I can only suggest that residents dont stop creating trash on the weekends. Yet no service is provided to the community and Gallery looks dirty and low class with garbage overflowing all weekend until Monday.

The complex is generally very quiet and of very high quality. My leasing agent, Patty, is second to none. I do wish parking was better some nights, but even then there is usually always a guest spot open to take. This is a wonderful complex.

Recently moved in. Have had zero troubles since. Very clean, modern apartment complex located in a safe, fun, conveniently located part of town. Leasing office have been supportive and helpful in my handful of encounters before and after my move-in.

The amenities (especially the gym) is awesome. This is a great location, close to many things. The staff in the office are also really nice and friendly. The community here is great. I love my apartment, it’s super quiet and the neighbors are all really nice. Only complaint is pest control only comes once a week, which is not very convenient.

Great community that is in an ideal location, near the Katy Trail, restaurants, bars, and shops. Property is well taken care of and the units are spacious with nice finishes. Parking is easy, package delivery is good too. Great amenities.

The leasing office team has made my move seamless and everyone, even the residents, Ive met are super friendly. The convenience of the buildings location to the trail and all things Dallas is great but you still get the feeling youre in a quiet little neighborhood too, best of both worlds. Love now being able to call this place home!

Gallery at TC helped me move from Florida even though I couldnt see the complex in person. They did a great job showing me the facilities and an even better job communicating and getting me in the unit. I was blown away at how helpful the staff were. Truly five star service. And the units themselves are great! Modern and quiet. Only thing is the I wish I had more counter space!

This is a noisy apartment being right over cedar Springs Rd and just down from a busy fire station. Not Gallerys fault. The corner at Sale and Cedar Spring is dangerous and the scene of accidents. The maintenance crew is great and most requests are fixed the next day. The location is awesome if you work downtown. A short drive or even walk. We have lived here forever 5 years and probably will sign a new lease.

Great place to live. Location is desireable. Not excited about the new 4 seasons being built in front of the building. Hoping it doesn't raise rent prices. Other than that will enjoy the view until then.

I have watched this place get better and better each year. The manager is always on top of communication to residents and the staff is very friendly. I dont have issues with my apartment or parking and even guests can park easily. I love how the location is tranquil but still close to everything!

The Gallery at Turtle Creek is one of the nicest buildings in Uptown - by nicest I mean it is in a great area, has a nice gym, great pool, and amazing staff who help with our needs and also the price I pay for my apartment is def worth it. I love my apartment a lot. Since living here it has gone down in quality inside the building in shared spaces - the hallways/amenities are dirty, the elevators sometimes don't work, and now my pipes make weird noises and I can hear my neighbors having the same issues.

We have a housekeeper here 6 days a week, and they clean the amenities each day they are here. We also make passes through the hallways regularly to vacuum and clean. While we are not able to clean every hallway each day, we do make it through the entire community every week. If there is ever a specific area that needs attention, please do let us know and we will make certain to direct our team to handle this. We are lucky to have a community built with concrete subfloors that dramatically reduce the noise you experience while living here. Pipe noise is something does occur in a building of height as water flowing through empty pipes will cause vibrations. If this noise is greater than normal, we can certainly look at this for you. We do expect there to be some noise of this nature though in all buildings of our size. Our team is of course here for you to help with anything that comes up. Great neighborhood. Would recommend, nice pool, nice gym. Parking isn't the best. The parking sticker system isn't the best. Residents are ok, mostly younger professions. Walkable area. Can walk to bars and restaurants. Green side of Oak Lawn.

Have lived here for four years. Cannot say enough great things about this community!!! It is SO quiet. With the concrete walls and ceilings I have never heard a neighbor, dog barking, anything. It is such peace and quiet. All the residents are kind and do not party. They really have accumulated the best residents around. Easy access to Katy Trail which is such an underrated perk of an apartment building. Huge dog lawn right next door, neighbors are always socializing while dogs are playing fetch. The community is always kept so clean and the maintenance and leasing staff are extremely professional and responsive. The GYM!!! With floor to ceiling windows it a fitness gurus dream. Highly, highly suggest leasing here. Best decision I made

SMH… I dropped my keys down the trash Shute on the 2nd floor garage as I was throwing trash away.. I quickly ran down and hit the emergency stop to the compactor.. called the office and they quickly sent Artilio with maintenance.. luckily we found them. I can’t express enough gratitude for the office staff courtesy and for Artilio’s patience. He was kind, smiled, and very courteous. Super grateful!!!

Reviews, reviews, reviews… 1 star this, 4 stars that & hmm how true are the 5 stars?! We all have been there, creating the famous pro’s/con’s checklist and reading various reviews until your head hurts. Now let me cut to the chase on why the Gallery at Turtle Creek is a very wise choice. Without trying to sound like an advertisement, here are my top reasons but not limited to. 1.) Location and price point: The Gallery at Turtle Creek is ON POINT for both, competitive prices, and desirable walking distance to almost everything in the neighborhood. 2.) Amenities and pet friendly: GTC is constantly maintaining and upgrading their amenities. A few of my favs are the newly refinished pool, dog run area with wash station and the incredible bragging rights 2 story gym. 3.) Gallery at Turtle Creek Staff and renewal of lease: At the end of the day, GTC staff and management is truly the reason why I renewed my lease. It is not often to find an entire team displaying impeccable professionalism, the above and beyond customer service and support Rossi (Manager), Patti, Reggie, Devin, & maintenance team provides to everyone they interact with. Overall I am very pleased being part of the Gallery at Turtle Creek community and happy I decided to stay.

I enjoy all the residents. They are very friendly and nice. Staff is super helpful if you have any questions. Maintenance is fast and usually gets to problems quickly and efficiently. Overall the noise isn't bad except maybe once a months.

I have only been living here a few weeks, and so far so good. It is quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great! It's also a prime location close to restaurants, stores, the trail. Friendly quiet community. Conveniently located- walkable to drugstore, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Overall friendly staff, highly responsive to needs. Pet friendly and offer pet cleanup bags for waste. The concrete floors help reduce noise that you would typically find in a large complex.

We've lived at The Gallery for almost 4 years and absolutely love it! The complex is located in such a great community and easily accessible to everything in Turtle Creek and Uptown. We cannot say enough good things regarding the staff and maintenance here at The Gallery. Everyone is so friendly including the residents - which we've made lifelong friends! It's a safe, quite, clean community!
