Great Leasing Experience

I recently signed a lease at Trinity Union a week ago, and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the application and signing process were. Carl was great at working with me following the holiday season to get my paperwork in order, and was quick to get me in for a tour of the unit I am now happily renting. The amenities are on the nicer end when compared to other complexes in the area, but the biggest plus for me was the lack of extra fees. Other apartments I applied for had parking fees, HOA fees, community maintenance fees, etc. all added on top of the base rent. At Trinity Union, you are paying exactly what you expect to each month, the costs for amenity maintenance, parking, etc. built into the advertised rent so there are no surprises or confusion.

Great staff always willing to help

I happened to find this place just by being in the neighborhood, and with my walk-in visit Bailey at the front desk said that she wants to sit with every single prospective resident and go through the full overview and a full tour. She was very hospitable and answered all our questions, spending about 45 minutes across the entire property showing us every single nook and cranny. When it came time for the application and actually signing the documents, she walked me through the whole process and always followed up. It’s great to have people like this to help with a move!

Amazing Apartment

Great staff and quiet apartments, great location. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained community. I’ve loved living here—safe, comfortable, and truly one of the best places I’ve stayed. I really enjoyed living in my one bedroom and now I’m upgrading to the three bedroom.

Best apartments to live in

The moment I walked into the leasing office, I was welcomed by Monique, Carl, and Desiree and they’ve really set the bar for what a leasing team should be. Monique was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. She made the entire application process easy and stress free, always following up with updates along the way. Carl brought such great energy to every interaction. He made sure everything was in ready for my move-in and went above and beyond. Desiree was the cherry on top she was kind, responsive, and always available with a friendly smile. She made me feel like more than just a potential resident she made me feel welcome and valued. You can tell this team genuinely cares about people. Would give 6 stars if I could

Hands down the most enjoyable apartment experience I've had to date. The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly, easy to deal with and are on the ball about getting things handled. Desiree and Monique have been extremely helpful on every occasion that I've had questions or concerns about anything and are always seemingly happy to go above and beyond to help in whatever capacity they're able to. The property itself is maintained to a very high standard - shoutout grounds and maintenance guys. The gym and pools are always kept clean, and having a dog park on the property makes life easy.

Home sweet home

Conveniently Located

I lived at Trinity Union for three years and had a good experience. The apartment itself was pretty quiet and the area is very nice and conveniently located. One of the biggest highlights was a few of the staff members. The wonderful maintenance team was always quick, professional and friendly whenever anything came up. I also can't say enough good things about Carl, one of the leasing consultants. He’s incredibly helpful, responsive and always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of. Plus, Carl and the maintenance team always had a smile on their faces when you see them around the complex, which makes a big difference. My experience with some of the other staff, especially the manager, Desiree, wasn’t always positive, but they more than made up for it!

Great expierence

Living here has been a great experience. -leasing office have been very accommodating with me and use of the lounge for surprise engagement party. To me this is nicest apt complex in the area , close to a lot of things, prices are very reasonable.

Wonderful staff!

Everything from the original tour with Fitzgerald to Monique working with me and getting everything together at the last minute to Carl waiting for me after hours to get keys was great. I really appreciated it. Looking forward to enjoying all the nice the amenities Trinity Union offers.

Be Choosy About Office Staff

Throughout my residence the past year, I have consistently been pleased and appreciative of the professional care from select apartment staff: -------- and ---- were stellar in the application and move-in process; ---- and ---------- have offered excellent concierge since. Additionally, ----- and ---- have demonstrated commitment in resolving maintenance and tenant concerns with expedience. I wish I could say the same for ------- and -------, who both abuse power, are snarky and dismissive, and struggle separating their personal lives from professional responsibilities, manipulatively attempting to leverage their positions to sully the reputation of tenants - and their children - within the neighborhood and school community. Despite elevating these actions to management, the abuse of power continues. Would I recommend the apartments to friends? Yes, but not without caution to insulate themselves from the immaturity and unprofessionalism of select apartment management personnel, namely ------- and -------.

Love where you live

I came in and fell in love. Monique and Carl are amazing and always make me feel welcome when I come in. The amenities are beautiful and the pools are always clean. The gym is two floors and has a great view.

Very homie!

My family and I had an amazing time living in our two bedroom one car attached garage unit. Monique and Carl at the front desk made our stay here amazing. Working from home I enjoyed the opportunity to be able to work from the apartments lounge as needed. Sometimes you can hear the upstairs neighbors foot steps. That's the only downside. Overall we had an amazing experience! Maintenance was able to address all our requests.

Loving my new home

The neighborhood here feels safe and the property is clean! Monique, Carl, and Santanna work so well together as a team. They make visits to the office very welcoming and actually fun at times. It's nice to come home to a place that has a friendly community vibe. The location is perfect. I love being able to walk to nearby shopping, restaurants and to a nearby trail. I look forward to another great year with them!
