Amazing facility

Monique is truly amazing. She has helped us diligently impatiently throughout this entire process of a transfer. She always has an answer to my questions or she is able to figure it out fairly quickly. She is always so patient and kind for any delays that occur either on my end or something out of both of our controls, she is one of the reasons. I truly love living at Trinity because I always know that she is there to help. She’s truly the best.

Trinity Union is the Neighborhood for You

Looking for an apartment with that neighborhood feel? Trinity Union is the place for you! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained; the pools (2!) and fitness center are top notch and as a bonus the homes are a stone’s throw from an awesome trail system! Stepping out of your apartment is like stepping out onto the street of a suburban neighborhood and it so pleasant to walk around the complex – during the day or night. The inviting lighting at night allows for safety, but doesn’t blind you with glaring, over-bearing lights like in other apartment complexes. The neighborhood feel is manifested by the amazing crew (shout out to Monique, Carl & Santana!) in the leasing lobby who greet us by name and are always looking out for us and attentive to any requests or needs that have come up – we are so thankful for their help with adding a much anticipated garage unit to our lease – something that wasn’t available when we first moved in, but that they were aware we were wanting and when the opportunity arose they were ON IT – special props to Monique for her eagle eye in this process! If you’re looking for suburban feels while surrounded by urban amenities, Trinity Union is the neighborhood for you. We are happy to call this complex home and you will be too!

So happy I moved here!

Just move here about a month ago and am so happy I am here. Monique was a godsend to me! The whole process went very smoothly and she and the rest of the staff have been amazing. All my questions answered and Monique was especially helpful throughout my entire move-in and beyond. The property is beautiful and is kept so very clean and tidy. My apartment is great and love the area. I have lived in other apartment communities but this one is the BEST! I recommend Trinity Union to anyone wanting a great, quiet community with resort-like amenities. Can't wait for the summer to be in the pool!

Love my new home

We moved in 2 months ago and I am truly happy we chose this as our new home. Originally we chose a different apartment complex and even paid the application fees. Something in my heart kept nagging me to give it up and find a different apartment. There were some serious red flags with the personalities of the office crew at the other building that I was about to commit to and I knew I needed to listen to that little voice. Found Trinity Apartments by doing a drive by of the area. Immediately I knew this was where we needed to live just by how awesome the office crew was. Everyone is incredible and super friendly. The vibe was fun and happy and they know customer service! We hunted for apartments for a solid 10 days and must have seen 15 different places. This spot stood out over all of them! We hit it off with Santana immediately and she took us on a tour of the property. I was impressed with the grounds, parking and overall cleanliness of the whole tour. Then we saw the apartments. What a surprise to see so many finishing touches like lighting dimmers and quality of fixtures. The apartment has more of a condo vibe than your typical apartment. So happy we chose Trinity Union over the other property. Definitely No regrets here!

Maintenance is on top of it!

Juan with maintenance is always nice and completes the requests in a timely manner. He communicates if a follow up is needed which is great because you never have to worry about it. He’s always helpful!

The Best Place to Live

I love living at Trinity Union. It is a beautiful, well maintained property. I changed my mind on which unit I was interested in several times before moving in, and Carl was always helpful and accommodating in making the changes. The maintenance staff is super friendly and my work orders always get done quickly, as well as a follow up to make sure I'm happy. These have just been air and water filter changes as the property is in great shape. Having an assigned parking spot in a garage attached to my building is a huge plus. It's the first place I've lived with an amazon/package locker and that system works great. The social events for residents are a nice touch too. Carl, Monique, Santana and Desiree are friendly and helpful every time I am in the office. Best apartment I've lived at.

Outstanding Service at Trinity Union

I was extremely pleased with the service upon leasing at Trinity Union. The entire staff is outstanding, but Santanna really closed the deal on my lease paperwork She has a friendly and professional demeanor-- is always great to work with if you need anything! I highly recommend leasing at Trinity Union--the staff works hard to make everything easy for you! Kudos to Santanna for going above and beyond to provide superior customer service to her residents!

3 years and counting!

I've been living here for a few years now and I must say I've enjoyed every day here. I haven't ran into any issues with the staff or neighbors. The location and environment is great. When I first moved in I was assisted by Desiree... she's so kind and sweet. Any questions I had then and now (3 yrs later) she's always been able to answer with no hesitation! The mail system, gym, pools, and my apt are all amazing!

Best in DFW

This is by far the best complex in DFW! The office and maintenance staff are awesome. When there is an “issue” of any kind Desiree is always there to help. She’s professional but full of laughs and energy and gets things handled right away. She’s a true gem!

The best apartments to live at!!!!

I’ve been living here for years and can honestly say I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Desiree in the front office is definitely the reason I continue living here and renewing my lease each year. She’s very caring, responsive, and actually cares about her residents (which is VERY rare!!!) She is amazing at her job and everyone who lives here loves her so much! She knows every single resident by name and literally goes above and beyond for anyone and everyone!!!!!! Definitely recommend living here!

What a gorgeous property! I went to visit my Daughter and didn't know where to go so I went into the office and was met by Desiree and Monique. I explained my situation and they both were so helpful! Matter of fact Desiree guided me to my Daughter's building and Monique made me a cup of Starbucks coffee for stopping by! If I didn't not own a home I personally would move here with no hesitation! Very relaxing atmosphere and my Daughter's apartment is way super contemporary and just beautiful! Thank you Ladies for all of your assistance and the Coffee :)
