Not worth the money!
I would not recommmend this apartment complex to anyone. Since IĀ“ve moved in I have had problems with the number of dogs not on leashes in the complex not to mention the poop all over. I have to watch every step my daughter makes when she is out playing. I have had dogs follow me in my garage and up my stairs more than once. Made complaints and nothing was done. Takes to long to get things fixed in your apartment. I have had an ongoing problem for almost 3 months, still not fixed. The gates are never working. I called the day I moved in almost 8 months ago, they said they were going to fix them and nothing yet! I love my apartment itself, but do not care for the office staff, or management. They only tell you what you want to hear!

AWFUL Management
Every time I have ever gone inside the office to take care of anything, they are always on personal phone calls, while 3 or more people stand inside waiting for help. One day, on my lunch hour, I went in to tell them that my garage door opener wasnĀ“t working, and someone told me that I would have to come back later that day, because she was very busy. No one else was inside, but she was too busy to help me. They are terrible about getting someone to your apartment to fix anything, you have to ask them about at least 2 or 3 times before anything gets done. The paint inside of the bathroom is peeling off of the walls, the ice maker leaks, & our microwave has not worked since the day we moved in 4 months ago. After the 4 times I have told them my garage door opener does not work, it still doesnĀ“t. Like other people have mentioned in the workout room the machines are always broken, the gates are never working correctly. It really just isnĀ“t worth the money.

Overall pretty good, but not complete!!
Moved in approximatly two years ago. Have never had a single problem with any appliances or required any maintainance. The apartments still look quite new in my opinion. Management was helpful when I needed them (canĀ“t say I have since I moved in though). My only complaints about this place is the fitness facility, access gates, and the price. Probably out of the 720+ days IĀ“ve lived here, the access gates on the south side have only worked maybe 100 of those 720+ days!! The staff seems to just leave them open perminatly now. Not good!!! The fitness facility is rather lacking like most apartments and in this case, ALL of the cardio equipment is broken down. 9 times out of 10 they do not work. Finally, the rent is just too much for what you get. While the living quarters are nice, the gates and fitness areas are in my opinion worthless and probably a good portion of what iĀ“m paying for. Also, IĀ“ll also say that I was impressed that my rent didnĀ“t increase much on my second contract. Less than 1%!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND-TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
THE APARTMENT OVERALL IS OK....NOT EVEN CLOSE TO GREAT THOUGH. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH DISHWASHER, WATER HEATER, DOOR LOCK. WHEN WE MOVED IN THEY SAID ALL APPLIANCES WERE VERY NEW, ETC. THEY DONT SHOW IT. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE-YOU CALL THEM AND THEIR PRIORITY IS TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE HAD THEM HANG UP ON ME BEFORE I GOT TO SAY SOMETHING ELSE BEFORE. WEIGHT ROOM HAS OLD ALWAYS BROKEN EQUIPMENT. FROM 1-10 I GIVE IT A 4.

Not worth the expense
I have been displeased since the recent transferrance to a new owner or management company. It took weekS to replace my microwave and my garage is still leaking!

If your considering moving here look elsewhere - there are better bargains for the buck in the vicinity. At $1500 per month, a tenant should have working gates, working gym, a clean pool/spa and access to the clubhouse~all issues at Milano right now!
