Worst Apartment ever. Do not make this apt your home. They have worst management and worst maintenance. They charge $50 hidden fee every month. Everything is broken in apt and maintenance sucks here. Please find some other apt. I really mean it.

Staff is very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, very pet and dog friendly. Overall well maintained. Have had no issues with security or major concerns with condition of the apartment. Overall fairly good place to live.

My apartment is infested with roaches. The day I moved in I saw about 10, and I've seen at least 7 or 8 every day since. I'm absolutely miserable and uncomfortable. I'm praying I can get rid of them because I rushed to move in and dont want to go through that again. I set off foggers 6 days ago, And post control sprayed 2 days ago and today in less than 5 min I saw 7! All alive and well. My daughter is terrified she wont sleep in her bed shes sleeping with me. I haven't finished unpacking because I'm scared they will get in my stuff. This is my only complaint with this apartment.

I love my apartment. Their were many issues that needed fixing but once they are fixed it will be ok. I'm close to work, my neighbors are quiet, close to many shops and eating places, dry cleaning, auto, etc. Quiet good location.

Don't rent here as nothing gets done. Takes forever to get maintenance done. Was 5 days without A/C. Water faucet dropped for 16 days before repaired. No CREDIT ever given. Gate entrance is broken 3/4 if the time

The units are clean and open in concept. The property is clean, and nicely lanscaped, well maintained. The staff members are friendly, professional and helpful. The overall the community is quiet , and being a gated community, the traffic is low.

Good overall but since the change in management things are not as good as they used to be..there are a lot if charges on top of rent. There a4e charges for everything. The office people seem powerless when it comes to taking care of issues

I am very pleased with the staff here. In addition, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff went out of their way to make my move in a success. They had what we needed. Two bedroom, two bath, full size w/d connection and pet friendly.

I am new in the community but some outstanding features got my attention. The community is quiet and neat. The office staffs are exceptional. Very receptive.The trash collection is good.5 days of 7, you can't beat that.The rooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen is abit small. That's the only area I have concern. There are more than enough parking spaces which is a great asset to grand colonial at Bear Creek.Parking is one of the reasons I left my former apartment.The serene environment makes it suitable for family with kids. I will recommend it anytime for my friends and colleagues. Solomon.

Have to request pest control due to bugs. Was told maintenance is behind. Put in request for microwave as electric in kitchen is going out. Yet to be resolved . Burglary issues. I will not rent here another year once my lease is up

Not happy that appliances and other items were not checked for working before I moved in. Also, the apartment hadn't even been cleaned in some places and I had to do all of those myself before I could unpack my stuff. Common area outside the unit entrance door is never cleaned. Office staff never responds to emails or phone calls. Only Jessica Livesay used to respond; she moved to another property before I moved in. Rest all ok.

I haven't lived here very long could I requested the apartment be cleaned before I moved in and it never was. I have had cold water since the day I moved in with no reply or response as to win I will have warm or hot water. The cable that they do for free is ridiculous because it's hard to hook up and you have to do it yourself. The staffs really nice but if you need anything fixed basically you're SOL because they tell you they only have one maintenance person on hand to take care of all these units and nothing seems to be a priority once they get you moved in and you sign your lease.
