The office staff is not very accommodating. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you away. They do not address your concerns and do not work with you on anything. The maintenance staff are very kind and professional. The failures are the office staff and management.

The community is very peaceful. I like how close everything is to us. Another plus is the two pools! I also enjoy the trash valley service, you just leave your trash outside your door and they will come pick it up for you. Overall a pretty good apartment complex.

Very well organized community located closed to major freeways, parks, and stores. The appartement has a high ceiling and large rooms. The management does a great job as well as the maintenance team. They respond quickly on all my requests.

Overall my experience has been very pleasant at this community with the exception of the parking in building 23 and the noise that my neighbors make on the weekends although they are quiet when I ask them to, maintenance is always on time to fix things that may be broken or loose or needs to be replaced. I have never had any issues with any steps or break-ins overall it's a pretty quiet community not very many children and that's all

This app helped me in my time need during the pandemic when I was in a bind to find a safe place to call home. Since the Texas power outage when looking for a apartment try to find one that shares utilities with a hospital so that the likelihood of you loosing your power is low.

Love the area, the pool area is great. I would just say be careful leaving there I've seen few accidents just getting out of our complex. The fitness are is great, but always missing dumbells. I wouldn't change areas overall

Overall would not recommend this apartment complex to any friends or family. The front office has not been helpful and moving in was an absolute mess. Apartment was not cleaned and we found over two dozen nails and screws in the carpet.

Grand Colonial at bear creek is a great place to live. Amenities give you a resort feeling. The best thing about the community is the staff, always there to listen and help with all of our needs. Maintenance staff is also an important part of this wonderful place. Work orders usually take within hours to be solved. Overall, I'm proud to call This wonderful community HOME.

I've just recently moved into Bear Creek and I couldn't have had a better experience! The staff in the front office was very welcoming and incredibly helpful through the whole process! The maintenance team was incredibly prompt and professional when I asked them to touch up a few minor things in my new home. The property is beautiful, quiet, and filled with respectful and friendly people. I love my new home!

So far I am loving my new place! It is very quiet and has this beautiful tree out my patio and I love to sit with the patio door open and enjoy the fresh air. The Office staff is so stinking friendly and helpful! They are also very prompt returning phone calls or emails

So far the staff is extremely nice and I love how dog friendly this community is with tons of grass for my pup. The only complaint I have is that yes the apartments are older and I was not told prior to signing my lease that rent would go up and I would have to be out of my apartment for a week when they decide to update. If I had known rent would be going up I would have signed woth my other option that was already updated but costed more.

The staff at colonial grand are the best there is. They are very courteous and welcoming. This is a great place to live and best of all to call home. It's very peaceful and beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained.

It's been okay, maintenance has not been the best. I've never had any maintenance to my carpet even with every renewal. Sometimes the surroundings in my building will have trash by the stairs on the steps.

I just resigned my lease. This is my 3rd year here. I love the location. The office staff is always very attentive to my needs.maintenance people all really on top of things. If I had any wishes it would be that the breezeways would me power washed regularly.
