Maintenance is ON IT
Every apartment has its pros and cons and Camden is no different. BUT there are some things I personally would never compromise on and number one is maintenance. Service requests for me have always been filled within 72 hours of placing them. Cody today came and fixed my loose sink in a very timely fashion. He also caught that my front door lock needed to be adjusted and fixed that as well before he left. Very helpful and professional!!

Maintenance
Maintenance ALWAYS does a great job with fixing issues! Always prompt and polite. Cody stopped by today to fix a loose door handle about 30 minutes after I put in the service request. Thank you for all your help!

Nothing but dissapointments
I have really wanted to like this apartment complex. I love the location, the layout of the unit, and the countertops, cabinets, etc. all look nice. Unfortunately, out of everywhere I've lived, this by far the worst managed apartment complex. I sincerely believe a team of middle schoolers could do a better job. I've had literally nothing but trouble since the first day I've moved in through the day I am writing this review. When I received my unit it was not cleaned and it was in a state of disrepair: with stains on the walls, inside the refrigerator, on the cabinets, the floors were dirty, the washing machine stained my linens when I washed them during move in with a "mystery brown substance" (no matter what it is, it can't be good and I don't want to even imagine what it was), the A/C was not working, and the bedroom window wouldn't close. While these issues were remedied after complaints, I don't see it acceptable that I experienced this on my literal first day in the unit. Following this, I did not receive the key to the mailbox for over 2 weeks, and when I finally got it, it was only because I had complained 3 times (as you can imagine, after two weeks without mail it gets a bit old) After the third complaint, it took them all of 2 minutes to cut it while I was in the office. My car was hit and run in the gated, secure, parking lot that only residents have access to, in direct view of the cameras no less. Again, I calmly notified the office who mentioned they would look at the cameras and get back to me. After the third day of not hearing anything I followed up with the office only to get the response "my apologies we've been busy but I will get back to you today". Finally when they did get back to me, conveniently, I received a text message saying that after I went to the office they attempted to review the cameras again, only to be told that the camera system conveniently "froze", so they did a reset and magically all the footage was lost and was no longer available to review. I was told they would contact the IT team and get back to me. It's been nearly two weeks and I have not even gotten a message with positive, or negative confirmation. Heck, not even as much as a sorry. Before I moved in I added on a garage to my lease for $100 a month. The garage was not going to be ready until the end of the next month, no issue, when they're available to lease, they're available. To absolutely no surprise, at the end of the day when I went to pick up the remote and key (mind you, I had received absolutely no communication, via call, email, text, saying it would, or would not be ready.) My account was already charged the prorated fee for the rest of the billing period, but magically the remote "had not been programmed by maintenance" yet, and I was told I'd get a text when it was ready. No confirmation as to the date, time, or frankly even the impression that the leasing office cared. This lack of care and diligence is the experience I've had with the complex from the day I signed my lease and parted with my money to current day. Sure, some problems had been fixed, but only after my belly-aching to the office. Most of these issues I should not have had to complain about from the beginning, as they are the bare minimum a lessor would expect from their landlord. Maybe in a cheaper complex you'd expect (although should not have to tolerate regardless), but after fees (and there is many) I pay in the $19xx's monthly. Beyond Jasmine, the only smiling face in the office who seems to care about her work and the residents, for the most part the rest of the office staff seem inconvenienced to have to get off their cell phones and speak to you (aka do what they're being paid to do). Do better Camden. I'm asking for the bare minimum: for you to do your job; and for you to stick to your word, both verbal, and in the form of contract. Unfortunately, neither seem likely coming from your team.

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Upon moving in, my AC was broken. I moved in August, so you can imagine the temperature of the apartment. I placed multiple work orders in to get the AC fixed, and I kept getting notifications that the maintenance team had fixed the AC, which was obviously not true, as I hadn’t seen them and my AC wasn’t working. If you move here you HAVE to make sure you see the maintenance team actually fixing things or they won’t and will mark it fixed regardless. Additionally, the exterior is just not kept up with. Do yourself a favor and walk around the hallways of the complex before signing a lease. They’re disgusting: constantly covered in dog poop, cluttered with trash, etc. The leasing office says they’re “unaware” of these things, but even after putting in work orders, things don’t change. Especially if you live in building C! And just a heads up- there’s a homeless community that collects right outside the gate of building C. While I lived here I saw dumpster fires in the CVS parking lot, a homeless man rammed with a car, and countless drug exchanges. Truly not a safe area for younger women to live in. They had to permanently close one of the gates to building C because homeless people were getting inside and it was becoming a security issue. (Not to mention all the packages that go missing and car break ins! Seriously- be prepared to get emails every other week about all the missing packages and all the cars broken into.) On top of this- there’s not enough parking spaces in the lot of building C, so if you come home late and have to park in building A’s garage, you will HAVE to walk past this corner. Obviously, as a young woman, this is scary. My friends made jokes about how unsafe this location of Knox Henderson is. The leasing office hasn’t really provided any solutions to this either besides closing a gate which ended up causing traffic jams and the only other gate. The gate also stopped working at least 10 times within the year I lived there. When that happened, they just left it open for literally anyone to walk into. So.. not sure closing the second gate really helped. Finally, they tried to raise my rent due to the “market increase”, so I ended up moving out to a nicer community (on top of all the other reasons listed). A week later I see my old apartment listed for the price I moved in at LOL. I still can’t figure out what they gained from that but okay. They’re also trying to charge me $500+ dollars since I've moved out… for things that were already damaged when I moved in. They will nickel and dime you! Do yourself a favor and pick a nicer apartment. This one isn’t it.

Amazing Building and Staff!!
The moment I stepped into Camden Belmont, I was greeted by a friendly staff. I was looking at a Stanton floorplan. The price was reasonable, I enjoyed how fees are itemized and explained. When touring the apartment I was impressed by how up-to-date it was. I can't wait to check out the other floor plans. Definitely top on my list!

Excellent Experience
I have only been here for a month, but it has been great so far! From the terrific views of Dallas to the satisfying Gym, unlike most other apartments I have lived in. We haven't had any issues yet, but the staff has been very friendly and helpful in our move and getting acquainted with the area.

DO NOT LIVE HERE - TERRIBLE PROPERTY AND LEASING OFFICE
If I can give you one piece of advice - do not live here. Live literally anywhere else. Crime is so bad on this property and leasing office is not doing anything/has no plans to help. Your packages will be stolen, random people will try to break in your apartment in the middle of the night, cars are stolen and broken into all the time, and homeless people sleep in the halls and garbage rooms. Not to mention the apartments themselves are falling apart. We have to make 3-4 maintenance requests a month for the same things over and over again. PLEASE GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE.

If you care about your safety I would strongly encourage you to find a different apartment complex in the Knox Henderson area. Doors and parking lot gates are often broken/unlocked and every other week I find homeless people hanging out in the trash chute rooms. The parking lot gates are left open all day on trash day putting residents at risk. Just the other day my neighbor walked to the parking lot to find a man under his car taking parts because the gate was left open. Management does not care about residents safety. Building B parking lot gate was broken and left open for several months because they were "waiting on the parts." The treadmills and other equipment in the fitness center have been broken for months because they are "waiting on the parts." Seems like every other week something is broken and months go by before anything is done. I am putting in maintenance requests at least 3x per week. Don't expect to get packages delivered here because they will be stolen. Managements response to the residents concerned about their safety is either "call 911 if you see a suspicious person in the building" or "please call the office to discuss further." I never post reviews but I wish I would've known these issues before moving here.

I have very mixed reviews about Camden Belmont in general but today I'm leaving a review regarding maintenance! They're attentive and always do a good job. Most recently, Darwin came to fix an issue (an issue that has come and go quite a few times during my time here)--he fixed that issue and a few others. He went above and beyond. I am a happy resident because of it. Camden Belmont has a great maintenance staff.

This apartment complex is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. However, cars get broken into every night. The complex has hired a security team to drive through and has cameras in the garage but the car service just sits downstairs (with no one in it) which does nothing. My neighbor has had his car broken into 4 times and he has lived here less than a year. Packages get stolen every day. You cannot have something delivered without it being taken. Even getting a ring doorbell has not stopped the thieves from stealing. Even though it's a great location, I would not recommend living at Camden Belmont!

As a current resident I felt compelled to jump on and leave a review of the exceptional maintenance staff at this property. My washing machine broke on a Tuesday and by Friday (3) maintenance technicians had been to my apartment to assess the issue and consequently install a new Washer and Dryer. Thank you Mario and Manny for installing my new appliances, wearing masks, and providing excellent customer service.

I love the Camden Belmont community, because their staff is extremely friendly and professional. They truly care about their residents, and go above and beyond for them. You can easily and safely walk to the dog park, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Minutes away from Lower Greenville + Knox/Henderson area. Location is great!

I love the Camden Belmont- they have the best and most helpful staff. The bang you get for your buck is unmatched- they have all the amenities you could possibly want and the apartments themselves are updated and so nice. I have so much space and truly feel like I am getting great value for the rent I pay. On top of it all, I love this neighborhood. You can walk to everything- it truly can't be beat.

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know how great Ramon Barrera's service was in my apartment. He was professional, kind, and made me feel at ease regarding social distancing and having someone in my apartment. He did a great job and quickly fixed the problem, so I wanted to make sure he got recognized!! Thank you for the help!

JR & Mark are the best! The maintenance team is one reason we have lived at Camden Belmont for almost 4 years in three different units. We have had some issues with our townhouse since we moved in two months ago and each time the maintenance team has fixed everything in a timely manner along with making sure it is done right. We know we can count on them when things go wrong! Thank you Camden Belmont Maintenance team!!

I continued my lease from a one bedroom to a townhouse within the community and have been nothing but embarrassed and disappointed. My roommate is currently questioning why I would recommend an apartment that does not return calls and presents nothing but frustration when I call to explain my situation. I had a leak in the ceiling that took over 10 days to fix and over 6 phone calls to handle. Do not recommend.

I lived at Belmont for about a year. The management is awesome! My only regret is not making time to stop by the office more often. If you ever have an issue, the maintenance team and management work hard to get it resolved and really seem to care about what they are doing. I really enjoyed this community and definitely recommend. PROS - great management staff, quick with resolving maintenance issues etc., close to bars, CVS & great food CONS - our apartment was a little noisy with fire trucks mid day, but that is out of our control.

I can't say enough good things about Camden Belmont. First, the staff is phenomenal and they truly care about their residents. Everyone is so nice but especially Mallari in the leasing office, she is an absolute rock star and always has a welcoming smile on her face and is ready to help whenever she's needed! Eloy is the Assistant Manager and is full of positive energy and has a great attitude. Ramon, Junior, and Andy on the maintenance team are go-getters and you'll always see them around the property getting things done but are never too busy to stop and say hello! Also, the location can't be beat-- I rarely have to drive my car because the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. I especially love the dog park and the spacious gym. I highly recommend living here!

This Camden community goes above and beyond to make sure your apartment really feels like home. Specifically, Chandler, made our move-in experience seamless and easy! I was worried when my husband I were moving from an 850 sqft apartment to our 803 sqft Camden apartment, but Camden layouts use the space WAY more efficiently. We have plenty of room! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in a fun area, a spacious apartment, with responsive maintenance and staff!

I toured this complex (along with a handful of others this past week) and ultimately decided on Camden Belmont for a handful of reasons. Jordan gave me a tour and was very helpful, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions even though it was only his 2nd week into the job. The pool and the rest of the amenities were great. The apartment was newly renovated, and provides a good amount of space. I ended up selecting a 1 bedroom.
