I haven't been apart of this community very long.I am very content with this community and the up keep of this venue.I wish that we did not have to be forced into a cable contract or that internet was accompanied with the cable. The cable company as whole is bit of hassle to deal with.

This is my first apartment home and the office staff was very helpful and kind from the minute I walked into the leasing office. I had only moved in a week and my A/C wasn't cooling down. Maintenance came and fixed it before I got home from work that day. I wish there was more parking, but other than that I'm really happy I chose to live here.

The property is well maintained, service requests are answered timely, office staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Community feels safe and I love the access to walking trails and nearby dog park. I do wish that cable wasn't required as I don't use it, I would really prefer not to be required to pay an extra charge for it.

I had some issues upon moving in (cockroaches and the apartment was very dirty. My experience has been good, however; I do not appreciate the excessive increase in rent EVERY year. The company does not seem to appreciate long term tenants. This will drive me and many tenants to move out. This does not look good for the complex as they will not retain tenants. I would recommend that every other year there would be a reasonable rent increase.

Nice quite community, maintenance people do a good job, need better washers because the ones installed are water level control and do not clean clothes very well... Would rather have my very on instead. Would also rather have the right to have cable or not even though it's at a reduce price. Friendly office staff.o

Lying about the bills at the end of the contract to rip you off big-time, really bad business in a good location. Cannot trust the people at the leasing office. the apartments are full of faults by previous users which they charges new user for.

Approaching 1 month in the Colonial Grand and Bear Creek. So far it has been a great experience. Unit was ready when promised, very clean and ready to move in. Community has more green space than most communities that we visited prior to moving in.

So far, it is a nice community. My only issue is that some of the packages get left at my door, instead of leaving a notice to pick up or leaving int he office. This can become an issue if something comes up missing. Other than this, I am fine with the complex.

Overall pretty good experience, however I don't agree with having to forced to pay for cable.. Otherwise the apartment complex is pretty good..The office staff is always very nice, dressed well, and very helpful.. That is all I have, at this time.

We were looking for an apartment when we moved here in February of 2016 and Colonial Grand at Bear Creek was the only one that would help us out. Very friendly staff and the maintenance staff is very nice and neighbors are all very friendly also.

Very nice complex, there isn't much noise and I am located right next to the 2nd pool. My only complaint is when you first move in, make sure you check EVERYWHERE when you "inspect". There's so much, not major things but I would hate to be charged for something I didn't do but they didn't see when the last person moved out. Office staff is VERY friendly and helpful, Sarah is an awesome leasing agent. Only con is when you call for a question, it's hard for them to answer the phone.

Just moved in but so far we love it here. Staff is friendly, lots of parking, good location. Seems to be a good value. The only real issue we have had is that we were shown a similar layout because the one we were moving into wasn't available and we fell in love with that one because it had latte walls and an updated kitchen. When we moved into our room and it didn't have that we were a little frustrated. Seemed like false advertising almost.

Manager is rude. Disrespectful ask for touch up paint , the manager comes into my house yelling at me about paint wall that on my paper work says I do not have to paint, had just had surgury . You gate hit my car. The gate I was told is never broken it has no the manager talks to people like children the gate has not worked for over two months trash all over people's blinds shredded by there dogs

You will pay many exerts costs than originally aware of. I had an apt $953 a month + pet rent $10 + trash $30 + cable (required can't opt out) $50 + water and trash and sewage base and then additional fees which were so fluctuated I couldn't figure them out = $1100 plus a month. I love the layout and size of my apt, I have quite a lot to be thankful for in this first apt but I wasn't very happy with the service I got here.

I love being a part of this family the apartments are super clean with gated community always feel very secure here .The maintenance staff is so much cooperative Everytime I request for any thing they don't took too much time to come & fix my problem.I would recommend these apartments to everyone I know.

This is a very nice apartment complex. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, professional. Just a few minutes away from easy highway access to Irving and Arlington. Excellent place to live, highly recommend. Very glad to have moved here.

We really enjoy living in this community. It always nice to come home here at Colonial Grand Bearcreak. The apartment we are in is a little outdated, but it is a very cozy apartment. The rent for this apartment is also very reasonable and affordable.

I have been living here almost 3 years and I don't really have any complaints. Maintenance is taken care of very quickly and the office has always been friendly. Its also avery quiet community and residents seem okay as well.

Staff is great. Seems like the company is slow to make upgrades. Gym is terrible with constantly broken equipment. Gates are faulty open at least once a week. The interior walls are thin and much noise can be heard through the sliding glass door. I think if the doors were thicker, the noise would be deadened.
