Love love love living here! Love the staff! Carl is so sweet and hilarious. Monique is always a comfort to be around. When I do get a chance to visit the office, it’s always a good time. The whole team works together to make sure everything is in tip top shape. But they still have fun and don’t seem miserable. My apartment very insulated, very cozy, perfect floor plans!

Overall experience was simple and easy. Desiree was about to find me the perfect apartment for my particular needs. So much room for activities and festivities. Amazing!

I have lived here for 6 months now! The Staff has been absolutely amazing!!! Christina helped with any issues we had in the apartment and was resolved within a day, if not same day service! Everything is done online including paying rent and maintenance requests! Carl is always happy and willing to go above to help me. The location is absolutely amazing and I love living here!

Conveniently Located, Very Modern, Attentive Staff!

I absolutely love this property and community! It’s located near Glade Parks shopping center with so many stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, and parks! My kids love the Bob Eden Park with beautiful walking and bike riding trails and volleyball courts. The staff is so attentive and genuinely kind. These apartment are very modern and new and the 24 hour fitness center is a huge plus for me and my family! 10/10 recommend!

Great apartments, but...

Great apartments if you're looking in Tarrant County, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear your upstairs neighbor stomp and move furniture, and you can also hear the people beside you when they play music or watch TV. You can also hear when people open and close their doors in the hallway, and when people pass by. If the apartment is on the first floor, there's not much space between the patio and the parking lot, so you will get sound and lights from people's cars as well.

We were driving by and decided to stop in. The staff was amazing! We had been touring all day.This was the first place that really went above and beyond the whole staff said hello and made us feel welcomed while touring the property. Carl really took his time and helped me find my perfect home.Cant wait to move in.

Awesome apartment with best staff

Desiree is the best. She always says hi to my baby girl and tries her best to make my baby feel included in this community. The apartment complex is neat and I am more than happy to reside here. You’ll never regret to live in this place.

Great Staff, Excellent grounds

The manager was very helpful and welcoming. She was friendly and had the answers to all my questions and concerns. I wish I had more experience with managers like her (ones that actually respond and get back to you in a timely manner). I’m used to dealing with managers and staff being rude and off putting but that’s not the case at all here. The staff in general were great. Beautiful apartments in a booming area. 10/10 would recommend.

Best complex ever!

Christina and Desiree are phenomenal. When renting my apartment, they both were very welcoming, professional and took the “move in burden” out of the move in process. Since moving in, both Desiree and Christina have made the complex feel like it’s own community with the monthly events that are put on for residents. They also are very responsive to emails and go above and beyond what “typical” apartment management does at other properties I’ve lived. In addition, the on site maintenance (Byron and Juan) are great. They are extremely friendly and approachable. Although I have yet to have a maintenance issue, I would feel very comfortable contacting them with any maintenance needs.

Run Away! FAR AWAY!

We tried very hard to like these apartments. However , between the horrible bug problems, noise, and apathy from the office staff as well as their Corporate entity, Tonti properties; our experience has been nothing less than a nightmare. Last week we looked out of our front door to find a large Copperhead snake peering at us thru the front door glass! We have asked that our bug problems be given serious attention, only to have incompetent technicians come in and do nothing but place these sticky boxes in our unit. Oh, and once a technician came in with a can of store bought raid and sprayed the corner of our ceiling for spiders. The spiders are coming in through the floor and cracks in the front door, not the ceiling! We have tried to make things work here, but with no cooperation and a non chalant attitude from this bunch, we will not be renewing our lease. Not to mention that we are paying well over 3k per month for the pleasure of living in a 1400 square foot spider manor and roach motel! Stay away from Trinity Union!

Excellent property and staff is amazing. Had an issue at move in but management handled it quickly. Traffic on the main road right outside the property gets a little busy at rush-hour but it usually only last about an hour. There are several restaurants in the area and plenty of places to shop. You do not have to go too far for food, groceries, or clothes.

Love this place!

Love this place! I moved from out of state and knew no one. The office made me feel welcomed and helped with any questions I had. Every time I went through the office they made sure to remind me about the events planned for us and ask if everything was ok in my apartment. They are one of a kind for sure.

Amazing property… Amazing staff!

Amazing property… Amazing staff! Trinity Union is by far one of the most beautiful apartments in Euless! The grounds are always impeccable and the apartments are certainly desirable for anyone wanting contemporary living. Desiree Johnson is one of the most helpful persons I’ve have had a pleasure to visit with. Her knowledge in the apartments are first rate and she makes you feel like you are already home. I would totally recommend Trinity Union and Desiree!!

BE AWARE, this property will tell you everything is fine with your application, ask you to obtain electric service, renters insurance, even send you a welcome letter---and will call you up at the last minute, prior to your move, to tell you that you no longer qualify. Then, you are dismissed without appeal.

My husband and I sold our home and moved to Trinity Union. Downsizing can be a tough adjustment, but Trinity Union made it much more manageable. Desiree has helped us every step of the way. She takes the time to get to know residents and remember them. She is always extremely responsive and helpful with anything we need. Everyone at this complex has been so nice. We kept getting in the way of the valet trash service as we were moving boxes in one night, and they were still so kind and pleasant! Highly recommend.

From my first interaction with Gloria to the day to day interactions with Christina and Tanisha, the staff is AMAZING!! And on the rare occasions that I’ve needed to submit a maintenance request, the maintenance guys have been incredibly helpful. Great staff. Great property. Great location.
