Maintenance and office personnel are teriffic. Grounds are well groomed. The new garbage door pick-up system should work well because the dumpsters are a sty. However, most garbage is produced over the weekend and pick-up on only Sunday through Thursday. Buildings were newly painted but I'm not convinced it was necessary. Previous colors made buildings look more distinctive and seemed in good condition. Also new roofing on all buildings. Pools are very nice but residents are lax in following the posted pool rules and also lax in cleaining their own garbage after usingthe facility. Residents/adults should respect the rules in the evenings and not leave cigarette butts, aluminum cans, bottle caps, paper wrappings without management having to "police" the area.

Apartment is excellent & it feel like own house .All equipment are new ,facility are too good....specially maintenance is really satisfactory like I put request n they here next day to fix the problem . I did not find any other apartment like colonial grand at bear creek .

No lights at night on the street for building 8. It is very dark. The trash opposite building 8 is overflow and smell bad this past weekend. If it is possible to change my carpet, it is very old since I moved in 2012. When I renewed , they just came and shampoo it. I walk barefoot without shoe in my apartment. Thanks for consideration.

My experience has not been a good experience. I have and continue to have problems with the condition of the apartment since my schedule move in date. We were told that thing that would need to be fix is the cabinets after we moved but we encounter problems with leaking sink, a washer and paint buckets in the garage, bad interior paint job, keys that don't work with both the front and back door, dirt and dust in the cabinets, bird poop in the balcony,dirty garage, old carpet in the stairs, dead roaches in the cabinets, floor that is peeling,ect. It takes maintenance longer that it should we I ask for something to be fixed. I bother the staff about items more than once. The office staff is nice but actions speak louder. You can say I am disappointed. For the rent price we expected more.

Have loved living here for the last few years. Management have really improved since the new people took over. Only pick I have is the prices and the compactor, as a guy drops off his stuff on Sundays ( he doesn't live here) I'd give it 100 if it wasn't for the rent and there is no room for negotiation. Also note with the new management they don't include the cost of the cable and water

Nice community no problem with noise of partying problems, value is what I consider average nothing fabulous. This apartment would benefit from offering choices on flooring choices. The maintenance people are great and so is the office staff.

Staff treats residents poorly. In the time I've been living at this complex the office staff has so much turn over.. They promise everything and deliver on very little. The concerns of the residents mean very little to the staff. I feel like a step child everytime I have to deal with those folks... I can't wait to be able to move out. Everytime my lease is due to expire the rent is raised... forcing me to have to find another location to move to...

The fitness room, pools, and grounds are very nice. I love the high ceilings and crown molding. They should have more than one dumpster for the size of the property. The is plenty of parking, but not enough by my building. Overall I am satisfied with what I get for the price I pay.

Overall I really like this complex. The only 2 complaints I really have are the neighbors upstairs are quite noisy at all times day and night, and I wish there was another trash bin on site to dump trash as the trash tends to overflow quite a bit.

Two days after I moved in, I realized my bath tub was leaking and the carpet in my closet was wet. It has been almost two weeks and nothing has been done about it. I had to take out all of mine and my daughter's clothes and wash them because they smelled like mold. I can't use my closet because it still smells like mold!

I love the community and the staff is great! Grounds are very well maintained and I love the pools and fitness center! The new valet trash pick up at your door is awesome. I never have to wait for a parking spot to open there is an abundance of parking.

I lived at this community from 2012-2012 and I loved it. When I was looking for a place to live in 2014, I moved back!! Great, quiet place to live! The staff is always helpful and the grounds are pretty clean. You have your occasional dog poop but that is the residents fault.

Great apt layout and roomy with attached garage. Rooms are good size and high ceilings. In great location in mid metro plex. The down side is apartments are old and need upgrade appliances and interior. Ground service is poor and poo area is not maintained.

Staff are unprofessional, dont tell you about hidden fees to get tv installed - $150. Maintenance crew is totally useless. Our A/C was broken most of the summer, Heat broken at the start of winter. Something sucks major amounts of electricity in the apartment. We lived in a 4 bedroom house and our electric was cheaper, was told its because we live over the garages - it will be hotter/colder. Units are overpriced. Told the gate security code changes monthly - still the same 9 months later. Over the weekend the garbage compacter isn't cleared so come Sunday night there us a HUGE pile of garbage as you drive in.
