It's a quiet community a bit off the road but it's safe! It's a great community with responsive and caring staff.

I rented an apartment through Zillow. It would be better for me if this site could search for details like Zillow. Reviews, etc. seem to provide relatively better services because there is more information. However, searching for information about the apartment itself seems to be relatively more difficult. If you apply this, more people will enjoy it.

My experience with the leasing, management, and maintenance team has been great! I do wish there was more of a focus on cleaning up dog feces throughout the community. I understand this is the residents doing this, but if y'all could hire a porter to come out once a week to clean up feces that would be amazing!

This complex is nice, pretty far south which is annoying. But the place is clean, staff is nice, neighbors have been good. I don't often hear the neighbors I share walls/floors/ceilings with which is really nice.

the apartment has been great to live in. The apartment itself is very spacious and has great light coming in. The noise level is great and there are no issues there. The pool is very fun and the gym is one of the best I've seen in an apartment. There are also food trucks that come in which is super convenient.

A beautiful community to live at. The office staff is amazing and friendly. The maintenance respond quickly to everything. This is a wonderful place to call home. The pool is an amazing place to get to know your neighbors. They have an amazing Community computer room area.

The units are very nice and modern. The granite used in kitchen and bathrooms seems very cheap quality and scratches easily. The office staff receive numerous complaints and concerns from tenants with minimal action being taken. Overpriced units with rent prices continuing to rise. Fees and deposits have increased with AMP taking over. Parking is awful with not enough parking and expensive fee for covered parking and garages. Dog poop everywhere on grounds despite constant community complaints. Complex smells like weed. Gates constantly broken and theft is high in this community. Staff do not hold tenants accountable to violations other than trash cans. Very saddened to lose Nadia and Monica from original staff.

The entire move in process has been a breeze. We were able to get a tour on the same day we stopped by and after our tour and interaction with the front office we knew this is where we wanted to rent. The amenities here are amazing and the property itself is beautiful. I also want to shoutout Andrew Navarro, our leasing agent. He answered every call, question and email. He was amazing and a big reason we rented here!

The apartments are very nice and moving in was easy, but we did have cleanliness and minor maintenance problems to fix immediately after moving in that should have been taken care of beforehand. I would recommend living here, but it definitely has some issues with the front office.

Let me start by saying the new management for this community compared to the starting management is a billion times better. They seem to really care and are eager and quick to help with anything, maintenance has been fast for me as well. I have been very appreciative ? though, for the apartments themselves they're not really worth the "luxury" prices being paid compared to the luxury apartments I've had in the past. I had to relocate quickly and the complex was still under construction when I signed so, didn't have the ability to tour my unit in person. The floors are very thin, had issues with neighbors below me hearing me constantly which has led to now having to tip toe around my own place to avoid conflict. The carpet, blinds and interior amenities (washer, dryer, shower head, etc.) are cheap, I had an ant infestation all the way on the top floor that lasted about two weeks. The water pressure for warm/hot water is rare, some days it's fine and some days in the shower or washing dishes I'll barely get any pressure at all. There are no elevators in the complex, not even service/freight. I pay $45 for covered parking to still walk around the whole building but it looks to be better than walking across the entire complex if I didn't pay for it. If you have a nice car you might as well get a garage so nothing gets stolen. I also made the mistake of having my apartment right next to the pool and -------- yard which, people can be very loud, even past community curfew and the -------- boards are made of hollow metal, so each throw of the sack you will clearly hear, even from top floor/doors/windows closed. This community also seems to be a hot spot for students, I'm assuming Texas State? But, usual pool population is definitely early to mid 20's. That being said if you're looking for something this far South that's still considered Austin but a bit more lively/young atmosphere with less families, Haywood may ultimately be your place.

Overall I have enjoyed living at the Haywood apartments but have experienced a variety of unexpected downfalls. The worse by far was facing broken water pipes in building 12 for 6 days leaving residents without running hot or cold water and no compensation after it was fixed. Another was dealing with a broken dishwasher within the first 2 months of living there that after speaking with other residents was a common issue among at least 3 units. Maintenance did their best to reorder parts and set up install but still very frustrating that cheap/faulty prone appliances were purchased in the first place. Finding nearby parking to your building can be a big challenge most evenings after 8pm. However one positive is the pool and gym both of which are very nice and help make up for the other downfalls. Would recommend to others and strongly consider resigning with hopes no more issues arise.

This is a brand new community. It's fairly small but that could be a good thing. Plenty of parking, amenities are never crowded, and everything is upkept pretty well. The apartments themselves are very nice. Love the color and amount of space. The maintenance crew is always timely and friendly. Office staff is always friendly as well.

The Haywood Staff are kind. They do their best to please and serve their residents. I think the community is very beautiful but the pool is overused by the residents. Many people come in from outside the complex. It gets loud from time to time.
