Property is awesome. My friends and family know how much I love this community. I have renewed and will renew again when the time comes again. This place has it all and I have enjoyed my stay at Sylvan Thirty.

I loved the neighborhood and the feel of the community. I felt like this place was home to me. I loved the walkability right outside of my foot. In addition, I love the dog park and several other amenities

Management has changed a few times since I moved in about 6 months ago and each time the level of customer service, respect and consideration for residents concerns has diminished. The property is poorly maintained- elevators rarely work, key fob access to different areas of the property routinely malfunction, the hallways are dirty, the elevator is dirty when it does work, the gym is usually dirty, lacking proper cleaning materials and it's so small no more than 2 people can work out at a time. The only value to Sylvan 30 is in the residents- mostly kind people, and the surrounding businesses. I love walking to Cox Market and Juiceland.

I really like property. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment size of the one bedroom was just right. The only thing I could not get pass was not having a island in the kitchen.

Love it so far! It can get loud from the highway and the elevator always seems to be down. Other than that, I haven't had any issues with any of the residents or the staff. Everyone I see if always nice and friendly!

Went to view an an apartment and it went well. The associate was nice and professional. Will consider this property for my move to Dallas. There is shopping and restaurants in walking distance to the complex which is convenient

Just moved in. So far things are good. Perhaps a little more attention to detail on the move in would have been helpful, but nothing was a deal breaker. The neighbors seem friendly and there is a lot to explore.

Elevators pretty much always are broken. There is no freight elevator to use while moving, very inconvenient. Rent increase does not reflect community. No actual upgrades made besides lighting in the parking garage. They change the rules regarding valet trash every other week. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone in the office. No real professionalism or organization about this place. Maintenance responds whenever they feel like it. "New management" seemed to just increase rent, no real improvements. Definitely will not renew lease.

Magnolia Properties were the previous Management Co. They were approachable and helpful. CAF management work behind locked doors. Enough said. Almost every month a new charge appears on the bill.

Friendly community. The people are very friendly. There are convenient places to eat and shop. There are several good restaurants in the retail area of the complex and there is a grocery store, Cox, which has great healthy choices.

Fantastic location, great apartment size and condition. Everything I needed when moving to Dallas! Love it here. Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff. If you are looking for an apartment this should be in your search list!

The first few years were amazing the last year not at all. The community has become unsafe for all residents with no regard or information from the staff. There has be several car break-ins. Management has done nothing to alert residents or update the community about the consistent issue.

Renovations were not finished or done poorly. List of issues: Paint job - walls had different shades of paint, doors had spray paint used for walls and shelves in closets, previous paint job is visible, bedroom closet was not completely painted as shown in model pictures, streaks of paint in bathroom cabinet making it look poorly done Bedroom door - the knob and lock was not properly installed so the door does not lock Carpet - looks uneven Hardwood floor - there is residue all over hardwood floor from construction materials and part of it looks ripped/damaged Cabinets- various missing cabinets in bathroom and kitchen / cabinets were advertised as slam resistant and also have video evidence of how they should look and work from model apt shown. None of the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen are slam resistant Under the sink - within that specific cabinet there is wood damage/ ripping Smell from paint job - apt was not previously aired out after being painted Walls - various chippings on walls (sheet rock is damaged) Light switches - sheet rock looks damaged around light switches so there are small holes around it

I don't want to leave a bad review, because i want to give them time to redeem themselves. But it was definitely by far the worst move in experience I've ever had. The apt was in no way ready. They needed at least another day for things to be in order. Not to mention the fact that the cabinet doors weren't there. We should get at the least a day credited to us. When you have moved 2500 miles in 4 days and can't wash clothes or your remotes don't work for the garage and no one is around to talk to bc they didn't give you keys til after 4 pm, that's a problem. Not one thing about "moving in" was discussed with us.

My experience has been great overall, I love the area and the complex is beautiful. My apartment was missing a couple things upon move in but nothing crazy just a couple blinds and a door not closing all the way. Other than that ive had a great experience.

So far living here maintenance is not that great. I still have water leaking out of my wall when I turn on the shower and I have no hot water in the sink, however my garbage disposal is fixed. Overallo the apartments in the community here are actually really nice. I just wish that maintenance was better and properly staffed. Also when I moved in nobody told me what mailbox number I had and that was annoying.

So far so good. Not a smooth start but was able to navigate with property management's help. The maintenance crew is extremely helpful and friendly. The are has been great, accessible to local entertainment, downtown and other go to places in Dallas.

This is a good place to live. Good management and a great location. The people who live here are mostly nice and pleasant and the facilities are pretty good too. The maintenance staff is also very good.

This is my first week so I don't have much to say at the moment. As of now, I love the area the apartment is located at. The local shops are walking distance. also the view of downtown dallas from my apartment is amazing.

The dirtiest place I have ever lived and I am confident it will be even more dirty every day. The communication is poor and there is no pride shown in the community. How can they work in such a dirty place without lifting a finger to clean it?

Management of Sylvan30 has taken a nosedive since the Magnolia to CAF takeover this year. Do your research and find a more forthcoming and caring community, this isn't it. If your goal is simply to be near downtown and all the amenities, there are several other apartment complexes nearby.

All of the residents have been nice. But the leasing office staff has been rude and unhelpful. There is only one person in there who has been helpful. And when i try and contact them its hard to do. You have to go in person if you want to reach them. But if they want to contact you they will hound you until you cant take it anymore. I had a balance of $43 due and they sent me multiple emails in the same day and left a note at my door. I clearly know i had a balance due and it wasnt due until the end of the month so i was waiting until i got paid again but they just kept pushing me about it even though i still had days to pay it. They just want money. When i tried to move in they wanted to charge the prorated rent for the month i was moving as well as next months rent even though it wasnt next month yet

Everyone in the office has been polite. However, communication needs improvement. The apartment was not move in ready & it's important to be informed about such things. Any updates are important instead one is just hoping appliances get there soon.

Do not move here!
Constant issues with A/C. Elevator is always broken. There is always trash lying around. Terrible Staff that will not help you with anything. Just not A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. avoid avoid avoid! a/c HAS NOT BEEN FIX IN OVER 3 MONTHS!
