Quality of workmanship by maintenance is very poor. They always leave a mess, and usually have to request 2-3 times to get something accomplished. We try to fix things ourselves before calling them for anything. We also do not allow them into our home unless one of us can be there because they have to be supervised.

I have lived here for about three months and have nothing negative to say about the unit, I have long days so not able to really spend a ton of time there but all and all not bad and I am happy. I may stay here for another year but not really sure at this point, not because of apartment but more my lifestyle always being in uptown.

I like the community for the most part. The trash compactors are horrible especially on the weekend. It's pretty nasty to have to drive by it with trash stacked up all around it all weekend. The gate has also been making some horrible noise when it opens and closes and with my apartment being close to it I have lost several nights of sleep.

I have enjoyed this community, but the rent is about to go up substantially. There are no incentives for being a loyal resident. When I first came to the community, one of the incentives was FREE basic cable. Now they charge $50 for that said FREE basic cable, even if you have your own service. I like where I'm at, but I'm really starting to lose faith in the complex.

The apartments are spacious and were clean on move in day! The location of this property is convenient! It's close to the grocery stores in Euless and only minutes away from the new shopping center! It's also located in a great school district

Nice, quiet complex. Mostly professionals live here. Nice size apartments. Great gym and pool. Doorside garbage pickup is nice. Maintenance is done well, and quickly. The office is quick to responding to requests and questions. Pleased with the time I've spent here.

The office staff is very polite and they get things done almost immediately if they can. My only issue is to get the stairways clean and have tenants not just throwing the bags of garbage in the doorways as it makes the stairways dirty to look at.

It is a very quiet area, and i feel safe being here with my 2 kids. I have only been here for 3 days and so far everything is going well. I love the 5day door trash pickup it is very convenient for me. The only bad thing is they have only one dumpster for the 2 days they dont pick up and it is very far from my building.

I have enjoyed living here but due to recent issues with neighbors above me have decided that I do not want to renew my lease. I have had five sets of neighbors above me for last 2 years but the last are the worst. Not happy but office cannot do anything.

I have enjoyed my the time I have been at the Collonial Grand at Bear Creek location.I would recvommend the location to others who are looking for an apartment in the area. Your staff is quite professional and courteous. I truly don't have any futher comments to offer and don't quite understnd the requirement for the number of characters in this response. If I have one negative comment it would be this requirement!

Pretty quiet, lots of natural light, but I've started with a rent of 725 in 2 years and a half rent it's been going up like crazy 1000 now .... And my kitchen is not even remodeled :-(. I told management I can spend the necessary time out of my apt while they do it be wise I work for American and I'm outside of town a lot, but had a no as an answer. And I know the apt will look great with the new kitchen. I will gladly pay the difference in rent but with that awesome kitchen.

It's been for the most part a good experience. I had a flood in my apartment from the apartment above. I had hornets nesting on my patio. I had fire ants outside the wall of my apartment and they move inside in my carpet. Other than that everything else has been fine.

Excited about the move, but did have a few maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of before i could complete unpacking. It's been over two weeks, and I'm still waiting for work to be completed. The initial maintenance guy (steven) was good; friendly, informative, and prompt. He fixed my AC within 24hours after i told him about it! The other on-call maintenance man didn't complete all the work on some of the request, and failed to start on other requests all together. Still waiting...

The 1st day that I requested the work to be done, I had fallen asleep when they tried to come fix my issue and I didn't hear the door knock and had the privacy lock engaged. I also want to thank Luis for also fixing my sticky front door lock...I didn't even ask for it to be done, but he did it anyway and I appreciate it greatly.

we only lived here a year for a luxury apartment complex this place is a joke!! we watched furniture sit outside of vacant apartments for the whole year before someone finally moved them.the grounds are covered in dog crap because they did not fill up the stations!! staff changed 5 times.they only want to get you in and then they are done!! no incentives to stay for people who rent from them plus they nickel and dime you for every little thing.if you are looking to pay 900 to 1500 dollars a month for luxury,you might wanna pass this one up!! if i am paying that much i expect the leasing staff to be a little bit more friendly and helpful!! instead of acting like i am inconveniencing them! over all its a nice property they just need to work out the kinks and focus on customer service.
