I think a lot of the people that live here are straight up racist. I am a white person saying this. You can tell because literally no people of color live here. As for living here, its nice and quiet. I think the layout of this building is very confusing, however. I also think the visitor parking process is obnoxious.

i have enjoyed the current staff. They work well together and are very effective. Thank you for taking care of me and my living arrangement. The special events you have are always fun and different. The grounds are looking well maintained. I just wish the TV's around the property worked more consistently. .

Excellent costumer service, nice neighborhood and people. My neighbors are so quiet also. Clean hallways with good smell. Liked the gym and how they designed it. And my apartment is totally new and I loved it so much! Happy to live here.

Great place to live! Quiet, clean, management is great and responsive, and maintenance is fast and effective. The area is also nice, clean and safe, great place to walk around and find a near by restaurant/bar or even a park.

Gallery at Turtle Creek has been a wonderful place to live for the past year. Improvement in management has been very noticeable with the addition of Rossi H. He goes above and beyond for the community, and actively communicates with the residents on how to improve the Gallery experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new apartment in the Uptown Dallas area come by to meet Rossi and take a tour to see for yourself!

Ive loved having multiple elevators that reduce waiting time compared to other apartments. I also enjoy having the lockbox for packages that may be at risk of getting stolen. I love the new call box and hope for another updated call box in the garage. The gym is also efficient yet has all the necessary gym equipment a person could need.

We have loved our experience so far at The Gallery at Turtle Creek. The management staff are very kind and always very helpful with any questions that we have had. The amenities are amazing with the large gym and nice pool.

I had to find an apartment from over 12 hours away without being able to visit and the staff at Gallery at Turtle Creek made the process easy. They gave me many options, took time out of their day to facetime me while going through the apartment, and were very patient with all of my questions! 10/10 recommend this place!

I moved into Gallery at Turtle Creek a few months ago and I must say it is by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. It's in a great location and the management staff is always on point. It is also concrete construction in between the floors so you can't hear noise from neighbors inside the apartment. For anyone looking to move to the Dallas area, I would definitely recommend this property.

I lived at Gallery of Turtle Creek four years. The first two years I lived there the property was managed by Lincoln Properties and the staff including maintenance were top notch. The property sold about two years ago and Greystar became the property management company and I would rate Vianca Zucchet, Property Manager and Shay Michael, Leasing Agent as slightly below average for customer service. When paying close to $2,000 a month and lots of competition with other rental properties you would expect more. I moved this month because the value and customer service were lacking. I had my apartment cleaned by a professional service, I inspected before turning the keys into the leasing office and Greystar sends an invoice deducting from my security deposit a Stove and Oven cleaning fee of $15, Bathroom Cleaning $20, Haul discards charge of $10 and a tub resurfacing charge of $200!

The space and finishes of our apartment were great, but I cannot describe to you how bad the management team is. They were unresponsive and very rude when we had issues. The sewer had a back up and caused a horrible smell in our elevators that took over a month to fix. The elevators were constantly breaking down. We called several times about a dog peeing and pooping in the hallway and were told unless we actually saw the dog in action there was nothing they could do. The street and parking garage lights (managed by the apartment not the city) often did not turn on, no matter how many complaints we submitted, so you can imagine how dark it was taking a pet outside at night. We had a maintenance EMERGENCY when a neighbor had a burst pipe when they weren't home, water was spilling into the common hallway and other apartments and it took an HOUR for the maintenance guy to come - only to watch us clean up the water. The cherry on top of our experience is when we moved out and had to call and email the leasing and corporate office a dozen time to get our deposit back. In Texas, it is required that you get any money due by within 30 days of moving out, we are at 38 days now and just received our check (dated 34 days after move out). I would NEVER live here or anywhere Greystar manages solely because of their poor operations.

Had a great experience working with Reggie. He is a true professional and very easy to work with. He showed us around the property and the place is gorgeous. The floorplans are amazing and the amenities, especially the gym, are all first class. I highly recommend The Gallery at Turtle Creek and recommend Reggie, he is a top notch leasing agent!

I moved into the Gallery at Turtle Creek April 2018 and have been a resident here for around 3 months. I love living here! When touring the apartment, I worked with Maurice who was able to tell me about the specials they were running on available apartments at that time. He was so patient and accommodating during the tour and I got an offer for my 2x2 apartment with one months free rent. During the application and move-in process and as a current resident, I have worked with Shay Michaels since Maurice left the staff shortly after my tour. Shay has also been super nice! She answers my questions through email/phone-call nearly immediately. When I put in a maintenance request, either with her or with the apartment's online portal, a staff member comes either the same day or the next day. The complex offered many different floor plans and finishes. Almost $2200/month after utilities is on the pricey side, but thats what you have to expect when you're looking at apartments around the Turtle Creek/Uptown area. The one months free rent was a nice deal though and hopefully with all the new apartments opening around Dallas, competition will drive rent down. Overall, for the design of the unit, apartment amenities, and the location I felt that this was the best deal that I could get. The location is great. You're within a 15 minute walk to many different restaurants/shops (if you can stand the brutal Texas heat) and the Turtle Creek area is beautiful and I feel safe walking around even late into the night. Even though you're close to Uptown and Downtown, the area isn't too busy and feels like a nice suburban area within the big city. I always see security walking around in the parking. My unit is quiet and the concrete walls/roofs block out any noise my neighbors make. The complex does have a lot of younger professionals and university-aged students though so I'm not sure about how noisy things can get in other units. Some critiques I have about the apartment include improving the move-in experience and parking. Although moving in was a painless process, I wish that my unit was cleaner upon moving in. The appearance of the apartment was great, but there was a lot of dust and I had to spend some time vacuuming upon move-in. Parking can be a pain if you come back late at night. Most of the shaded spaces of the parking garage are reserved parking spaces (which cost additional money on top of your monthly rent). This, coupled with the fact that there are a limited number of spaces within the gated portion of the parking garage, means that when I get home late at night I can't park in the gated portion of the garage and am forced to park in the non-gated/guest portion of the garage. A very minor inconvenience, but I wish there were less reserved spaces. Overall, I would recommend living here to anyone! The location and the amenities are great and I love the open floor plans. The staff is phenomenal and really make the living experience here excellent. Despite my two critiques, this has definitely been the best renting experience I have ever had. I've lived in 4 other apartment complexes in the Dallas area before coming to the Gallery and the Gallery has beat them all.

I moved out due to noise, lack of security, cleanliness, terrible odors, (dog pee on carpets in hall, sewer smell in elevators that lasted 2 months and was so overwhelming you almost passed out, garbage smell in hallways, elevators smelling like pee) and their increasing my rent by $350 a month!! Oh, and they screwed me on my deposit. Very unprofessional and the new management totally sucks. I highly do not recommend this place, which is sad cuz the gym and location are solid.

The management was changed and now belongs to Greystar. The maintenance of the place has gone bad since the new management took over. Just to name a few of the problems, the hallway and the elevators smelled like sewer for more than a week. Our reserved parking spot got taken over and they didn't do anything to fix it after multiple email exchanges and talking to them in person. The coffee machine was broken down a couple times and now they took it away completely. I would not stay here for another year after my lease ends.

Location is excellent, however, I live on the Sale Street side and it is EXTREMELY noisy. Between the construction and when they take the garbage around the corner, it is very disturbing. I recommend you get an interior unit if you move here. The apartment is directly in Love-Field's flight path so the planes are very noisy as well. This side gets no sunlight either. Also, no balconies. As for security, my very expensive bike was stolen out of the "secure" bike room. Someone's apt on my floor got broken into and someone's car got broken into in my building. Security is definitely an issue. They don't require fobs to get into stair doors or elevators and there are no cameras. For some reason, my floor always smells like garbage (especially in summer time). They haven't been able to resolve this issue. I notice other floors do not have this problem. The gym is fantastic as is the pool. If you have a dog this place is great as well with a dog bath area and dog run area. Finishes are above average and maintenance is always quick to resolve problems (outside of the garbage smell issue).

My wife and I visited the Gallery at Turtle Creek in Dec 2017. The property is managed by Greystar. Shay Michael, an employee of Greystar, gave us a tour of the facility and she was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend for all prospective tenants to just walk-in instead of trying to set-up an appointment via phone. We were very pleased with the location, decor, amenities, and size/style of the apartments. We were able to find an apartment within our price range and believe it to be more than fair after doing much research in and around this area of Dallas. The weight room is incredible and the pool looks very nice, as well. Another very nice feature were the concrete ceilings which greatly reduce the noise between rooms. We would highly recommend the Gallery at Turtle Creek.

Concrete ceilings are so nice - I have yet to hear any neighbors besides me or above me. The fitness center is incredible and is even much better than my outside gym that I pay for. The apartment complex is clean and safe and in the perfect area.

The office staff is amazing, the property is well kept, never have parking issues, and location is perfect! The neighborhood is nice and quiet yet close enough to all the action of Uptown and Oak Lawn. There are plenty of opportunities to get to know your neighbors with socials and a private Facebook group. The 2-story gym is legit! I canceled my gym membership because of this gym and their free classes. Oh! AND your guests can join you for free! The staff know me by name and are always willing to help and respond quickly. I LOVE Gallery at Turtle Creek! So happy I live here!
