I toured with Brian M. and he was awesome. Excellent customer service and really made me feel like I could call this place home. Living alone can be scary but I felt safe in Trinity Union. There was not a lot of foot traffic and it was quiet.

I am very pleased by this property. The grounds are clean and safe, the amenities are wonderful, and everyone is so nice. Brian is professional and knowledgeable about the property. I also love how close the complex is to shopping areas and the highway, though it's nestled away from noise.

Trinity Union sets the standard for high-quality, affordable apartment living. The staff support, apartment furnishing, and amenity availability far exceed any other apartments I've seen anywhere in near this price range. After living in 4 different apartment complexes over the last 4 years, i've finally found one I can see myself staying in for the long term.

I am currently apartment hunting in the euless area and I had the pleasure to be assisted by a young man named Benny at the leasing office. He was very kind, informative, funny and helpful and made my decision to want to go ahead and fill out an application! The entire staff was very kind and friendly and I can't wait to move in this great property!

I just recently moved into trinity union and so far my experience is beyond words! The lady who helped me lease, Desiree, she was phenomenal. She was very educated about the property and answered all my concerns! She showed me multiple buildings but didn't seem to lose her attitude throughout the viewings. I know I had a lot of repetitive questions but she answered them all without attitude! I had searched many places prior to this but the warmth of the apartments themself and Desiree made this a no brainer when it came to choosing my forever home! Also, the maintenance was very friendly when they visited to fix the few things I needed when i first moved in! Overall; I'm happy to call this place home!

Trinity Union does not care about your experience after signing the lease. I've emailed them and have gotten absolutely no response. They enforce rules on some residents but don't on others. They let residents put 6 pairs of shoes in the hallway and you get a nasty email if you don't have the right outdoor furniture in your balcony. You also can't buzz anyone in from the outside because it has never worked from the beginning however, you are paying for it. For sure not the best experience.

Staff is extremely inefficient and attempts to promote a tyrant atmosphere. They enforce the rules to their individual benefit and once you sign the lease they could care less. I would not recommend living here. Don't live here if you value your freedom.

Working with the front office staff was pleasant upon move in but after I moved in it was almost impossible to get ahold of them. They want your business and once they have it you're old news unless you tell them you want to move out and then their email miraculously works. Parking is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! If you live in the garden buildings you're screwed because there are not enough spots to support tenants, guests, moving Pods, and customer service agents from companies. But if you live in the main building not only do you have a designated spot in the parking garage for free, you can also take up parking around the complex at your discretion. You'd think the parking garage would be open to all tenants as it was built to be convenient but it's extremely inconvenient when it's limited to those who only live in the main building. Of course if you live in the garden buildings convenient parking comes at a price. I'm sure if you still decide to live at Trinity Union you'll find parking later on because everyone is moving out. The only nice thing about this apartment complex is the 2 maintenance workers who are generous and kind. They always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful!

Trinity Union has been my home for the past year, and I am more than happy to call it home for years to come. All of the ladies in the office have been nothing short of perfect, they are all so welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of whether it's submitting a maintenance request or helping me track down a package- I have no family in TX but my Trinity family helps fill that void. If you are thinking of moving to Trinity Union my recommendation would be to DO IT, I promise you will have no regrets; Gloria will take good care of you!!

This little gem is amazing. The leasing agent Gloria was very helpful and friendly. I loved that they had a model inside the leasing office you could view along with available units. Both indoor and outdoor lounge areas are spacious and available for use. Grounds ate beautiful. I have little doggies and they have 2 dog parks...truly in love.

Just moved within Trinity Union a few days ago and I had a great experience with the office management. The staff was truly helpful and helped me get through a lot of paperwork and was eager to help throughout the whole process. Particularly, I appreciate Gloria who was so professional and helpful I feel that he is my friend now :). If you need someone to navigate through the whole bureaucratic relocating process then she is the one. Genuine person and really great customer service.

I love this community because the staff is amazing. The staff assist with any issue promptly, they go out of there way to make sure everything is perfect. I have never seen any of the staff members projecting a bad day. They actually feel like family. Nothing but smiles all around. I love the community events each month, it gives us time to meet our neighbors. I love how the staff dress up for all occasions. The property is always clean, and the porters can all ways be seen picking up paper and dumping the trash from the garage. I would and do recommend, Trinity to everyone I know looking for exceptional apartment living. Love living here, my forever home.

I have been required to participate in the valet trash service at my leased apartment (Trinity Union) for approximately one year. At least 75% of the time, irrespective of my total compliance with the requirements of placement and time of the trash receptacle, the service is not actually provided (i.e., the persons responsible for picking up the trash simply do not show up). I have complained to Trinity Union property management three times previously, along with Valet Living corporate attempting to correct the matter. After receiving numerous assurances from both Trinity Union front office personnel and local Valet Living district manager (to include her assurance the collectors will be required to photograph my trash receptacle nightly) it continues to remain uncollected four out of the five weekly pickup days, at best. I am forced to pay for a service I never consistently receive. It is impossible to determine who at Trinity Union is ultimately responsible for this issue and attempts to correct the matter with Valet Living are wholly unsuccessful, nor would Trinity Union staff provide the appropriate address/point of contact with which to send a certified letter properly documenting my concerns. I consider the repeated failure to correct this issue a violation of my lease agreement and fraud/theft. Given the languid response I received from the management staff here at 2100 Heritage Avenue, I also suspect the apparent unwillingness and inability to ameliorate this issue may potentially be reprisal for my complaining in the first place. This is an otherwise very nice complex and the apartments are relatively quiet. Having lived here for almost a year and dealing with the construction of the unfinished part of the complex, having no fitness center delivered as promised until almost a year, and having numerous packages stolen from my backdoor area, I ultimately discourage anyone from renting here.

From the amenities to the staff this new community is top notch! I have lived here for 3 months and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Construction is still underway however once I am home in the evenings I do not have an issue with any construction noise. I am looking forward to everything that the property has to offer once all of the construction is complete.
