I love it so far! I feel very safe and the maintenance staff is great. I also love the location. The only thing is that the 8th floor smells really bad and the air fresheners in the hallway makes me sick.

Horrible

I’ve lived here for 3 years. I just renewed my lease because I don’t have the bandwidth to move right now but I absolutely regret it. Lately this place is awful. SOMETHING IS BROKEN ALL THE TIME, I’m leaving for a valentines getaway today with my boyfriend and the butterfly intercom system is down so NO NON RESIDENTS CAN GET INTO THE BUILDING INCLUDING MY PETSITTER and I was just told this was “not an emergency” Wtf

Gallery has the best teams working here. Maintenance always quick to repair any issue and front desk always welcoming/ wanting to help. I can’t recommend this place enough. Both of my siblings have now leased apartments here as well.

It’s decent. My opinion honestly fluctuates because I don’t feel the staff are courteous enough to residents. I also don’t feel that they set realistic standards. I would recommend others to live here, but not long term.

When I first moved here, my fiancé and I really enjoyed the complex and the location. There are several events we’ve attended that were pre planned (pool parties, happy hours, etc.). However, as mentioned in my management comment, there are VERY big issues with our gates and elevators that NEED to be addressed. I am concerned for my safety, the safety of other residents, and the protection of my property. Additionally, the parking situation within our garage is less than ideal. There have been several “reserved” spots that have opened up that no one has reserved or uses, which creates a lack of parking space. Oftentimes, I have to park where guests are allotted space.

The Gallery at Turtle Creek is such an incredible place to live, I recommend this apartment to everyone, but the maintenance and staff truly make this apartment stand out amongst the others in Dallas. From the leasing staff, maintenance staff and janitorial staff- everyone is consistent, kind and helpful. I am grateful to live here, I'm treated as a priority as a resident. Especially thank you to Hugo for truly coming to my rescue and for being so helpful and kind especially during a time when he is supposed to be off work. The Gallery at Turtle Creek Staff-- Thank you for everything you do, this apartment would not be where it is, without all of you.

This apartment complex is a great place and has so many unique locations that you can walk to. I'm very happy to find this place and I intend to stay at this apartment complex for a long time. It very fair in price, have many unique rooms and most of all, their parking are in the building or basically a huge in door garage.

I have loved living at Gallery so far. The staff is responsive and helpful. I love the community amenities, particularly the two-story gym (which is open 24/7!). My apartment was clean upon move-in, and maintenance quickly addressed the concern I raised. The community members are also very friendly!

I have been living at Gallery since 2020 and have been very satisfied with the experience and quality of the apartment. Great quality for the price. The maintenance is incredibly fast and helpful and the complex has everything you’d need. I have even referred multiple friends to move and they’ve been happy too.

Horrible experience with new managers ! My car was opened inside the garage and some expensive stuff was stolen and those managers literally said they can not do anything even inside the building. The manager Assistant Bianca is totally rude.

These apartments are built really well. Concrete construction. You can’t hear the people above you and the walls are more insulated than most apartments. It’s a great place to live close to the Katy Trail.

Move in process could have been better. Still waiting on maintenance to fix items I inventoried when I moved in a month ago…I suspect the person I turned the inventory form in to in the leasing office never inputted the items like they said they would.

It has been refreshing living at the Gallery at Turtle Creek. I would highly recommend the community. Never have I experienced a staff that cared about its tenants than they do here. They are a beautiful community that is secure, soundproof and managed well. Their staff is pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I have to move, yet I plan to stay within Greystar if possible.

Very clean and neat, you can tell its well taken care of because you always see cleaning crew going around hallways. The gym is great, and the pool is the main attraction since its huge and you can actually swim in it. The management is extremely professional and personal, walked us through from the beginning till the end!

Living at Gallery at Turtle Creek has been amazing. This has only been my second apartment in Dallas and it has exceeded expectations. The only problem I had was a homeless person breaking into my car as it was parked on the street (so I park in the garage from now on lol). However, I have really enjoyed living here and can see myself here for a while

Overall good, sometimes some things go without response when communicating with the leasing office. I’ve emailed about changing my renters insurance and I still got a notice that I don’t have it even though I provided documentation. When I first moved in I keep getting charged for not having renters insurance for a few months even though I already provided them with the proof of insurance. Pool area could be cleaner but it’s not too bad. Parking has become really bad especially at night time, usually have to park in the guest parking due to limited space. Also garage gate has been broken for so long. Maintenance is good and very responsive.

The area is very safe and has great proximity to businesses. Most are within walking distance. The staff is courteous and responsive. The amenities offered are kept clean. I have peace of mind living in this community because of the safety and quality of the apartment and complex itself.
