The community is very nice and quiet, always clean and well mantained.Staff is friendly but a bit disorganized, lease agent didn't file my lease agremeent we had to do it over again, they lost my keys and alot of confusion about whether the carport I paid for was available to me at move in. Luckily she sorted things out so I could move in my furniture once it arrive.

The staff has been very courteous. It is an older Apartment complex and not very sound proof. The apartment itself is ok. They are a bit over priced, but most apartments in the area are. The apartment while it has new carpet they it is dated and a bit rough looking.

I recently moved in this complex and so far I have been impressed with the community and apartment itself. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The community is kept clean and I haven't had any issues with my neighbors. The apartment itself is good quality and was fixed up well before my move in.

It's a fine place to live so far. The staff are nice. Except for some wear on the cabinets, our apartment is in good shape. The door-to-door trash and recycling pickup is quite handy. Parking is plentiful, too, and they left open space around the north pool area with walkways and a picnic table, which is nice for recreation. My family and I just had a picnic out there tonight.

So far my experience has not been the best. When first walking into our apartment it wasn't near as nice as the model apartment they showed us. I think the carpets are rediculous and some of the light fixtures need to be up to date. However, I do enjoy the community and the staff

Not very prompt with responding to tenants with emergency requests. Incidents involving police involvement should be top priority, and the slow follow-up is not acceptable. When one's safety is jeopardized and entry ways have been tampered with, that communication is important to maintain trust between the tenant and staff.

I have only been here about 5 months. The overall area is nice, and while the apartments have been maintained ok, I believe they are in serious need of updating. Unfortunately, I was in a time-crunch to find an apartment and I was not able to see the actual unit before I signed the lease. Had I seen the actual unit, I would have NEVER signed a year's lease.

I like this community. Here it is nice and quiet friendly workers in the office and always upgrades being made. The gym is nice but could use some newer treadmills. They seem to always have only one working at a time. Definitely recommending this community to my friends.

renovated apartments are good to move in but cleaned up apartments had lots of undone job. lot of detailing required, blinds were messy,kitchen cabinets were filthy. noise from upstairs neighbors is horrible. i was never offered the long term lease. normally longer you stay less rent you pay but at colonial is quite opposite forcing us to look for other options.

Maintenance staff has been improving over the past nine months. They are still a new group of guys and are learning about the particular equipment at this apartment complex. I am more satisfied with the apartment now that I see some improvement.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and the facilities are well kept. What I like most about the Colonial Grand is that they break down all of your expenses and are very clear what they will be. We are looking forward to the year to come.

It has required me to request repairs twice and multiple emails before repairs even begin to be addressed. It had been two weeks since the original request and as of today have yet to be completed. Also have been told several times issues were due to "age of complex" when in truth it is more so due to the apartment not being properly prepared when I moved in. Unacceptable. Much of the work I will have to resort to doing myself at this point.

We moved in a month ago; and although we haven't lived here very long, I wanted to write a review(which I've never done before) because I wanted to express my appreciation to their staff members, Steven & Joe. Thank you, Steven, for helping us with our garage! And, thank you, Joe, for replacing our stove tops and microwave! They both are genuinely kind and hard workers. I know a lot of times, people don't get recognized for their work, especially for the little things; but I am taking my time out tonight to show them my appreciation. I have just moved in and am extremely satisfied with how the community handles anything that needs to be repaired. I was missing a door knob on the outside storage door and they were right over to replace it with a new door knob. Also I had new blinds put in.

So far it seems pretty quiet....and well kept... The staff is friendly and greeting... However my garage opener when i received it was broken....the apt when i moved into was clean... The gym has a leg press machine thats broken... And holes in the wall... The ppl before me put the stove covers on their too small so they lean and its hard to cook evenly...the washing machine sounds broken.... A few minor changes that can be fixed but i haven't heard anything back yet....

Good! Problems at first but everything is prefect now! When I recently had a issue in my apartment the maintance man was great he fixed the issue and explained to me what was the issue. He was very professional! Am happy that I have moved into this apartment and plan to renew my lease once my lease is up, if the price is right.

I pay 950 for a one bedroom and every time I leave home I see an over filled dumpster or trash that is on the sidewalk because the trash people haven't came. The trash sits for several days. They charge $30 every month for the pick up service and no one is picking the trash up.

The unit we moved into was infested with roaches when we got the keys on 12/24. Since the CG office was closed 12/24-12/25, we had to hold on moving in until 12/26 so the unit could be treated. This compressed our moving schedule into fewer days, making the move much more tiring than it would have been. We also had to spend Christmas worrying whether Orkin would be able to remove the roach infestation before our old apartments lease end. The unit had several other minor issues I listed on the move in inspection form, but those paled in comparison to the roach infestation.

Overall it is a good apartment complex for the money. There are a couple things that could be improved, but that is to be expected for any complex. Good amenities, and staff is usually helpful. The only thing is, there is not much around, and the Kroger nearby is small, but is getting a remodel soon, so that will get better

The CG at Bear Creek community is absolute 5 STAR. Since the first day, we have been all smiles and satisfaction. The staff and front office are always welcoming and have always done everything with love and care. The space that we have inside our apartment as well as outside give us all piece of mind and yeah.

Wonderful office staff!!! They are great and very helpful. The apartments inside and out are very nice. And not overly priced like most of the other complexes that are nice in the area. Maintenance isn't the fastest, but they get the job done.
