The maintenance is quick when it comes to repairs with the apartment. My neighbors let there kids out in the hallway and cause a disturbance during quite hours. Homeless are still a huge problem for the complex and have seen one carrying an axe.

The gym is awful. Literally the worst gym I've ever had the misfortune of working out in. The weights were stolen last year and never replaced. I had to buy my own attachments for the cable machine. Also, it's been closed for almost 2 months for some strange reason. There's no water fountain or anything. The elevators are constantly down for days and weeks at a time. I believe at this time, the gym, laundry room, and clubhouse are all closed and who knows when they'll open back up. There's trash in random places around the community?

75 west has been my home for the last 2 years the units are super spacious and well designed. I can say that and my experience has been good despite being located on the central expressway and forest ln, a very busy intersection, it is very quiet and safe, I feel happy here and I hope to stay longer

My actual apartment unit is great, i love it no complaints. When I need things to be repaired maintenance responds usually within 24 hours.However, the groundskeeping is subpar, it smells, it's dirty, trash is everywhere, homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, it's a total eye sore. Construction has been going on for almost one year, yet no progress has seemingly been made. Everything outside of my apartment unit is unpleasant.

One of the worst apartments I've ever stayed at. Outside is filthy/unkept. Trash is never maintained. Neighbors are rude and disgusting there's human and animal feces everywhere. Charges inconsistent.

The move in process was very challenging. Customer service was not very proactive when it came to move in date and how to schedule movers (moved couches 4 stories when they said there was an elevator).

Maintenance is slow. I had a leak in my apartment and they came to cut out the ceiling several days after the rain. Still have the hole in my ceiling. The insulation in the units is terrible, my electric bill is over $500 a month because the windows don't fully close and are all single pane. I've had construction roll offs, material storage, and a porta potty in front of my home for a year. The gates rarely work for entry, always open. I love the layout and location, but the community upkeep and lack of maintaining the property is disappointing.

It used to be a beautiful courtyard and well maintained - now it crap. Also it takes forever or NEVER to complete any project - it's been over a year to do some structural work and it's still not done - and the elevators in the midrise work less than they don't.

It's been utterly ridiculous. I have had many issues with my unit with no sense of urgency to repair or make better whatsoever. The homes have so much potential but the lack of upkeep devalues it drastically.

this place has been under multiple different managements over the years. the property is poorly kept. always trash and pet feces everywhere. valet trash will leave loose trash all over the hallways as they take trash out.

A few different management companies have come through since I've been here but it's still not the best. There's not a ton of actually helpful communication to the residents about projects that are going on. Upkeep of the external property is a joke. More emphasis feels like it's placed on new residents opposed to taking care of their existing residents.

Lovely pets are welcome but if the pet do a pee on areas not assigned for it. Then we have claim on it. Case is 2 days ago a big pet was with his owner and when by passing by the trash, he sopped and did pee, but his owner didn't do anything. See again the photos how dirty is our corridors

The grounds are not kept up. The rules doe parking, picking up after pets, pool are not followed or enforced. It took over two months for my drywall to be fixed after a leak. We can't use one shower due to rust and no one has addressed it.

I've almost been living here for a year and so far I haven't had many issues and if I did the response to the situation was done rapidly. Really didn't wait but a few hours or so. More then likely will be sign another lease.

Honestly awful. Management office does not care for the residents, it took me 6 MONTHS to get my free rent, after asking multiple times over those 6 months. I was also being charged a higher rent than in my lease for a few months. There is an issue in my apartment where when it rains, the carpet gets wet. STILL NOT FIXED. I will definitely not be renewing here, crappy management is the main issue.

The grounds could be better kept, especially the trash. The security gates are not always closed, and there isn't a security guard (as advertised). Maintenance takes awhile to resolve concerns, and do not do work to a satisfactory level. However, the office staff are wonderful, the units are lovely, and the price is nice (please don't increase).

Our experience has been ok. It started with our living room wall being torn out and not fixed for a month. Now the same wall has the same water damage and we're going though the same steps. None of the windows close properly and the noise from the nearby highway is awful because of it. They need to be replaced.

I am disappointed by the quality of service we receive. I will be moving out by end of my lease for sure. If I want to itemize reasons I would say: 1. Property management team 2. High cost while cheaper and better options are available 3. Dirty, everywhere you can see trashes and pet wastes

I understand that it is an old building but. the amenities that are being paid for are not managed well. My vehicle was stolen from the garage and nothing was done when I stated it to management. The property needs to invest in higher quality security cameras, which with todays tech, should not be a problem. Unauthorized people and vehicles are still getting in to steal cars, and then getting away with it. I dont understand why there are not a higher number of and also higher quality cameras on the property placed in critical and hidden areas. My apartment A/C is constantly shutting down regardless of notifying management.

I have been very disappointed with my experiences while living here. There have been multiple times that my young child and I have been locked out of our apartment with no notice due to management having lost their copy of keys and changing the lock during the day while I'm at work. I don't realize it has happened until I get back from work, after the office is closed, and then have to call maintainence and hope they can help - meanwhile my son is hysterical and scared because he can't get into his home. I was told once that they couldn't help me and that I would need to hire a locksmith to drill the bolt out for me. I've been without air conditioning for weeks with only one little unit put into my apartment. Our apartment has been in the 80+ temps days. Anytime I have reached out to management regarding anything they are unhelpful and rude. Sometimes they don't even respond. This has been a horrible experience living here and management is awful.

The garage gates are always open, and the cameras do not work. My car was stolen just 1 week ago. So definitely need to work on these issues if you want a renewed maintenance takes so long and it usually does not complete the work. The ceiling in bathroom is leaking now for almost 3 months and they sent someone but it's not fixed yet.

There community is pretty nice. The town homes are in good shape and seem to be updated relatively recently. The only issue I have is the lack of urgency in repairing common area damage. There are still water leaks from the freeze in January. They are small but it is almost June so we should not have faucets leaking or water coming up from under the ground anymore. The security gates seem to consistently break as well then it's weeks before they work again.
