Great and quiet community, and with excellent maintenance staff! One of my first experiences with the maintenance workers was with Jeff. He was very prompt and left detailed instructions about what he had fixed!

I have enjoyed living here over the past couple of years. The staff has been responsive, usually very quickly. Even if something that I wanted couldn't be fulfilled, there was never a feeling of condescension or the aire of "why would you even ask that?" that you could find at other Dallas upscale apartments. The staff from the maintenance up to the management has been helpful, thoughtful and thorough. The location has been great. The atmosphere is good. The apartments (especially with the new updates) are very comfortable and swanky. If ever there was a time that trash or pet waste got out of hand, the management was quick to address it. I have enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this to friends or colleagues.

I went in to the office recently, and Cassee helped me. She was so professional and helpful. She said what she was going to do and did it in a timely manner. You just don't find that anymore. I was able to explain what I needed, and it was fulfilled. She was lively and attentive.

I was at Camden Belmont for just over two years and enjoyed it very much. The community location is in the middle of a huge neighborhood redevelopment so there were always new shops and restaurants opening in the area. The fitness center is huge and has a huge variety of machines to accommodate just about any workout. I enjoyed my dealings with the staff, especially the office. If you're looking for that Uptown feel without the Uptown foot traffic, this is definitely the place to be.

The good reviews have to be from people who don't actually live here or they received some sort of concession while moving in to post a good review. AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COST! My car was stolen, my bike was stolen, there are break-ins in the garage every other day, and packages are stolen constantly. Trash builds up. Someone was assaulted at our pool. The community board always includes something about their stuff being stolen or windows being broken. I attached a screenshot from the Community Post from this morning which is typical... Management doesn't care about the safety of tenants. I have friends in the surrounding area who do NOT have these issues given their management installed more cameras and hired security patrol that actual secures the area. It's clearly known that Camden Belmont's security (or lack there of) is laughable so it's constantly getting hit up. Just this morning my car was broken into. Luckily I only had my umbrella and dog seat cover (both of which they stole) in there. Management will just tell me to file a police report which will do nothing. Moving out of state in 10 months or else i would be moving out of this terrible complex. Pros: If you don't value your safety or the safety of your belongings, there are some pros!!! Close to Henderson Bars, Price (comparatively to Dallas), closet space, garage parking (although cameras only on the first floor so your stuff still gets stolen), amenities (relatively large gym, 2 pools), maintenance personnel is very nice.

I have lived at Camden Belmont for over a year now and I have had the best experience! The staff is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to answer any questions/ concerns. Their maintenance request system is also great! I have had to submit a request 3 times and they have been quick and helpful every single time. Lastly- security is also extremely important to me... I have always felt safe walking through the garage to my apartment, even when its late. I just re-signed my lease and would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area!

I have been living at the Camden Belmont for almost a year now in a three bedroom and have been very satisfied for the most part. The floorplans and layouts are very nice as are the finishes and appliances. I have lived in the Knox/Henderson area for 3 years and can't speak highly enough about it. Management here at Camden tries to make an extra effort welcoming new residents and showing appreciation to current residents by hosting monthly events, whether it's happy hour, food trucks, ect. It's hard to rank any place you rent 5 stars because it is simply not yours and there is always something that could be done better/ your way. I would give Camden a 4 out of 5 stars. Pros: Affordable, location, maintenance, management, residents, pools, workout center Cons: Security, trash rooms (valet trash is fine), parking (if not in building A), firestation down the street To clarify, security over the holidays was a challenge as it is for most apartment complexes so I can't say Camden Belmont was any worse than other apartments in the area or in Uptown. Overall if you are looking for an affordable place in a great location, Camden should be at the top of your list.

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. The elevators are always broken. Maintenance request take days if they even come. There's homeless people across the street that come into the parking lots. Overall if the staff was friendly I would overlook all this but they hear your complaints and never do a thing about it

Its almost been a year here at Camden, security is lacking MAJORLY. Parking gates have been broken for almost a month, with a wide known problem of car thefts. Management is fairly attentive & will take care of your issues quickly if any. Neighbors in my building pretty much keep to themselves and aren't very noisy. Complex is more into animals than I care for but, apparently Pets are a trend these days. Facilities are kept nice & clean. Management does a good job of attempting to engages tenants and host community events. If you are looking to live in a trendy neighborhood in Dallas, Knox-Henderson is probably the least expensive. Camden Belmont offers a variety of rental options & packages (include cable, internet, etc.) that make it more appealing & affordable. Overall, nice place to live.

I worked with Samantha MacLean and she was great. From the moment I walked in she was so helpful. She searched different layouts for me at different prices in order to fit the best price for my needs. Even after I left the location, she followed up to see if I was still looking for a property and offered to assist in anyway she could. Be sure to ask for Samantha if you go to Camden Belmont. You will not be disappointed.

This place is garbage. First of all, there is constantly dog poop and pee in the hallways as residents do not know how to clean up after their own animals. The managers response to this is weekly emails reminding everyone how to clean up after their pets. Second, both day and night the noise level is through the roof. You have construction workers and maintenance workers to deal with throughout the day and beer pong parties at night. The pool on the weekend turns into a frat/ rager with champagne showers in the pool. Not to mention, residents take their dogs into the pool. I have complained multiple times to managers who literally have no accountability. Their solution as previously mentioned, includes sending emails out. Bravo.

This place started out nice, but they've dropped the ball over the years. It used to be that the management took pride in this place, but now nobody cares anymore. Now you have folks breaking into cars in the parking garage. Now you have dog poop all over the place since nobody cares to pick up after their dog anymore. The maintenance crew barely even changes out the trash anymore; there are a few trash cans that haven't been changed in over 3 months, most notably the one on the ground floor by the elevator in the parking garage. There are a bunch of parties, with people making noise up until 6AM, and nobody seems to care. If you call resident services, they'll flat out tell you that there is no courtesy officer available. As a young lady stated not too long ago, there was a murder and a suicide here all within the course of a month, and we had to find out about them through the local news. This place is ------ now. Those are the facts.

There have been guest or tenants smoking in the hall ways and stairwell. (non smoking apartment) Also, there have been pets that are just peeing in the hallways so sometimes the hallways smells like crap. The landscape and exterior looks fine. It is the interior that needs some work. Also not sure when the people are supposed to come to change the AC filters.

Pros: -Good location, easy access to 75, close to several bars on Henderson -Interior of apartments is nice, but i would prefer to have hardwood instead of carpet -maintenance staff is very friendly and always completes work in a short amount of time -the gym is really nice Cons: -Parking is terrible! There is not enough parking for everyone who lives in the building (unless you live in building A). If you get home after 8pm, good luck finding a spot. -Safety: We got an e-mail from the apt staff saying that a female resident had been attacked at night walking up to the apartments and that everyone should be careful at night and park behind the gate. Well... it's nearly impossible to park behind the gate, especially at night, so i guess that means we should take the risk parking down the street even though people are getting attacked. Real safe. Even if you do get a parking spot behind the gates... the gates are constantly broken and left wide open. Hopefully no one pulls a hit and run on your car (which has happened to me) or breaks into your car because there are no cameras in the parking lot. -Safety: There has been 3 instances where I have been woken up in the middle of the night by someone banging on my door and 1 instance where a man (who i obviously didn't know) was trying to open my door at 3am. As i was looking out the peep hole getting ready to call 911, i saw him trying to open my door and then went across the hall and tried to open that door! Could have been a drunk guy who didn't remember which apt he lived in... but at 3am i don't feel very safe having a stranger trying to get into my apt. -Price: I already pay almost $1100/month for a 1 bed/1bath apt. Got my lease renewal saying they were increasing my rent by $200/month. $1300/month for 1 bedroom at this complex?? Not worth it. -Staff: The staff recently decided that it was too much work to accept packages at the office, so now the delivery drivers just leave the packages right in front of the entry gate to the building which is not secured at all, and where hundreds of people walk past every day. Anyone could walk by and take whichever packages they wanted because everything is just sitting out in the open. I have already had 1 package stolen!! So frustrating! I have never lived in an apartment where the office didn't accept packages. Ridiculous.

So after initially being excited about the "Luxuary" living space this complex claims to provide, my view changed dramatically. I live in a building that allows pets, which usually isn't a problem. The dogs in this building however tend to urinate constantly in the hallways, and it usually sits there for a few days before maintinence decides to get around to cleaning it up. Even after email & phone requests. Which I will be explaining to the health inspector I'm having come out to examine the property. One of the amenities of this "Luxuary" living environment was also supposedly a SMOKE FREE building. Though you clearly have people smoking on their patios, sometimes even in clear view of apartment employees. Thirdly, the hallways are remarkably unkept. Whether it's the smell of trash early in the evening, or the absolutely filthy hallway floors littered with spit, gum, and anything oozing from people's trash bags. The walls in the hallways are also littered with shoe prints, scuffs, spit, & gum. How about a power washing once a month? Finally, safety. The largest concern of all. I have been approached, my door has been knocked on, and I've been asked for food & money. All inside the gates of my secure home. Members of this community recently recieved an email regarding homeless people getting into our building. This is a place that is supposedly people's homes, yet I can't feel safe as a young woman living in a place where a homeless man can easily gain entry and solicit people by knocking on their door any time of day or night All these things have been brought to the attention of management multiple times, by multiple tenants with the same response. "There is nothing we can do" or "we are doing all we can". Both of which don't seem to be solving the problem. So future tenants beware, "Luxuary" isn't all it's cracked up to be at Belmont.

Camden Belmont has been a great place to live. Easy access to US75 and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Ambulances/police cars do go through the area every so often, so if your unit faces Bennett you will hear them, but it happens infrequently. Rent is fair and their online tenant portal is user-friendly. Great amenities with two pools, a great workout facility and a clubhouse area that can be reserved for events. Since our unit is close to a trash chute we wished we didn't have to purchase the valet waste service, but it is a requirement of all tenants. Camden has been a great place to live.

I have lived at Camden Belmont for a few years now and have been very pleased with my experience here. The community is well maintained, the office staff are very helpful and courteous, and if I ever have an issue in my apartment, maintenance is quick to take care of it. My roommate and I love the location and often walk to the restaurants and bars on Henderson. We take advantage of the amenities too - the gym and pools are both a big plus.
