The staff is friendly and willing to help satisfy maintenance issues. They can't keep up with all the issues because the apartment complex needs an upgrade. Especially the bathrooms and kitchen. New flooring and carpet.

over all very good. But one time I got locked out because of un-locking mechanism failed and could not get into my apartment. It took more than 2 hours for maintenance guy to show up and replaced the lock. As a result I missed an important appointment.

Great staff. They are always friendly and eager to help with an issue. Love the community. The pool area is beautiful. The gym is excellent. Has everything you need. Maintenance repairs leave a lot to be desired.

For the most part pretty decent, great and timely maintenance. Good communication, the only complaint I would have is just people picking up their dogs wastes. As I walk through the complex at times in the evening I tend to smell it a bit, but overall good experience.

Great management team, well maintained property, quick response to any concerns, pool walls need to be cleaned of gunk that's been there for 2 years. Love the spaciousness of the grounds. The lighting on my landing keeps flickering in & off sometimes being of for days. There needs to be some kind of lighting near the pool on the north end.

At first I thought the rent was kind of steep, but it's like the old saying you get what you pay for. The apartments are really nice, love the pool and the gym, location, its quiet, and close to work. So far it has been well worth it!

I personally love that washer, dryer, and cable are build into rent amount. This makes it easier to budget and plan. The grounds and pools are nicely maintained with the exception of the front gate. I will be staying for atleast a year.

I have had a pretty decent experience since moving here. There was only one incident in which I'd gotten upset- the air had gone out and because it wasn't "hot enough" it wasn't deemed an emergency. Other than that, the stay has been fine. It's quiet and safe.

This is great community and prime location if you work at the DFW airport. Management and maintenance are very nice and helpful. I like that there is a running trail and park convenient to the property.

Great community to live in. It's quiet, the grounds are well maintained. It's a gated community and common areas are well lit. Office staff are cordial and maintenance service is good. Apartments are well built and noise level is minimum. Overall I am satisfied.

Buildings: Looks new from outside but the actual apartments are hit or miss depending on whether it's an upgraded unit or not. Staffs: They are friendly and professional Maintenance: Prompt response. You can create a request online for maintenance. Amenities: Updated gym with newer and nicer equipments. Nice pool and bbq area. Cost: A bit on the pricey side with mandatory charges for cable subscription and valet trash service. This is the biggest gripe for majority of the renters over here. These mandatory addons will cost you almost $100 a month Inconvenience: Fire ants are an epidemic around here. Granted that you can schedule a pest control every Tuesday, it's still a hassle.

Office staff are great. Should be honest. We found what we were looking space, attached garage and nicely done, but noise is terrible. Hear stomping and moving and all day and night. Walls are thin can hear showers, soap dropping, and babies.

Nice grounds. Safe community. Friendly office staff. Craftsmanship in units is sub par (cabinets breaking, poor paint jobs etc.) maintenance is sub par, they put proverbial "duct tape" on everything instead of actually fixing the problem which leads to greater problems down the line.

Its fine. The maintenance is fast and punctual. I have no complaints about maintenance. My complaints are with the office staff never answering the phones. Sometimes I have to call all day before I get anyone. And the fact that there are way too many people who do not pick up after their dogs.

So far good. Only issued I have is dog owners not picking up after their dog. There are designated area to discard dog poop but residents dont do it. Wish the rules for picking up after the dogs was more enforce.
