Haywood in July 2022. 6 months later the entire back of the apartment complex was being torn apart so that a new car dealership could be built. Not once was the construction ever mentioned while we were touring the complex. On top of that, the back complex was a disaster with massive trenches that we had to drive over every day. The management did not do anything at all to create a better environment for us or give us any compensation (they basically said we are on our own). The gates are open 75% of the time so the entire "gated community" part is pointless. We had almost nonexistent water pressure and hot water for weeks and even after putting in requests, took multiple times for them to come and fix. When we first moved in, there was a community app that everyone could express their concerns and talk amongst other people that lived there. They clearly didn't like that other people could see all the concerns being made, so the app was just shutdown randomly and there was nothing that replaced it. For the amount of money this place costs, you are much better off getting a better place with a decent management.

I have really enjoyed staying at the Haywood. There's a little bit of everything for everybody here. I work and have a son and am usually unable to attend the community events here but I appreciate the fact that they are offered regardless. Maintenance is quick and the office staff have always been super helpful.

Just moved in but the complex is beautiful and I loved the amenities from the beginning. The pool is beautiful and they have a very updated gym with memberships to different machine programs. I also love the floorplan and look of the unit I have. The gray/blue cabinets and built in desk are cohesive and as a remote worker I love having the desk area. The staff has been so helpful and I'm looking forward to my time here!
