Not so great neighbors, but that can be anywhere. A lot of smoking around, a lot of noise by different nearby neighbors. A lot of trash that's everywhere. Thieves are all around breaking into apt homes.

This is a great Location, easy to get any where in the Metroplex. The staff is fantastic and easy to work with. The layouts of apartments are good with most having garages. Good space between buildings and lots of extra parking

I chose this MAA property because MAA is known for responding and resolving maintenance requests promptly. I enjoy my home and it's amenities daily from the floor plan, garden tub, built-in bookcase, valet trash service. I am very pleased with my experience.

Terrible. You guys were super nice before I moved in. The moment someone moves in it's a different vibe and customer service. The hate is always broken. For charging over $1200 a month you would assume the gate would be working to make sure criminals or anyone who don't belong here can't access this place. But no it's always broken and maintenance team legit does not speak English and they always dirty your apartment after they're "done" helping you. What a joke.

really quiet, nice area. apartment homes are nice and cozy. plenty of room, love the fire place! would recommend to anybody. comes with washer and dryer which is really convenient! only 10 minutes from DFW airport!

The staff has been very nice and professional. Maintenance have fixed any issues I have had. The hallways outside always appear unkept. The walls in the apartment are thin therefore I can hear and feel EVERY movement.

When moving in the walls were not painted and counter tops were not done along with appliance issues. After going to the office and getting an attitude from the property manager only then things were fixed.

All has been good..The office personnel are friendly and always helpful. The grounds are well kept..Being an senior citizen, I feel safe..I love walking in the pool!! Grocery stores, cleaners, and pharmacies are located close by.. I've found this to be a nice place to reside.. I can't compare with other properties, as I moved here from out of state.

Not good. The apartments are very outdated and over priced I've had nothing but problems that don't seem to get fixed. The dumpster is always overflowing and trash is always in the breeze way. I've had mold in my AC vents and appliances that are old and don't work well. The gate was broken for about 6 months. This place is not worth the money.

It has beem a wonderful experience. Just as it was in 2018. I chose to come back to the community because of the office staff and maintenance. The grounds and gym are maintained wonderfully and the office/management staff are wonderful.

The property is nice, there are a few minor things that need to be repaired. The staff is very nice and friendly. Property is clean. Parking is adequate. Accessible to several major highways. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers.

Things were okay when I moved in in 2018. Over the past year, the pool is never working, it's always closed, poor attention from office/ maintainence. I have had several conversations and sent pics thru the portal for what I need fixed and why and can never get it fixed. In fact, I was told there's nothing wrong with it.

My experience has been average. Overall the grounds crew does a great job but maintenance needs to do a better job at picking up litter. When renovating the apartment above me they installed new flooring until 9:00 at night which was unreasonably loud that late. Maintenance has also not cleaned up after themselves on three different occasions.

its a beautiful place to call home and an easy apartment to make cozy. everyone is pretty much to themselves and polite. the pools and gym are lovely and everyone just understands to be polite and also give privacy. plenty of space to walk dogs for our furry babies. valet trash is amazing! only negative is the maintenance can take months if its not something emergent. ive waitied 3 months for a non-emergency maintenance order just for it only to be fixed half way only bc they had other emergency orders to fullfill. which can be understandable but also makes you fee like its forgotten this is our home and any malfunction can feel like an emergency to us despite who says its not. for example a bathroom coming off its hinges preventing privacy in bathroom time. or your disposal breaking preventing clean dishes in sink or dishwasher. love my home and my time ive spent here, just wish they had more maintenance help.

I've had more positive experiences and interaction than few, from searching for a place like this to live - which my first interaction with Chuck (manager; at the time) to Rossy who handed my paperwork and moved me in. To Courtney who is always pleasant, efficient with handling any request for service - which included someone's screen door on the grounds, to the maintenance crew who is very efficient. My only displeasure is with the tenants across from my apartment who clearly do not respect and take pride in the quality of life - which also extends to the outside of their unit. Their ill respect for how they keep the outside of the unit, becomes my discomfort to walk past each day.

Since moving in property management has changed so hopefully things change. My apartment wasn't fully cleaned or ready on move in date. We were promised certain things that never happened. The back pool closes a lot without notice. The common areas for pets to use is left with feces everywhere due to residents being careless and lack of bags. On the other hand, the apartments are big and things like cable and internet being included is nice. Again, it was a different crew when I moved in last year so hopefully things start looking up for this place.
