Not very happy with the management of my apartment community. Will be moving at the end of my lease. The rent was raised a lot on my third year, cable is no longer included but I can't opt out I have to pay for it, the trash service is expensive and not worth it and again I can't opt out.

Maintenance staff is awesome! Very safe and quiet community. The floor plans are so well laid out that it feels 10 times bigger than it actually is, every inch of the apartment is usable! Love that the laundry is actually in the bathroom and not the kitchen!! Seems like a logical place!

Nice community. Well kept. Need to enforce cleanup of tennants pets. Property is getting into the price ranges of much higher quality properties. Can't handle many more rent increases. The appliances are 'mobile home' quality at best and do not reflect the amount paid for rent.

The staff is very helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues and are very professional. Joshua and Amy were very knowledgeable and helpful. Both were able to answer all our questions and made moving in as easy as possible. Very grateful for there help.

I really love my apartment and the amenities that come with it. The area is great and because I like to jog and walk it's extremely safe which is always a priority when you're a single female. The office staff is very professional and friendly!

I have not had any issues with maintenance or office staff, everyone here is really friendly and always helps out when needed or asked. Glad the painting is finally done, looks really good, just wished the rent didn't go up in the process along with the trash service going up.

The apartment itself is lovely. The main issue with the complex though is the Maintenance staff. Often jobs are undercutted or simply not understood and done incorrectly calling for a second or third visit. The office will often sympathize with you and put in those second or third work orders and put them at priority, but it's the maintenance staff themselves that will always be the issue.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago but so far the experience has been good. I would have liked some more info upfront before moving in about the process. Other than that the place was clean and in great shape. Had a light out that was handled same day I put in service request. Only issue I have so far is being amazed at how few people pick up their dog mess! I ALWAYS pick up after my dog but it's like walking in a mine field with all the piles of mess everywhere on the grounds. That's a problem with residents not the complex necessarily. They even provide bags and waste cans.

I love to live in this community, it is pet friendly. Staff are very professional and friendly. It is a very clean and healthy environment, and trash pick up service is awesome,five days a week trash and recycle pick up from door. I love this community.

The office is always shortstaffed. If I visit the office for a question or concern I end up leaving cause the wait is too long while they finish a rental and try at another time or the next day. You can never get anyone on the phone its always leave a message. New management new people in the office some nice others not so pleasant. Every renter is important no matter how big or small the need is ,the concern,the problem we chose the complex for a reason. Please dont let us regret why we chose to rent here. Make us feel at home all the time we pay lots of money to live here.

Love it, just wish fitness center was cleaner other than that it's great! The new rehab on the outside looks amazing! Love the new colors and can't wait until it's finished. Pools are great! Office looks great! Would totally recommed to a friend.

The apartment complex is very nice, but the inside could have been a little cleaner than it was. I would recommend my friends to live here. i also feel as if we should not have to pay for valet tarsh pick up. The walls and baseboards should have been cleaner.

I've had a great experience besides maintenance issues. They take forever to respond to issues and lack proper communication to the homeowner. Also, trash is piled up outside of the dumpters every day to where you can't even walk up to place anything there.

mixed feelings. staff is unresponsive at times but the apartment layout is nice. recent increase of $125 per month to rent is very disappointing. promoting feelings that maac is not concerned with long term tenancy but immediate profits only.

Fleas in the carpet after prior tenant moved out. After 4 years with a pet, the carpet should have been replaced as I requested. I have spent many hours attempting to eradicate the pests. The upstairs neighbor is extremely noisy and walks very heavy. I have left message on their door, and voiced my concerns to no avail. This problem still needs to be resolved.

Maintenance is the main issue I've had since I've moved in. I've had several requests closed and marked as complete without anyone coming to fix my issue. After 3 years, I still do not have a kitchen drawer replaced for one that was previously hot glued together and broke. Kitchen counter was "------" rigged by the staff to make it level.

One of the better communities I have lived in for the last 10 years. A+ staff. The staff has always been professional, the grounds are kept up and maintenance is fast and courtoues. I would definitely recommend this community to others. Ask for Amy if you get a chance.

For the most part satisfactory. It is better now than in the past. I am very happy about resolving the trash situation. The maintenance has been the most frustrating factor for me and that has not changed. I have recommended the complex to several friends.

Very poor .... and I mean poor services ever in my complex living experience. Constantly repainting the building won't change the services and attention required for the tenants living in. The yearly overpriced rent will only drive people away.
