Nice Community . Grounds are well taken care of. Maintenance is ok sometimes slow but they get the job completed Office staff is friendly and will help with anything you might be needing. Sometimes noisy but overall good complex.

Very quiet and a great, friendly atmosphere. It feels like home everyday. Maintenance request I submitted was handled in a timely fashion. Very convenient location to everything available (grocery store, shopping, etc.)

The staff are friendly but the maintenance team is horrible. It routinely takes weeks to have your maintenance request addressed. I couldn't open my front door at one point and it was a month before they fixed it. Another lady I knew had roaches in her apartment. Now my garage won't open and it's been 3 weeks since I submitted the request. Still no fix. My dishwasher doesn't work, even though they say it's working fine. The nice thing is that my neighbors are all respectful but that's more attributable to good luck. Supposed to be gated but the gate is frequently broken and they charge you a non-refundable fee for a remote. So you have to enter a stupid code every time you come home if you don't want to pay the fee. Just another way to get your money. One other thing- they have two pools but the one at the back of the property is often neglected. Obviously, I'll be moving when my lease is up. The rent is too high to deal with these kind of issues.

effective communication from management staff, always clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. very welcoming. the best thing of course is that they are all breed friendly, which was ultimate for me as I have a pitbull. she is very welcomed anywhere she goes around the community.

Colonial Grand at Bear Creek is a quiet dog friendly community. The management/facilities staff is very professional and nice. The few service request I've submitted were completed within 2 business days. I recommend this property for your new home.

Office staff changes too often! Staff needs to initiate a penalty two residents who continually allow their pets, dogs, to potty and not clean up after them. I am so tired of smelling dog poop every time I open my patio door.

I enjoy the valet trash. And everything seems to be very clean. The dumpster sometimes is an issue. The gym is missing a bunch of weights so I never go. The pool is very clean and I really enjoy it. There's hardly any parking in front of my apartment complex.

Quiet; older. Many people do not pick up after pets. Close to parks and things needed every day. Does not have easily accessible outgoing mailbox. Lots of space to walk pets. Close to airport.Cost for water is ridiculous.

It was great until recently when our heater stopped working on three separate occasions, each of which being on a weekend when the temps dropped to freezing or that they can't fix a kitchen sink leak on the first try either. At this point we are at 4 separate visits for issues that are still unresolved.

Colonial Grand at bear creek apartments is a nice quiet place to live. Haven't had any issues with office team. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease because of the great service I have received in the prior year at this complex.

Front office staff is great. We had a few issues at move in and they were taken care of quickly. I lived here in 2012 and am glad to be back in this community again. The fact that they do not discriminate pet breeds is a huge plus.

Office is very quick to respond to any request I have had. Maintenance is also quick to complete any task I've requested. Neighbors are great and really a quite place. People here take pride in their home, very clean and responsible renters.

So far, it's been a good experience. Office staff is always super friendly. Maintenance was nice but didn't fix everything. I love the location of the apartments, it's super centrally located by everything!

Not as nice as I thought they were and they had to repair the floor because it was creaking. Other than that it was an easy place to live and I had a wonderful stay there. The people in the front were nice and I got what ever I needed done.

So far, I have no complaints. I my expectations were met and exceeded. Ashley in the front office was open and honest in regards to all my requests and answered all of my questions before I moved in. All of my requests were met. I'm satisfied with my lease arrange and the up keep of the property. I would recommend this community to anyone!

at the beginning the experience was ok. we have had several issues with the A/C unit. when we first moved it did not work and we had several emails back and forth until the office manager finally came to our apartment and realized it was not working and replaced unit. during the past years other issues with thermostat and unit making noise and not cooling properly, putting work orders and no one communicating to see if work order was address. we never hear from anyone, but notice status online stated complete, when in fact issues is still the same we are seriously considering in moving.

Property is well maintained. Maintenance staff are extremely prompt and always complete any repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept, the pool areas are nice and the noise level is very minimal. Neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with.
