This is an awesome community. The leasing office staff is very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance staff is professional and respectful of your unit. The whole team goes the extra mile to provide excellent service and ensures the high quality of the appearance and community is maintained.

All in all I feel safe at the complex. The maintenance staff has been the same since I've been here. As a single female, this is reassuring since they have access to our apartments 24/7. Even with the minor criminal activity reported (attempted burglary, tire theft, etc) , I still felt safe because the complex alerted the residents via email. I hope this process continues

This complex is severely outdated and it shows. The grounds are not cared for often enough so the grass grows super thick and a bunch of mosquitoes come with it. The complex is also overrun with stray cats. However, the community is quiet and the staff is very nice.

My experience in the community has been excellent, during the 9 months I have not had any problems. The neighbors are quiet and it is very safe. It is also clean. When maintenance services have been required, they have been very quick to respond and fix them.

The community is good but the noise level of my neighbors above me is terrible. I was told that there was nothing that management could do. If it wasn't for the noise it would be five stars but because I'm paying almost 2k a month for a noisy apartment that I can't get help with then I will never recommend especially for a working professional who can't get any quiet time when the neighbors are home. I can't wait for my lease to be complete.

Its good except for the drain flies that come and go and when they come its like thousands of them coming other then that great stay definitely could use couple light bulb changes but community is quiet and nice

Would appreciate some video security cameras in the parking areas. My truck has been broken into 2x. I have also seen a number of cars that have had all 4 wheels removed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

For a complex so close to a major highway, train tracks, and full of dogs, it is surprisingly quiet here. The grounds are well-kept, and maintenance is friendly and helpful. The location is super-convenient, walking distance to restaurants & stores.

My experience here varies. I love my neighbors. They are friendly and respectful. The maintenance staff has been great! Whenever I've had an issue, they respond promptly and are courteous. I love that the dog park has been expanded as there are more dogs since I moved in.

Nice looking community. Amenities are kept up. Maintenance request have quick turn arounds. My biggest issue is safety. My car was stolen multiple times. Husband and work truck was broken into multiple times. They have a security only every once in awhile but all they do is sit in one spot. I don't feel safe outside at night.

It's a great place to live. It has a nice pool, gym, and grill area. The only thing is that there is not enough places to park because people with garages don't use them for their car. They put other things in them so there's not enough parking. I wish they would make people park there cars in their garages then there would be enough space to park

I absolutely love living here. The maintenance is the absolute best and the areas are well maintained. I feel safe living here with good lighting and swift response when needed. There are plenty of places surrounding for shopping, eating out, etc.

Overall horrible experience. Tour guide was horrible. Answering my questions was like pulling teeth. Her answers were very short. She was not at all engaged. Apartment was good. Community was great. No complaints there.

It's been pretty good. It's better now that both my noisy neighbors have moved out. My only issue is getting to the dumpster when someone has blocked the entrance and that several of my neighbors(bldg 10,11 & 12) with dogs don't pick up after them.

1 BR/1 BA w/ attached garage was exactly what I wanted when I was looking and have loved it ever since moving in. Quick responses toaintenance requests, pleasant staff, 24hr gym ease of access to 99!Grand Parkway, 290 and Beltway 8 are awesome!

It's a very nice apartment but it definitely needs more parking spaces. At night it's impossible to fine a space to park. The gym is amazing and has a good amount of equipment. The smart home is a nice feature too
