Worst Apartments Ever !!!
I was laughing while reading these postings -- because they're all so accurate. I lived in this hellhole 10 years ago - and it sucked then. I remember the tow-truck that circled the complex every hour all night long. It would hit the speed bump by my window and all that metal stuff would clang and wake me up 6 times a night - every night. About half the trips, the tow-truck would have some poor bastard's car with him. Only come by here in the daytime for a good laugh -- don't move in. Don't do that to yourself.

We have lived here going on 2 years (moving next month) This place they call Vaucluse Apartments is a discrace. Always things breaking inside the apartment, we still have not received our a/c air filter since last year when we requested it (bought our own)no ventilation and the only vent that blows air (one) is by the front door. Office staff are a bunch of ------- who don't give a crap, yet, it is our rent money that pay their salaries. They never seem to stay the full office hours and are always gone. Cars are broken into (my husbands 1500.00 system that was bolted to his trunk was stolen)plus we have seen almost 1 different car every morning with smashed in windows. There was also a rape here a few months ago. Some guy got in a 1st floor apartment and raped a woman but for the f'ers

GETTOVILLE!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
Mangment is a joke, the apartments might as well not even have A/C. Our summer electric bills were close to 300.00 for a 850sq. ft place and we still had to have fans everywhere to keep it somewhat cool. Sec. 8 apartments are right beside us and across the street, so you always have getto "gansta"s walking around all day and all night breaking into your things. Get a job already!! Maintenance takes FOREVER to assist you. I would sometimes think of overflowing my bathroom so they would come quicker. We have three kids and we are scared for them to even go play outside by themselves. You have Ducks and geeses(50 ) roaming the grounds craping on everything they can see. The apartments themselves are older than dirt. Everything in them falls apart or breaks. The two bedrooms are a joke. You have a bathroom in your master bedroom. Well unless your a 5 year old, there is not even enough room in there to even wipe your arse. Our pipes always get clogged and flood. Our fitness center and pool hall are only open during business hours, so they are kind of useless for the normal person that actually works during the day. You have trains going all hours of the night, blasting their horns. We have heard gun shots. Our pool is nice, except for all the ducks crapping in it and kids turning the water yellow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. This place is the worst place ever and I have lived in many apartments.

This place has a bad vibe all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The NEW Managment sucks.. everyone else liked the old mangment but the new managment just kicked them out with out telling anyone. One day there was a whole new group of people in the office and no one ever spoke out loud of the changes.

No way!
Office staff and management were the worst I have EVER dealt with. Uncaring, or worse, act like they care until you leave, they simple do not want to do anything except sign new leases. Anything beyond that is an imposition to them. Maintainance was a nightmare, because the response time is ridiculously slow. The apartments are very poorly insulated, meaning that upper floor tennants roast in the summer, and lower floor tennants freeze when it gets cold. There are NO light fixtures in the apartments, except in the bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen, so all living lighting has to be provided by lamps. The trains run constantly, day and night, blowing their horns. Security is poor, as tennants receive frequent warnings about recent car vandalism and break-ins. The "tennis court" is in poor repair, and can actually be a dangerous place for young children because the matting on the court is torn and has sharp edges. All in all, a very poor choice for living.

Do not enter
My AC went out on a Saturday night, I was told by the answering service that management stated that maintancence would not be called unless it is 95 degrees outside. Hello, I live on the first floor. Do these people not care about there tennants. It was 80 degrees in my apartment with 100% humidity. I called all day Sunday and the answering service kept saying that they got the message. My last phone call was at 7 pm, when they once again gave me the 95 degree reason. At eleven I went to bed, leaving only my bedroom window open, and within five minutes there was some guy looking in my window from my back porch. I felt helpless for the rest of the night. I got maybe 45 minutes of sleep. I have been in these apartments since August 1st. Since I have been here, they accidently put me in a handicap apartment, my family was too tired to move me somewhere else. My kitchen pipes came down, the bathroom flooded, stretching into the hallway and my bedroom. Due to the plumbing problems there was a good amount of water that wasn´t cleaned up, which gave a great smell of sewage for about two weeks until I got them to create a dranage, my neighbor upstairs decided to sweep all of his dog crap off us his porch and onto mine and several other things.

IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BROKEN INTO..GREAT PLACE!!!
At these apartements, you live right across and beside Sec.8 apartments. These wonderful people don´t work, so they break into cars. There has been about 10 cars broken into in the last month. Mine being one of them. So, if you want your car broken into, please move to the Vaucluse apartments

Served its purpose
Vaucluse is OK, just beware of the 5am train. and ofcourse the midnight train. We had things break and were fixed in a timely manor. Raised the rent like normal but they did offer a $$ voucher offer for resigning. There is a ant problem. Price is right, Electric is high, the "loft" is hot in the summer. Strange thing is there is no Light fixtures, you have to plug a lamp into a socket that is controled by a switch. Check on the Airline Special.
moved because the ISD changed the kids from the better school (South Euless) to some other. Bought a house in Euless, Euless is a GREAT FAMILY city.

need more beaners and less meaners
this place needs more beaners with big wieners...... otherwise i suppose its ok. the parking sucks and the gates are just decoration because people come in and out all the time. even the non guest.just the other day i seen 3 black guys jump the gate and open the gate door. the mirror in the bath is broke and has been since move in 3 months ago. the ants are every where. the roaches so far are not bad. the pool room needs to be opened to the residents. not just 9 till 4. what about the people who dont just sit at home dureing the day. the hot tub is smelly and no one wants to sit in yuck and relax. the management is nice except for a couple of them who act as if they give a damn in your face and as soon as you turn your back they do not even remember talking to you.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah, where do I begin?! For one thing, this place was built around the 1970´s ( I think). No parking at all! Gun shots heard at night was not rare at all! Work out facility was full of broken and hazardous equipment. Oh and did I mention ants and roaches! When something broke, (which was often) it took an act of God to get it fixed. Not to mention our smoke detecor was broken, and a really loud a/c unit next to our bedrooms! Oh and my stove would shock you if you didn´t ground yourself. (found out the hard way!) Not to mention the staff didn´t give a crap about you problems, they were all young adults for the most part. And when I first moved in our apartment wasn´t even cleaned yet. They said their cleaning lady had quit the day before! so BEWARE the prices may be ok, but your life may be in jepordy!
