Horrible management
I hate the manager Erika, she is so money hungry! Everytime something goes wrong she wants money instead of trying to help the residents. That why a lot of ppl moved out the apartments. She very mean and nasty. My dryer caught on fire while my son was home. Maintenance man showed and told me how bad it was and I will need a new one. I was told I have to buy a washer and dryer and the I will also be charged a $50 fee every month. I was never charged for having a washer and dryer because the apartment came with it. I was never told there was a fee in the first place and it things changed they never informed me about anything so I’m stuck with no washer and dryer.

Disappointing
I had a very disappointing experience with Infinity on the Landing. When I was signing up, management told me I needed to move in a week earlier than my planned date because they were offering a “2 months free promotion. I agreed based on that promise. However, when the lease was finalized, the promotion was never included in writing. Now they are claiming no such deal ever existed. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Overall management has been poor, communication is unclear, and issues are not handled properly. On top of that, the living experience has not been great due to noisy neighbors. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Lived there for almost 7 years. It was decent and quiet when I first moved there. The noise gotten bad throughout the years. Since I live in the back there’s houses and car shops behind the fence and they are constantly loud noises coming from there. Then year two and three gun shots at all odd hours and police in and out the complex all day long. The only reason I stay there that long is because of the school district and I wanted at least one of my kids finished high school there. Good school district. But the apartment and managements itself is not so great. It was always a hassle to get some repairs done or for the staffs to get things right the first time. Now a days drug deals were being dealt right in front of you and there is nothing you or the management can do about it. Mind you those drug dealers aren’t the lease holder. Non-resident are in and out of this place all day long. Speaking of drug our entire apartment smells like marijuana 24/7. Maintenance: To be in a greater details on this topic. The biggest issue I had was the last year there living there; the stove blow up on me. Had an emergency maintenance request- you want to take a lucky guess on the solution/comments, given/being said to me?? Back story of how clean I am and how I like my things looking clean and nice. I even put on a easy/temporary self install back splashes. I was TOLD that because I have some “grease” on my stove that what causes my stove to blow up. Ok fine-they came and repaired (no clue what was being done), but it did took a lot longer for the burner to come on. A week gone by I am down from four burners to just two working burner. No clue what happened. Since I was such a hassle I just stop submitting work order for it. The following week I got back from a trip turned on the stove, ?? BOOM!!!! It was scary! Never in my life I’d seen blue lights and loud pop coming out of “ normal working” stove. After going back and forth with Amy and the manager Kasandra for good two hours. In which she still did not deliver what she promised. Which was a replacement stove from another unit. 5 hours later we got a replacement one. Guess what???? The oven door is not able to closed completely. Parking is a nightmare!!!! You can’t never find a spot. NOW if you want to make sure that you have a parking spot when you get home. It is up for a reserve at $25/spot. The spot is just like any other nothing special. Not like it’s a cover/carport. Also, not a guarantee spot close to your apartment either. If they try to sale you their amenities don’t fall for it. Pool is constantly dirty and broken because parents let their kids run wild and NOT supervised. Therefore, the pool is always closed. Besides being green all year round. Gym is only open 35% of the time I had lived there. Garbage: oh boy where do I begin here!!! It was a constant overfilled dumpsters. It was to the point where the trash was out to the street (parking). We went two weeks collecting trash inside our apartments/outside our patio. Totally unacceptable and disgusting!!! But yet they are quick to fine us if we have anything other than patio furniture in our balcony. This apartment went through four owners since I moved there. So now that when I moved out it is going on five months still have not receive my deposit. A girl in the office called me two days after my move out day asking for a forwarding address. But I never seen that check. I reached out to their management and corporate still no response. Shouldn’t take that long. Let me know either way via telephone, email, or snail mail. You have all that info. All my contacts are still the same. I also have videos and picture of the condition I left the apartment. No excuses!!!!!!!!!!

they will show you a nice apartment then give you one that is destroyed when you move in. the office staff will lie and pretend like they will try to fix issues but they never do. place is full of criminals don't bother telling them because they don't care you have signed a lease and they just want your money. go drive around the area and see the people you will be living around you. the only good thing is if your a drug addict you can buy your dope at the gas station which is a hang put spot for drug dealers.

Since moving into these apartments, I've survived two name changes and four managing companies. The improvements made in every department from the turn of the current management team are startling. These folks actually seem to care. They've reinstated many of community programmes that were cancelled years ago. Residents are again more inclined to a kind greeting than the previous glum seclusion of living under the previous owners. Now, one can go in the office and receive generous courtesy and diligent attentiveness to any problems. They've worked hard to clean up a place that probably started out a little weird and also managed to brighten up what was once a drab grey slab of boring buildings into something my guests never fail to remark upon whence visiting. Whilst these apartments are not at the top of the general list of apartments in the area, I gave a full five stars because they ARE at the top of the list of the more affordable communities in Euless.

My car was towed the first day after receiving very vague details about the parking pass as well as where to park. And my apartment wasn't cleaned when I moved in. All I received was an apology and a slap on the back. Definitely will not be renewing my lease Horrible experience.

I am so happy to be part of this community It is tucked away in an area close to everywhere in the dew metropolis. Minutes from a flight to get away to a train to check out Dallas or Fort worth Very cool stuff.

Honestly I am not the one to come on the internet and write a review, but I have to. I've dreaded this since I moved in this place. First and foremost I am a first time renter. My first apartment. Super geeked when I saw the apartment. I'll give you pros first, the pool is beautiful. Secondly the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Now on to the cons. Nothing freaking works!! It's always something that's wrong. And when you tell the staff they seems to be upset like it's your fault. Right now as I'm typing this my toilets in both bathrooms does not work. I've complained about it several times. So embarrassing. Every time someone uses number 2 they have to plunge. Even when you do number 1 the water comes all the way up. It's disgusting. It's so bad that even their maintenance team complained. One maintenance guy who came to help me fix some things (won't say what before they track and make him lose his job) but basically was like he wouldn't move in to the apartments, he said it's old as heck and the management sucks a**! He said for what they're charging y'all for this dump y'all could've went somewhere else. Oh not to mention they're all not on the same page in the office. I pay my rent and git a whole eviction letter when I went to the officer the manager told me it was computer error. Lol! I am definitely not renewing my lease and would not recommend even my worse enemy if I had one to live here. Place is terrible! I pay too much to have to be living with an unusable toliets!

These are the trashiest apartments i've ever lived in. They told me they couldn't fix my AC and when I asked them to work with me on breaking my lease they told me No! I was told I had to pay all the fee plus 2 months rent. I have a 3 year old with asthma and I'm basically being bullied to stay in un livable conditions! DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE! All i've asked them to do is work with me since this is something out of my control. I pay too much money to live here. The parking is horrible!!! I rarely ever get to park by my door or building. Being a female that's major!!! People run can services and get 6 stickers for all 6 of their cars while the rest of us have to walk from around the corner to park my car! This is the worst living experience I have ever had in my life. The only thing nice in this property is the leasing office! That says a lot about the management group! I've called and have yet to get a call back! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE SIS! Call an apartment locator! JUST DO NOOOOOT MOVE HERE!!!! You WILL regret it!!!

Few months back they had about 7-8 visitor parking in each corners, now there are only 2-3 visitor parking spaces in each corner. For apartment this big, it is ridiculously very limited visitor parking space. For the In entire complex there are about hardly 15-20 visitor parking spot which are mostly occupied. This means you cannot invite any guest at your place or if you are having a party you need a shuttle service or uber everyone since you do not have visitor parking which would be more efficient than paying $350/tow. They claim that they made space for the resident parking spaces but they have more than enough resident parking space. However, that's definitely not the case here. Come on Reserve why would you loose out on the ratings for such stupid reason?

My experience since New Management has been terrible, I've lived here 5 years always had two vehicles and a parking pass for each, but since I live alone new management tells me now, since I'm one person I can only have one parking pass even though I own to vehicles, but the kicker is this people that live in I'll say a two bedroom in which their let's say multiple drivers and they have four cars they can get sticker for each. Question why four grown people living in only a two bedroom and we allow them because they have four vehicles, sticker for each cause I live alone I can't have service for my second car. Management terrible I wouldn't recommend anybody move here, soon my lease over I'm moving out. I've had enough.

The apartment was clean upon move in, and the rent is low, but the problems faced made all of this to be incredibly underwhelming. Before moving in I was informed that there would be another apartment like the one that I wanted to see (just not on the day I first came) and they would be happy to show me at the time. After I applied, all of a sudden that apartment was never something I could see despite my own follow ups. I should have realized their deception. I had also been informed that there would be washer and dryer connections in the one bed apartment. Upon move in, I was greeted by a massive 5ft tall water heater in the place that is supposed to be designated for the washer and dryer. One of the main reasons I moved in was because of the affordability along with the washer and dryer options. Many other apartments with connections were at a much higher price point. I went to management about this problem and they said they would "move it closer to the wall" the water heater being moved a few inches won't accomodate the room needed for a washer and dryer. After the initial disappointment moving in, everything else was just a constant frustration. There is trash everywhere, I one time passed by a half eaten snickers that was dropped on the stairs for over 10 days (after the 10 days I had realized it only fell down the stairs, so it could easily still be there!), so maintenance definitely doesn't walk the property and clean up! There are kids everywhere, running and jumping in the apartment above us, as well as running around and yelling outside our door, I one time had to break up a fight between kids. So if you don't have kids this may not be appealing, if you do have kids, many kids are unsupervised, so be weary of that. Kids also run in and out of the fitness center u supervised and often leave it a mess, weights left about and foot/sticky stuff everywhere. We have had minor issues with bugs as well as wasps outside (something we contacted pest control about and they never resolved the issue with the wasps). If your looking for a super cheap apartment and don't mind not getting what you expect or other types of inconveniences, then this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a place that is lovely, feels like home and has a lot of friendly neighbors I would recommend living elsewhere.

By far the WORST experience I have had living in apartments. Definitely need new management (some of the employees don't even "KNOW" some protocols for pest control & THE MAIN MANAGER IS HORRIBLE SHE DEFINITELY SHOWS NO EMPATHY FOR HER RESIDENTS IT'S SAD. I have been having A/C problems since I moved in (& it is still an issue at that) pest problems have been a HUGE ISSUE! pest control comes in but the PROBLEM isn't solved...I've had multiple treatments and yet the roaches just keep on coming its disgusting && TRUST me no matter how much you keep your apartment clean it will not make a has literally become a health issue! Can't even grab food or plate or cup without having to check if a roach is in there. && to top it off I have 2 kids under the age of 2 and don't even feel comfortable giving my kids anything, constantly have to check if there is a roach. && NOBODY PICKS UP AFTER THIER DOGS!! POOP EVERYWHERE...YOU HAVE TO WATCH YOUR STEP! Maintenance half the time don't know what they are doing....definitely need to hire a crew that has background because they come in and "fix" but have to come back for the same problem, it's annoying. Thank GOD my lease is up soon, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! ** DONT listen to the other reviews, the price for the aparments may not be mad but its not worth it if you will constantly be calling maintenance and having pest control come in every THURSDAY!** OH YEAH!! and the funny thing is "APPARENTLY" all the apartments have been upgraded but I am having all these problems (bathroom mirror siding fell off, I didn't have a shower curtain rod, door knobs come loose, door handles in the kitchen come loose, my dishwasher was falling over from not being screwed on right, my freezer was not working and started leaking, a/c problems, pest problems, and they never came to fix the cover of the a/c (PICTURES DOWN BELOW)...

The worst apartment complex in Euless TX.From the beginning they will lied to you and they will hide they outrageous fees. You will know your moving date at the last minute and the electric provider wont be able to connect you and they will charge you $35 for that. Was told the cost of public utilities around $40.00 but in fact you will pay $100 for 1 person

I was going to renew my lease, but found out over the weekend that she ( The Manager) is GONE!!!!! really am sadden by this and will not stay. She was pretty awesome in my books, you new exactly where you stood with her and she did not play which is what this complex really needed. I guess we will start hearing gun shots on the weekends again and all the pot heads will be out smoking weed as well as the cars driving through to make their drug deals. Thanks a lot for taking away what most of the residents saw was a good thing. Not only was these things issues this complex has water damage issues as well my windows leak every time it rains as well as the water coming in my door. Which has been happening for the past 2 yrs now with the staff change I am sure nothing will be done!!!!!!!

I have lived at Arbors for almost 2 years and I LOVE MY NEWLY UPDATED APARTMENT, I was about to give my notice when we received a notice mentioning a new management company. I'm really glad I decided to stay. The new office staff are great!! Much better than Michelle and Jessica. All three of the ladies in the office work very hard to ensure that all of the residents are taken care of. Sure there are a few issues but nothing worth moving over. If I had to complain it would be the parking situation, but they say gates will be closing mid March. High five to the office staff KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

From the inside looking out. It has been 11 months of verbal and written complaints to management as well as BBB. And I recently found out the reason there's no pep in their step when you file a BBB complaint is because they're not accredited. If you're moving here to be in a safe environment don't because the gate has never worked, and the unnecessary gunfire is annoying, if you're moving here to stay fit and healthy don't because the gym has never worked, and don't try to walk around the apartment for exercise because the front of the apartments look ok but the back looks like a whole different world... scary, if you moving here to refresh on those hot summer Texas days don't the pool was open twice. It looks pretty in the pictures tho. Those were some of the amenities that attracted me to this apartment community and with the exception of the two times the pool was open the other amenities have never worked. Now the apartment on the other hand would be ok if they would be responsible for fixing and repairing issues but nope they are holding true to their loyalty of doing nothing . My window has leaked for 11 months (everytime it rains) and now has mold around it , the toilet (for 3 months )still drips and continously runs, this is annoying, the shower has dripped for 10 months and has leaked and molded and smells, for 11 months paint on the wall has been peeling due to water damage, FROM the window that leaks, and the shower that's molded and leaks. They put a closet mirror door on that doesn't fit and everytime I go in the closet I have to maneuver to open the door lol. I also bought a brand new stackable washer and dryer that I was only able to use once due to leaks from the faucet to the washer they came in and unplugged it 11 months ago and I'm still waiting on faucet to be fixed. This place has to be a joke .This has been my first and worse apartment experience. It's Clearly only about the money. I have faithfully kept up my end of the agreement by paying my rent on time every month even early most months because of my schedule however, Arbors on Post Oak on the other hand must be reading a different contract. I thought with the apartments being under the new management of Winn Residential, there would be some positive changes. I was wrong again. Move here with a vivid expectation that you will be your own management and maintenance personnel.

We changed management recently. We could have stayed with the old office staff. No customer service skills at all. Everytime I walk in there someone is complaining to them about something. I see uhaul trucks every weekend with folks moving out. When my lease is up I'm out.

I absolutely love these apartments! The maintenance staff are great, the office girls aracely, michele, and Jennifer are fantastic! Living in an apartment community is not always perfect but if you're a decent person and treat people well it isn't bad! The girls work hard to keep the apartments running well, and to keep the residents engaged in activities!

I've lived here since May. First and foremost, I work in the Customer Service field as a manager and of course I know all requirements for it. One thing that this complex lacks is customer service etiquette. I guess because I am already a resident so they dont need to be "nice" any more. Michelle is the worst of all of them. She is very rude and obnoxious one day and then the next its like she did a total 360 and her attitude is gone. Maintenance sucks. IT takes them days to complete a request. Last but not least, parking sucks. I think both sides of the complex should have equal amounts of parking. I recommend alot of apartments but this one will never be on my recommendation list.

I have live in this apartment complex for 5 years. I have given them more than a fair shake. I can honestly say that in over 12 years of different apartments around the state this is the absolute worst apartment and management company i have every lived with. When it take 2 weeks for them to do something about water leak that is effecting the Sheetrock and there for the structure of the building its sad. What is even worse about the situation is that in order for them to do something about it i had to call the premier property management office headquarters( which is in the same building) to get them to do anything about it. 5 years of delayed work orders, and bad neighbors. I suppose i should blame part of this on me since i did put up with it for this long.
